Location was perfect for us close to the beach, beautiful park, train station & shopping . 10 min walk into the city center. Our room had great sea & port view, watching the cruisers coming in a night was added bonus. There are a few repairs required in the wellness area and maybe some non-slip mats in the shower area.

Walking distance to lively Harbour with restaurants, bars and shops, market stalls and other attractions. I only used Taxi from and to the airport. Lovely staff. Noisy outside, with heavy traffic from early hours, so can't sleep with the widow open ( room with the harbour view). Noisy air conditioning in the room, not enough chairs around swimming pool area, no staff there. Swimming pool area needs a renovation. Nice calming music would make a massive difference. Poor selection of breakfast buffet, self service of coffee/tea but only two coffee single cup machines for the whole restaurant. Churros served for breakfast for only selected few people, sitting the closest to the kitchen. Hotels restaurant poor quality food, not enough staff, long waiting time for service. Very cold.

Loved the pool and the facilities (sauna) Lovely comfy room with good air con. Hotel was run efficiently and staff were friendly and approachable and ready to help. I didn't know where to get the towels for the pool, it wasn't obvious. I saw other guests with pool towels. I'm sure if I'd asked at reception, I would have got a towel.

It was noisy the first night since the room is just above the high way with cars and motorcycles passing at night. After i talked to the staff the next morning they immediately changed us to a very quiet room. I had a very nice experience in the hotel!

- Jasmine (8/5): Bonne expérience - Bel hôtel avec beaucoup de prestations, proche de la gare. Il faut compter 20-25 min à pieds pour rejoindre le centre historique. La piscine chauffée après une longue après-midi de marche fait beaucoup de bien. On entend la circulation toute la nuit car notre chambre donnait sur la grande avenue qui longe le port. L'espace bain turque mériterait une remise en état.

One of the sinks in the bathroom was cracked as well as most of the floor tiles. Bath was quite high so difficult stepping in and out to use over bath shower. Although I put the filter for breakfast on bookings.com when arrived I was told breakfast was extra. Will read the small print next time.

We loved the pool - very pleasant setting and not too busy. Also, open until late, that was great. We got a take away breakfast since we were checking out very early in the morning - that was a nice surprise. The room was little dark as it has the large shutters installed outside.
- Daniel (5/5): Very average hotel, not enough value for money - They have a pool and it is at walkable distance to the centre. They also have water dispensers in the corridor which is great! The price is way too high for what they offer. The sauna is cold, there were no towels available when we went to the pool, and walking around this area feels dangerous (slipping is likely). The rooms don't provide bath robes, or slippers, and you can't leave any item charging in the room cause the cleaners will leave the card out on purpose. For the price you pay this is definitely not worth its value.

- antonio (7/5): - I didn't like that I had to speak and send train tickets cancellation from the train comapny Iryo to Beatriz supervisor at the hotel that our trip in train was cancelled ,due to rail problems in order to be reuimbersed for the night of Good Friday. we had to expend more money lookin for alternative transportation and what we founded was for Good Friday. I don't understand a huge company like this Hotel was so difficult dealing with this. I had to go 2 times to the reception for this issue having a new modified reservation from Boooking.com

- Salis (9/5): - Personale gentile e professionale,struttura accogliente Purtroppo la nota negativa è la posizione,in quanto l hotel risulta essere in centro ma in realtà è in zona porto, 1 km e mezzo dal centro,avrei gradito che su booking fosse stata inserita la REALE posizione in modo da poter optare per una struttura più comoda per chi decide di girare la città a piedi.

- Barry (8/5): many positives and a few negatives - the room was a good size, the TV was great quality and had English speaking channels, the shower worked very well and was always hot. the breakfast offering of hot food was limited and not of a great quantity, i asked the chef for some bacon which he told me would be 5 minutes, 10 minutes later I gave up, not enough towels upon arrival, no anti slip shower/bath mat available, only a warning sticker saying "be careful" the swimming pool surrounding decking and the entry steps were in very poor condition. the location of the hotel was a little far from the main restaurant area of Malaga.
- Martina (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt in guter Lage mit netten Personal - Tolles Frühstück, gute Lage zur Altstadt und zum Hafen, alles fussläufig innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten erreichbar . Schöner Pool und geräumiges Zimmer mit Bad . Beim Frühstück musste man manchmal kurz warten um einen Tisch zu erhalten. Wir fanden es nicht schlimm, konnten sogar mit 8 Personen an einem Tisch sitzen.

- FarBUK (10/5): Very nice hotel, good location and helpful staff - Location was very convenient for the train station and a nice walk to old town. The staff at reception were very friendly. Juan in particular was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very clean. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom status and amenities were the only things that came short for a 4 star hotel. Gym was good too.

- Maria Helena (8/5): - Aamiainen oli sopivan runsas. Meidän matkaa ajatellen myös sijainti oli hyvä. Hotelli on vilkkaan kadun varrella, joten liikenteen melua oli arvatenkin paljon. Ilman korvatulppia olisi ollut turha odottaa nukkuvansa.
- 152alisonb (10/5): Excellent - We have just had an excellent stay. Very clean and we had everything we needed. The staff went out of their way to help and even left a gift of chocolates as my husband was celebrating his birthday during our stay. Highly recommended!

- Miriam (7/5): I was a bit disappointed - Overall it was alright. It was clean enough, staff were friendly and the pool was okay too, although a little cold. There is a gym with good equipment and one sauna. Staff were very accommodating with things like extra towels and bath robes, etc. There are water fountains to fill up bottles everywhere with different temperatures available, which is fantastic. I'd been looking forward to massage treatments as I'd expected that kind of service to be available, given that there was something like a spa on site, but no. The spa area wasn't even manned, and it was rather unspectacular. Everything's a little dated and if you look a little closer, you definitely notice. The surroundings are also a bit rough. You look over a construction site from the lift and it's a 15 minute walk to the old town. We ordered room service once but the vegan option was really not tasty. It could have been sooooo much better.
