Muito bom.hotel. ajuda muito quem esta com malas e chega a Veneza. - Antes de dizer que a localização é a coisa sensacional desse hotel para quem chega de viagem com malas (fica a uns 250m da estação de trem e em 2 minutos esta na recepção do hotel) gostaria de dizer que li críticas desfavoráveis antes de alugar o apto. Tudo o que li nao se confirmou. A reclamação era as escadarias. Na verdade são 30 degraus. E tem funcionários que ajudam a levar as malas para cima ate a recepção (nem precisei). O atendimento na recepção foi muito bom, educados e com dicas sobre os vaporetos) da recepção tem 8 degraus para chegar ao elevador. Que e pequeno mas levei 4 malas na boa. O quarto era limpo, camas muito muito confortáveis. Bom chuveiro, espaço normal. Boas toalhas. Embaixo do hotel tem vários restaurantes e enoteca. Os passeios em Veneza devem ser a pé...conhecer as ruazinhas, os becos com sua beleza particular etc. As atrações ja começam a serem exploradas a partir do hotel. Uma coisa EXCELENTE: tem.lugar para deixar as bagagens ANTES E DEPOIS do check-in e check-out...isso ajuda muito a aproveitar o passeio e tempo livre. Nao tinha insetos como vi relatos. Eu voltaria com toda certeza nesse hotel. Internet boa...de vez em quando dava uma falhada, mas era boa. Superou minhas expectativas pois tinha receios por algumas críticas que julgo infundadas. Nao tomei café da manha, mas disseram que era muito bom e custa 10 euros. Barato, para Veneza Acho que o hotel devia ter algum tipo de utensílio de cozinha...nao tinha nenhum copo no quarto. Nem para beber uma agua. Nao gostei de críticas tao negativas em alguns casos. Pois, comigo, foi excelente
• Haruka (7/5): バックパック旅行者向けの宿 - サンタルチア駅を利用するならロケーションは抜群。駅の前の通りをまっすぐ進めばすぐ着きます。迷いません。 階段、とにかく階段。まず入ってすぐに急な階段。フロントの先にまた階段、館内も廊下の至る所にちょっとした階段(または大きな階段)があります。今回20キロになってしまっていたスーツケースを持っての部屋までの道のりはひと苦労でした。もちろんホテルの方は手伝うなどありません。部屋もとてもコンパクトなので、ご宿泊の際はぜひ身軽でお越しください！

• Roghaieh (8/5): Das Hotel würde eine der meinen zukünftigen Optionen sein, wenn ich wieder nach Venedig fahren wollen würde. - Die Lage war super, die Betten waren gut zum schlafen, personal waren nett. WC und Bad waren sauber, was mir persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Im Bad und WC gibt es auch ein Fenster, das man öffnen darf. Das Frühstück war für mich nicht so ansprechend. Das ist nicht auf Zimmer gebucht, man muss das separat pro Person 10€ bezahlen, wenn man das Frühstück vom Hotel nehmen möchte. Wir hatten ein Strom Ausfall im Zimmer. Der personal kam ins Zimmer und das Problem wurde freundlich gelöst. Auf einem der Kissens gab eine Flecke. Ansonsten waren alles sauber.
• Robert (4/5): - The location. When I arrived they said, oh you’re Booking.com, you’re in the annex. Is Booking.com second class ? Your site said there was a lift. There was NOT for the second class Booking.com client. In the annex, across the street and 50 meters up the street, TWO FLIGHTS OF STARS - NO LIFT !!! I am old. I need a lift. That is why I booked this place with you. You care for the provider NOT the customer. The wifi in the annex was very, very weak. I had to keep going to the hotel to send emails. This is just unacceptable. I complained twice to the management, they said their technician would fix it. NOTHING WAS DONE, they LIED. I should receive a part credit return because your description didn’t meet my experience. You should look to remove this hotel from your list, particularly because the second class respect they give to Booking.com clients.

• Renate (8/5): ich würde es wieder buchen, mit dem Angebot kann ich auskommen - Sehr gut gelegen, sehr ruhig und wirklich alles von Venedig sehr gut erreichbar.Zimmer sehr klein, aber in Venedig ist ja nur begrenzt Platz. Ausblick war nicht vorhanden, man machte das Fenster auf und schaute durch ein Baugerüst auf eine Wand. Mit der Klimaanlage als Heizung mußte man sehr ernsthaft diskutieren , probieren und nach ca 1 Tag hatte ich die Einstellung gefunden die ein gut warmes Zimmer im kühlen Dezember ermöglichte. Leider Bad völlig ohne Heizung, also Tür zum Zimmer immer auf und hoffen das es reicht. Sauber, gepflegt, gutes Bett. WIFI zickte manchmal, aber funktionierte doch irgendwann wieder. Der eine Nachtpförtner war sehr bösartig, ungezogen...man sollte dem einen Man schlicht aus dem Weg gehen ! Ansonsten sehr nettes freundliches höfliches hilfsbereites Personal... Der Mann der so boshaft und unfreundlich war, als Nachtpförtner begegnet...unbegreiflich warum er dort noch arbeiten darf...hatte schon in anderen Kommentaren dazu was gelesen...wirklich schlimm. Es wurde an den Werktagen im Hotel gebaut, also auch über Mittag sehr laut..ich hatte feiertag und wochenende gebucht, das war dann aushaltbar...
• Francesco (3/5): Tragicomica - Niente Camera non insonorizzata, si sentiva tutto; bagno piccolissimo il lavabo talmente piccolo da rendere difficile lavarsi il viso,di conseguenza doccia piccolissima; pareti della camera rivestite in tessuto difficile da pulire mi auguro venga santificato di volta in volta; avevo chiesto ed avuto conferma di una camera matrimoniale ed ho trovato una camera con tre lettini, in struttura ho chiesto un letto matrimoniale e due lettini sono rimasti .... materassi talmente usurati che facevano la fossa e la mattina gran mal di sciena; finestre sprovviste di zanzariere, eppure ci vorrebbe veramente poco a installarle; niente frigo, un hotel a tre stelle senza frigo in camera..... Il peggior Hotel dove ho soggiornato

• michaelmU3744OF (6/5): Didn't quite cut it to warrant a return visit - OK , Pros * Location to Central Terminal and other Tourist attractions or departure points for attractions. * Breakfast was good. Cons. * Room very basic and bathroom was very small and poorly laid out. * Lots of stairs required to access reception on the first floor and dont expect any help with heavy bags. * On arrival we were greeted by a gentleman who could only be described as aloof at best or perhaps even arrogant reminiscent of Ugo from the movie "La Grande Bouffe". That said we had another staff member go out of his way to assist us with a transfer on our departure. * Whilst the Location was central to the station and the tourist hub that also meant it was very busy and right in the middle of a tacky souvenir shop precinct. Hotel was chosen by a travel wholesaler and changed at the last minute If we returned we would explore other options including a quieter part of Venice.
• 951heatherr (4/5): Choose another hotel - you don’t want to stay here - This hotel is two stars at best. Pros: sheets and bathroom were clean, adequate breakfast provided. Cons: Everything else. We were in the annex part of this hotel, which is very dated with terribly uncomfortable beds, fraying carpet, and stains on the fabric walls and carpet. This hotel is used for student groups, so we had slamming doors and teenagers running through the hallways most of the night. We only stayed here as part of a package set up by our tour and would never stay again.

• mjm056 (4/5): Disappointing - Small room so take just one bag ( even if you are a couple ) Ill conceived and dysfunctional bath room space / tiny shower ( what is it with Italians and tiny bathrooms ) Lots of stairs at the entry so not suitable for elderly or anyone with more than a small amount of luggage Breakfast was reasonable. Reception : We got good and bad , on arrival we barely got any acknowledgment and just grunted at . No help at all and arrogant. Second experience with a different staff member was quite the opposite and he was quite helpful It’s in a very busy part of town so you have the upside of convenience to the station and the canal and the downside of the crowds. My second visit to Venice and I would never stay at this place again. I’ve already identified several alternatives for my return visit.

• Kaz (6/5): - The location was great! The reception staff were neither friendly nor supportive. The room cleaners rushed us to get out the room way before the checkout time. There was no fridge, kettle, tea bags or coffee. We had to drag our suitcases up the stairs as there were no elevators in our building.
• Saif (6/5): unless you are on a budget, avoid this hotel - The room could really use some renovation. It was frustrating that they have issue with hot water. I arrived around 9:30pm and had to wait 45 minutes to check in, as the staff member explained he was alone and doing his best to serve everyone. Since I had paid in advance, I didn’t have many options during that waiting time. The room was quite noisy, with sounds from the street constantly coming in. It was also very cold, and unfortunately, neither the air conditioning nor the heater was working, even though options were available. It was a disappointing experience that almost affected our Venice tour. We also found a mosquito in the room, along with stains on the carpet, dust on the bed, and some hair in the bed as well. I understand how these issues can be upsetting during a trip, and I hope these comments help improve the experience for future guests.

Escalier d'au moins 15 marches de la rue àl a réception : pour moi, carrément impossible !!! Aide contre opulent pourboire. Chambre baroque en zig zag. Lit inconfortable.
• Aurelija (7/5): - Our triple room was of decent size and it was cleaned well everyday. They serve quite nice breakfast. Location is convienient as there are several vaporetto stations close to the hotel, station is 5 min on foot, some nice restaurants are close by, as well as supermarket. It has a lot of various stairs, so for people with mobility issues it might be a problem. Yes, there is an elevator, but first you have to climb really tall staircase at the front door. And some rooms are on lower level, where you also have to climb down the stairs, as well various smaller steps accross the corridors.

• Ludovica (10/5): Un hotel senza tempo per le trame d'acqua veneziane - Approdare a Venezia contempla già l'ingresso nella dimensione del sogno, nella quale onirico e perturbante si fondono. Un sogno sospeso su trame d'acqua che l'Hotel Nazionale non fa che arricchire, complice la posizione strategica e la struttura. Una dimensione fuori dal tempo che finisce per sospenderlo, proiettando il viaggiatore in un "altrove" scandito da gentilezza e attenzione, complici le presenze di uno staff altamente qualificato ma dotato di una marcia in più: la grazia, con la quale vedono (e trattano) le persone, facendole sentire nonostante tutto a casa. L'Hotel Nazionale è un crocevia silenzioso di incontri, accogliente come un abbraccio materno, ben curato e definito nei dettagli ma soprattutto disponibile al dialogo quanto all'accoglienza e coadiuvato dalla posizione centralissima: a pochi minuti dalla stazione e dalle fermate dei vaporetti, ad un passo dai punti nevralgici (San Marco e Rialto), ben collegato con l'aeroporto. È il posto dove tornerei subito pensando a Venezia. È il posto dove tornerò di sicuro pensando alla Serenissima.

Staff was helpful in picking luggage as there is no elevator from groud floor till reception. Hotel staff welcomed us well Rooms were noisy at night from people staying on upper floor. Had to rely on hotel staff for carrying lugagge over stairs. No quilt or extra blanket was provided. 1 blanket was there for 3 persons. Request for extra blanket was denied.

Un minuto a piedi dalla stazione santa lucia e molto vicino a piazza san marco e centro Devo riferire purtroppo che l hotel mi ha lasciata insoddisfatta. Primo giorno condizionatore non funzionante che ci ha allagato la camera. Per carita’ ce l hanno cambiata subito ma diciamo che e’ una cosa un po scomoda e che non dovrebbe accadere. Per essere una stanza tripla era un po’ piccolina. La nota dolente purtroppo la pulizia dei materassi. Ci siamo svegliati l ultimo giorno con delle bolle evidentemente date dalle cimici dei letti perche mio figlio e mio marito si sentivano prudere tutta la notte. Peccato perche’ ripeto l hotel e in una posizine meravigliosa e lo staff carinissimo

• Julie (10/5): Danza Biennale trip! - The hotel was lovely. I had a nice room with air conditioning, a comfortable bed and a great shower! Also very quiet. The staff at reception were very friendly a kind. I would definitely stay there again.
