Énormément de bruit, très compliqué de dormir avec un enfant dans cet hôtel. Musique à fond jusqu'à tard, portes qui claquent, chambres mal insonorisées. On rentre fatigué de notre séjour. Premier matin, femme de ménage qui rentre dans la chambre alors qu'on dort et commence à vider les poubelles.

Arrivée très tôt à l'hôtel, j'ai pu avoir ma chambre bien avant le check in, et j'ai pu la quitter à 14h lors que c'est check out est à midi normalement. La piscine chauffée au mois de mai à fait que mes vacances ont été plus que réussies. Les serveurs étaient top. Par contre assez déçue des dames qui nettoyaient les chambres, pas propre, du très vite fait! Ayant fait beaucoup d'hotel 5* il serait peut être temps de renouveler certaine chose comme la vaisselle, les verres étaient très griffés. Énormément de choix de nourriture toute la journée, mais le goût plutôt un 4* Le matelas et l'oreiller très très dur, problématique pour les problèmes de nuque et dos Manque un peu d'animation la journée comme pool party, foam party etc

- Emma (6/5): Perfect for families who want the all inclusive option. If you are a couple wanting a bit more quiet and à la carte ex - Beautiful kept gardens and communal areas. Always staff cleaning and clearing rubbish. Seemed very family friendly (we were 2 adults travelling so can’t comment on what specific activities were like. Staff very friendly and really looked like they wanted everyone to have a fantastic holiday. The sheer size of the resort. You will probably ask why we stayed in this particular hotel as 2 adults travelling. We had to stay in the particular area and would not normally stay in such a large family resort so review is based on actual individual experience. (Not many smaller hotels around). Food wasn’t the best although loads of variety for children and adults for all three meals. Example …. Fresh cooked omelette was raw inside. Pre cooked chicken that was added to the freshly prepared stir fry was lukewarm. Might sound picky but the is could lead to tummy upset. The “relax” pool is not relaxing as you have music etc blaring out. If you are leaving later in day, there was only the spa to shower and change , if not a charge of 120 euros to keep the room which was more than we paid initially per day (for just 6 hours). Spa felt cramped which if you have small children to get showered and changed could be a bit of a challenge !

Would definitely go again. Downside was food could have been better and staff could have helped us get to our room rather than show us to the lift and we should have had a show around because on our check out date we were told about the hamam and indoor pool which I could not locate during my stay until another customer showed me. Better food cuisines and more flavours. Staff could have showed us around properly

Koffie was nergens echt lekker. Koffie was altijd bakje melk met deze koffie smaak. Ik drink geen alcohol dus dan kan ik geen cijfer achter zetten.

The food served was uncooked chicken and made me sick 2 days into the holiday. There was no sauna or warm jacuzzi. My room did not have a double bed it was 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The phone in my room was not working. They said they will send technician. However the whole holiday the phone did not get fixed. Some of the staff was really rude and half of them never spoke any English. There was a dirty towel in second room given. The food of the bistro was uncooked fish and burger was pink not cooked neither. The fridge did not cool anything neither and was very small.

Oda temizliği,personel güler yüzlülüğü,yemekler,aktiviteler harikaydı. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Yeniden geleceğiz.
- Baris (10/5): Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt mit exzellentem Service und hervorragender Verpflegung. - Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass rund um die Uhr Essen und Getränke zur Verfügung standen. Die Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten war vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm und das gesamte Umfeld schön gestaltet. Es gab nichts Negatives zu berichten – das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Отель плохо подходит для зимнего отдыха. Бассейн с подогревом небольшой, днём переполнен. Комфортно было только утром до 11. Напитки в ресторане нужно заказывать себе через официантов, и зачастую их либо нужно выцеплять, либо ждать. Иногда питья удавалось допроситься только к концу трапезы. Вечером делать нечего кроме питья алкоголя. Ещё при заселении нам очень плохо объяснили, что где находится

Their service was the only positive part of our stay and is worth mentioning. Although the hotel looks fine at first, the family room bathroom had a strong sewage smell, which made the stay very uncomfortable. This seriously affected hygiene and overall experience.

Une pisicne extérieur chauffée mais pareil pas très chaude.aquapark fermer malgré les 13/15 degrés animations beaucoup pour les russes idem la soirée du nouvel an y en avait que pour les russes et c’était assez vieux comme musique orchestre heureusement que le DJ du RDC avec le bar ont assuré une ambiance de jeune ! Bravo ! Ont a eu un beau feu d’artifice pour le nouvel an. Attention à votre personnel qui recharge le minibar il hurle le matin et entre malgré que la chambre soit en rouge, il est entrer deux fois j’étais à moitié nue ! Et détail important ont entend les voisins mais alors c’est l’enfer et pas reposant ont entend leur télévision ! Et leurs conversations tellement les gens parlent fort aucun respect. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Special thanks to Eray at reception who helped us going above and beyond to make our stay special. From check-in to check-out, the service was warm and friendly. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the beach and pool areas. Highly recommended N/A

- Jonathan (8/5): Great views, food, and opportunities to relax on a beautiful coastline, but temper expectations - The property is large, fitted with numerous facilities, including restaurants, bars, pools, hamam, sauna, and spa (with massage and other services, worth checking out). Direct beach access is a plus, even during the winter season. Our top-floor room was fitted with a spa tub and had two balconies with a beautiful sea view. The all-inclusive packaging (unlimited food / beverage) significantly adds to the value, given the high price of local dining. We enjoyed the selection of food and desserts and appreciated the multiple dining halls (including one for adults only). Despite the 'cafeteria' setting, food quality was well above average and exceeded our expectations. Finally, the property is easy to reach by taxi, normally about 20 minutes from the airport. The most notable downside is the lack of privacy in rooms—you *will* hear your neighbor's conversations through the walls and especially from the hallways. If you plan to do anything other than sleep in the room, be prepared to share it with the other guests. In other words, the property is ok for families/children but not so much for romantic getaways. The spa tub would have been wonderful, but for some ridiculous reason, it is fitted with a heat-sensitive button to operate. The smallest splash of warm water can trigger the jets on/off, and we gave up on using it after a few minutes. As a minor point, the elevators were unusually slow and inefficient, sometimes stalling for a full minute before moving. In many cases, it was faster to walk 8 flights of stairs. Although the spa was fantastic, their sales strategy detracted from the experience. Almost everyone is offered a different price than what's in the menu ("This is a special price for you, only today!"), which can be stressful. Despite spending over 200 on a couples treatment, our relaxation was cutoff, as we were being sold additional appointments before the first had even ended. Finally, the hotel staff is obsessed with getting reviews/feedback. We received multiple calls late at night asking for feedback on their service. To join the wifi each day, we were prompted to fill in a survey. When we asked guest services to help order a taxi after checkout, they instead directed us to another online survey in hopes of getting a good review. I'm happy to leave a review, but first I would like to actually enjoy the stay I paid for.
