The facilities were exceptional particularly the spa and pool table, the rooms were modern and comfortable. - Tracy (8/5): Fantastic hotel & staff, great location, would visit again! - We were upgraded due to it being our anniversary and had a gorgeous bedroom with a view of the mountains. We also received a complimentary bottle of red wine and entry to the Spa to celebrate. Breakfast was good, had a variety of options to choose from. The staff were so friendly throughout the hotel & we were always greeted with a smile. We'd definitely come visit again! Great location, close to local restaurants and bars and only a short walk about from the slopes! Thank you for a fantastic stay! The Spa is a lovely but due to size, I would recommend admitting less people per hour for comfort.

If staying in Pas de la Casa again I would happily stay again. There was no Iron available for 4 days - so bring your own if you plan on using one!

C'est très calme, l'hôtel est bien situé par rapport au départ des pistes et aux différents commerces. On peut prendre son forfait de remontés à la réception, c'est vraiment bien. - JOAOPEDRO (4/5): A deeply disappointing stay that fell well below the standards and expectations of a 4-star hotel. - Claro — aqui está o texto completo já com essa correção integrada de forma fluida e consistente: ⸻ Very disappointing – definitely not a 4-star experience We booked this hotel because it was advertised as ski in/ski out. That is simply not true. The hotel is approximately 400 meters from the slopes — about a 5-minute walk — which may not sound far, but it is certainly not ski in/ski out as advertised. The restaurant feels more like a cafeteria than a 4-star hotel dining room. The ceiling is extremely low, creating a rather uncomfortable atmosphere. The buffet lacks variety, and the meat that is supposedly prepared fresh is often left unattended, with no staff present to serve guests. The bar is advertised as being open until midnight. However, at 11:15 pm, the staff member began putting chairs on top of the tables. When we asked whether the bar did not close at midnight, he replied that it did — but that he needed to clean and arrange everything in order to be finished by midnight. This makes it impossible to enjoy the bar until closing time. When asked whether he thought this was normal, he responded: “You don’t understand what life is.” The hotel director considered this episode normal because there were not many guests at the bar. That was quite surprising. The hotel has two elevators. One elevator only operates from the second floor upwards, meaning we had to go up the stairs to the second floor in order to access the lift to the higher floors. The other elevator broke down at least twice during the nights we were there. Hot water was unavailable for showers on two occasions during our five-night stay. The water was never properly cold — it was tepid, bordering on warm — making it impossible to enjoy a genuinely refreshing shower. This is not a 4-star hotel. At most, it deserves 2 stars. Very disappointing overall.

- HERVE (7/5): - Proximité avec Parking couvert public (obligatoire en cas de neige), proximité des pistes, l'achat des forfaits de ski possible à la réception de l'hôtel, le principe du buffet pour sa diversité, la possibilité de déposer ses bagages avant l'heure d'arrivée, la place de stationnement réservée devant l'hôtel, l'accueil à la réception. Les portes des chambres qui claquent dans le couloir faute d'avoir changer les grooms défectueux, l'absence de baignoire pour les deux chambres réservées alors que décrites dans les inventaires, l'absence de chauffage pendant le séjour (sèche serviette salle de bain et radiateur principal sont restés froids les 4 nuits) ceci dit l'hôtel lui même par les espaces communs étant bien chauffé la température est restée correcte dans la chambre. La qualité de la restauration du soir qui s'est dégradée en comparaison avec des séjours précédents (aliments de base de piètre qualité, peu de fruit et pas très bons, soupe hyper poivrée ou hyper salée), petit déjeuner satisfaisant.

Petit déjeuner copieux Personnel aux petits soins, en arrivant à 13h ils nous ont gentiment permis d aller à la chambre car ma petite fille devait aller faire sa sieste, très appréciable quand on est parents. Proximité des pistes avec facilité d accès L emplacement parfait pour se balader aussi dans les boutiques. Rien tout était parfait pour un séjour au ski en famille
- HESSA (7/5): No flexibility - Very good location, situated very near the slopes which is perfect for skiing, the rooms were clean, and the on site staff were supportive and friendly during my stay I missed the first night of my stay due to a severe snowstorm that closed the road gate from the French side, making the hotel physically inaccessible, while I understand the hotel doesn't control the weather, The hotel did not notify guests about the road closures or provide any travel guidelines. I later found out the Sant Julià (Spanish side) route was open and safe, but because the hotel provided no instructions or "best route" advice, I was left stranded. Despite the physical impossibility of reaching the property, the hotel’s management showed zero flexibility, they made no effort to offer a credit, a partial refund, or even a gesture of goodwill for the missed night Additionally, be aware that this property does not have a parking service

Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Handy ski and boot lockers, very easy to walk to the slope Unfortunately the spa was having some building works, which meant we would have to go to a different hotel to use their spa facilities, this wasn't a major issue, but if i was being picky, it was a shame for these not to be available. it didn't detract from the holiday, the place was excellent and the staff looked after us very well.

We were 3 men and put in a room with 2 singles, a double (2 singles together) and a sofa bed that we just used for watching TV. Bathroom and shower in particular were great. Ski storage in on -1 level and really easy to get to the slopes! The bar is also nice. Shame the sauna wasn’t open but not an issue really.

- Iryna (10/5): Excellent comme d’habitude ! - C’est déjà la quatrième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. Chambre rénovée et très confortable, excellente douche. La demi-pension est parfaite. Casier à skis pratique et accès aux pistes à quelques mètres seulement. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!!!

I knew I wouldn’t be skiing with my family due to an injury so we booked this hotel so I would be able to use the sauna & spa. Facilities were still not ready December 24th and for the length of our stay.

Équipements chambre ok, il y a même une machine à café et les capsules offertes ! - Hanna (7/5): In general recommend to stay. - Nice selection of food for breakfast, good location. I was able to checkin a bit earlier than time for this as my room was already ready. There were no options to have a fresh air in the room, as the window was like on the ceiling, and it was snowing during my stay, so when you open it snow falls on the bed.
