Bis auf die Tatsache, dass mir bei der Ankunft zugesichert wurde, dass ich (aufgrund einer Änderung der Reisepläne) auch nur eine Nacht bleiben kann. Ohne Mehrkosten. Der Kollege am nächsten Morgen wollte davon nichts wissen und hat 2 Nächte verrechnet. Werde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.

- 渡邉 (8/5): 素敵なホテルです - 最寄駅（2ヶ所）から近く、ロケーションがとてもいいです。周辺にコンビニもあります。 スタッフの方に少々ご迷惑をおかけしてしまったのですが、とても快く対処していただきました。ありがとうございました。 洗面台の蛇口のハンドルが「水・お湯」別々で、それぞれ握らないと使えないタイプなところ。 西洋アンティーク風で見た目はお洒落なんですが、「汚れた手で蛇口を握って洗った後の綺麗な手で汚れた蛇口を握る」ことになってしまうので、ちょっと困ります。（←石鹸の付いた手で蛇口も一緒に洗いますが） バー式の蛇口レバーは握らずに手の甲で押して使えるので衛生上安心です。

- Frank (8/5): Nicht schlecht für Tokio - Sauberkeit, freundliches Personal, Frühstücksbuffet besser als erwartet. Durch das von uns gebuchtes Zweibettzimmer (zwei Einzelbetten) war das Zimmer ausreichend groß und die Betten groß. Großes Bad mit Badewanne, Shampoo und alles, was man sonst noch benötigt, sind vorhanden oder an der Rezeption erhältlich. Im Hotel oder unmittelbar daneben gibt es zahlreiche Konbinis, in denen man wie in Japan üblich viele Fertiggerichte kaufen und im Hotel aufwärmen kann. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns als Kreuzfahrtgäste ideal. Mobiliar war auf Japaner ausgerichtet. Tiefe Betten, "Stühle" ohne Beine, Tisch 10 cm hoch. Klimaanlage war in der Intensität nicht regelbar, sodass der Luftstrom unangenehm war.

- tetsuyuki (7/5): - 高層階で景色が良くホテル内に飲食店もあるので、食事に困らない。コンビニもあるので必要な物もそろうのが便利でした。東京ビッグサイトに近いのも高評価です 便座が冷たい。Wi-Fiが途切れる。エレベーターがなかなか来ない。エアコンが一括管理なので、暑いとき寒いときに逆のエアコンを使用しなければいけない時がある。

- 川口 (6/5): スタッフさんのモタモタがあったのが不満でした。 - 朝食が値段とのギャップがなくて美味しかったし、種類も豊富でよかったです。 空調の調整ができなかった事。暑くて眠れませんでした。

- yumiko (3/5): ショック - 立地は良かった。 高層階を選んで景色を楽しみに少し高い料金で伺いましたが窓の外にはドーンと建物がありました。。カーテンは破れているし、ユニットバスの床はぎしぎし動くし設備も古い。サイトに書いてあったアメニティもなかったり。楽しみにしていたのでとてもショックでした。

- Norio (6/5): 外観は素晴らしいが、内装がちょっとね。 - 部屋はきれいでアメニティも標準的に準備されていました。 部屋の温度調整が自由にできない。 部屋の照明が微妙に感じた。 冷蔵庫の温度調整ができない。 部屋が狭い為に荷物の置き場所に困った。ビジネスホテルより狭いのでつまずきそうになった。

- Doriana Giulia (7/5): - La posizione vicina al Tokyo Big Sight Servizi quasi inesistenti, personale rigido (ma del resto è così in quasi tutti i settori in Giappone), la pulizia della camera non giornaliera e la poca attenzione al via vai di gente che entra dall'entrata posteriore ed usa i locker, i bagni al piano terra ed a volte importuna i clienti.

- Yukiko (10/5): 快適でした - 立地が良く、便利だった。（食事やコンビニなど）お部屋の広さもちょうど良かった。 敢えて言うならですけど、朝食バイキングがお値段高め。でも内容に見合ってるかもしれません。利用しなかったので分かりませんが。
- KAORI (8/5): - 駅が近く周辺にレストランやコンビニもあり便利です。 冷蔵庫が古いようでほとんど冷えませんでした。
