- Malcolm (5/5): While the location was excellent, not sure if I would book again. - The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to almost everything you would want to see. The breakfast was very good, the staff were excellent and very helpful. We booked a superior room instead of a classic. The room was small. The hotel moved us to a Deluxe room, although it was bigger than the first room it was still not large, in fact the bathroom was smaller. Other customers told us they struggled to get hot water, however we did managed to sort this out in our room. There was a lovely little bar but at no stage during our stay was it ever opened, therefore you could not get a drink at the end of a long day seeing the sights which was a pity as the seating areas around the bar looked very good. I would not class this hotel as a 4 star. Not sure if I would stay again or not, a short break maybe.

Le personnel est plutôt agréable surtout le Monsieur qui parle très bien Français, d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Le petit déjeuner est correct et l'avantage du parking est vraiment top ! Nous avons été très dérangé, pendant tout le long de notre séjour à l'odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain. Nous étions obligé de veiller à bien fermer la porte de la salle de bain et d'allumer la VMC toute la nuit (avec le bruit que cela fait) et quand il fallait utiliser la salle de bain, il fallait se mettre un mouchoir sur le nez ! Vraiment navrant !

- Isabela (8/5): - O quarto que nos colocaram inicialmente estava com aspecto antigo e o vidro do box estava emperrado. Mas a pessoa da recepção foi super solícita e conseguiu nos colocar em um quarto melhor. Este último era maravilhoso. Silencioso, confortável, limpo e bem novinho. O café da manhã era gostoso, com opções de frios, pães, frutas, iogurte... Outro aspecto positivo era a localização, fizemos tudo em Florença a pé. Todos os dias, as camareiras deixavam uma garrafa de água no quarto, é um detalhe pequeno, mas que faz a diferença. O primeiro quarto estava com a parede descascando e o vidro do box emperrado. O espaço do box também era bem pequeno, para quem se incomoda com isso, é um ponto de atenção. Em um dos dias, a pessoa responsável pela limpeza dos quartos entrou sem avisar e meu marido estava numa reunião.

- Carmen (4/5): Scioglierei di meglio - La posizione La ricezione dovrebbe avere più riguardo per gli ospiti e non mettere nella porta accanto una ESCORT da 1 notte che disturbano i clienti che vogliono riposare e aspettano con sacrifici ed impegni le proprie ferie. Quindi non capisco perché non tenere a disposizione una camera per quel tipo di attività lontane e ben separate. Lo trovo molto scorretto. Due volte alle 22.30 volevamo bere al bar un digestivo ed era chiuso, abbiamo chiesto e ci è stato detto chiude alle 23.00 e nessun segno di andare verso il bar per servirci.

Das Zimmer war sehr eng. Der Prospekt und die Bilder habe ein viel grosszügigeres Zimmer gezeigt. Das Frühstück war einem Buffet nicht würdig. Es gab vor allem Kuchen! Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit – alles war ordentlich und gepflegt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut und absolut fair. Barulho das máquinas lava e seca 24h no quarto e sujeira no quarto. Não recomendo Atendimento pessimo ao reclamar de barata na mesa do café da manhã.
