Posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo. Alcune abrasioni sulla porcellana del water, comando del rubinetto lavabo irrigidito dal calcare, i dispenser a muro dei saponi che "dispensavano" con parsimonia.

Staff were very helpful and dealt with our admin errors very quickly. Rooftop bar was a bit disappointing. Could be really good but needed a bit of investment. Better chairs and tables.

Uma dica... não fiquem em hotéis longe da estação. As caminhadas são longas e difíceis. Escolhi o hotel pela conveniência do ar condicionado, afinal Roma é uma cidade quente nessa época. Eles não ligam o ar condicionado Depois de muito argumentar, consegui um ventilador Mas o pessoal do hotel foi gentil e educado.

- Edward Arlu (3/5): NOT COMING BACK! - Location Very confusing layout of the rooms and very hassle elevators. During breakfast, the waiters at the restaurant are very rude. They were rushing us all the time. Our plates still had food in it and they were in hurry to get our plates. The worst thing, we were still eating and they handed us the bill. Very un-italian! Very bad experience!!!!
- Karen Su Ming (8/5): 1+1 DAY stay at Rome - Very central location . We could even walk to Vatican city (~an hour stroll and do our browsing of shops along the way). The staff at reception were friendly and very helpful. We left our luggage behind when we arrived in the very morning before check in time…hotel is also very conveniently located within walking distance of Terminal station.. Our tour group started on day 2 of our arrival so the hotel allowed us to seamlessly stay in the same room for the second night without our having to check out on day 1 and check in again…( on day 2)… There is also a modern lift on level 2 and an “ancient lift” fr level1 to our rooms… the lifts took forever to come…so we mostly ended up walking up/ down stairs if we had no luggage…. It is dated. The lobby is kinda small so when a tour group of 40 turned up , there was hardly any space in lobby

- Lauramul800 (8/5): Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would absolutely stay here again. - This hotel is in a great location to explore the city on foot. The breakfast was really nice, staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, being able to open the window is great. the only down side to our stay was the noise of other guests on our floor - not the fault of the hotel staff, we could hear a lot of banging and shouting by guests on the same floor.

- Corinne (9/5): Séjour magnifique - Le personnel est très serviable et professionnel. Hôtel proche de la gare, il est situé dans une rue calme, situation géographique idéale lorsque l’on vient par le train ou l’avion. On a pu faire tous les sites touristiques de la ville à pied. On a adoré ! L’insonorisation entre les chambres n’est pas idéale. Si vous venez en voiture, il n’y a pas de parking dans l’hôtel.

Спросил на ресепшене воду мне сказали что только в первый день дают, а мне нужна была вода чтоб пить лекарства на второй день. Получается если я каждый день бронировал за ново то мне бы дали воду, а по факту ни кто не захотел давать воду.

- Alyka Deborah (9/5): Spacious, Clean Rooms and Excellent Location Near Termini - We stayed in a spacious triple room that was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom has an exhaust fan, which is especially helpful in the winter. Breakfast is well served, with a great variety of options. The staff are kind and courteous, always attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. Housekeeping service is also efficient. The location is excellent, close to Termini station, with many restaurants nearby, including the hotel’s own restaurant and. The bathroom drain was not working properly. There is a lack of clear signage indicating the location of the restaurant, the rooftop area, the bar, and the café in the basement.
