The hotel car park is confusing. Not Friendly. Has to exit the main car park and enter through the loading and unloading area/carpark.

The staff proceeded to check me in via their hotel local system and charged me accordingly. 1day later received notification from booking.com that the hotel proceeded to charge me for “no show” due to non refundable policy. Have been liaising with them from 20th april till date submitted my credit card deduction and invoice from the stay prove that I did stay at the hotel but hotel has yet to refund me.

Probably the lighting in the room esp near the mirror , it s a bit dim for makeup.

• Renu (7/5): - My hotel stay was upgraded to Sunway Resort. Been staying at Sunway hotel either Pyramid or resort for the past 20 years whenever I come to Sunway. The customer service reception at the resort wasnt accommodating and friendly (an Indian personnel) requested discount for breakfast which it can be honoured if you frequent the hotel , before checking she said the discount promotion has ended and we cant grant you..told her it s not a promotion but can be requested n asked her to check with her superior n after checking I got the rate. Unfortunately. I was not feeling well n couldn't go for the breakfast n requested for a refund the following day which they claim they wouldn't be able to do it..so paid for 2 breakfast person amount but didnt go for it. The next time, please check if you are unsure and not give a straight away answer as you may lose a loyal patron who has been supporting the biz staying at the resort so many times in the decade.

Keep up your exemplary work! Thank you Probably , adding more channels to watch . The present one is limited. Adding bollywood channel would be a great idea too.

• Junichi (9/5): 快適 - 巨大ショッピングモール、レジャー施設に隣接しているので、立地は最高。部屋も綺麗でベッドの寝心地も良かった。非常に静かで良く眠れた。エレベーターがすぐに来るのでストレスなく外出できた。追加料金が掛かりましたが、朝早くからのアーリーチェックインもスムーズで、早朝到着便で疲れた体には非常に助かった。チェックアウト時間も12時までOKでゆったりできたのも良かった。 窓から外が見えず、モール内のレストランを見下ろす場所だったので、景観はゼロの部屋でした。価格的に安い部屋だったのでやむなしかと思います。部屋にインスタントコーヒーやお茶が無料で備えてありましたが、ネスプレッソのような美味しいコーヒーマシンがあるともっと良かった。

It was in poor condition—dirty and had an unpleasant smell. After I raised a complaint, the hotel changed my room to a smaller 20 sqm room, even though I had already paid for a larger, higher-category room. Additionally, the staff’s attitude was not professional and did not meet expectations. This experience was very disappointing, and it will be my last time booking with this hotel.

The lady who handled my check in process was very unfriendly. Breakfast do not have much option. Nothing impressive. Hotel location is the only point adding part.

Mall is huge with all cuisines types of eateries and restaurants catering to anyone's palate and dietary needs. Hotel service is world-class, with its house-keeping and room service being super-prompt and friendly. Room is large, clean and comfortable. Aircon is adjustable and can be turned off if required. Shower water pressure is strong and hot water comes on readily without much delay.
