The rooms are in good condition, the beds are comfortable. Cleaning and changing of towels is done every day.The breakfast was of good quality and sufficient, everything was fresh. For this price it is a very good hotel. -

• anne (8/5): Top qualité prix - extrêmement bien situé - La proximité de tout ds Paris! Que ce soit musées, Montmatre, magasins, resto... métro et gare! Vraiment top! Propreté le l'hotel et acceptation de mes demandes concernant ma chambre. J avais demandé à pouvoir bénéficier d'une chambre au calme et d'une douche au lieu de baignoire. Ce que j'ai eu. Rien de particulier. Chambre un peu petite et vieillote. Un manque de place pour poser une grosse valise mais honnêtement ca ne m'a pas posé de réel souci.

Segundo cuando llego al hotel me piden el número de reserva el cual cuando lo introduce en el ordenador aparece mi nombre y cuando ve el precio que me dio Booking me dice directamente que es una estafa y que no tengo reserva y me intenta colar la habitación al precio que ellos quieren directamente me negué después llamaron a otra persona que se comunica con migo por el teléfono de la recepción que nada más sabe llamarme colega el cual yo no conocía de nada y quería que aceptara una habitación compartida y también me negué por qué mi reserva era una habitación doble para mí y mi marido y fin y a todo esto que le digo que quiero hablar con el director del hotel y se niegan ya me puse en contacto con Booking y ellos en todo momento intentaron arreglar el problema con el hotel pero nada así que me buscaron otro hotel mucho más céntrico Por el mismo precio que había reservado me lo arreglaron todo pero el hotel geneve es pésimo para nada es como aparece en las fotos y encima estafadores No me gusta nada ni el trato lo primero

• Mariniello (8/5): - Seppur la nostra camera era piccola aveva tutto il necessario (tranne il bidet). Doccia comoda e climatizzatore regolabile, struttura vicinissima al centro o comunque alla metro in modo da poter andare dappertutto senza problemi. Chiedendo alla reception è anche possibile lasciare la camera deponendo lì i bagagli per qualche ora e godersi fino alla fine il soggiorno nella città. È presente anche una sala colazione di cui non abbiamo usufruito. Essendo in un palazzo d’epoca le scale erano un po’ datate; non mi è piaciuta la moquette.

Metro à 5 mn à la gare St Lazare. L’isolation phonique des paliers, vu qu’il y a des clients très peu délicats, on entend tout leur tapage comme s’ils étaient dans la chambre et avant 8h du mat, ça claque les valises et les portes , ça parle fort et … ça s’entend bien !

• Angely (10/5): Excelente Hotel - Me encantó todo, fui con mi familia, con 2 jóvenes de (12-16 años). Teníamos 2 habitaciones, una frente a la otra. Tiene la estación Saint-Lazare a menos de 2 min caminando. Fuimos a Versailles y otras lugares desde allí. Desayuno muy bueno. El staff del hotel super atentos, nos ayudaron mucho.Tiene varios restaurantes cerca. Si te gusta caminar tienes la Opera Garnier a 15 min y el Louvre a 30 min. Si volvemos a París, Genève es nuestra primera opción. Muchas gracias por sus atenciones.

• Olha (6/5): Якби замінили сантехніку і якісно прибирали, то враження від готелю було б чудове - Місце розташування . До Лувра 30хвилин пішки. До Галереї Лафаєт 6 хвилин пішки. Поруч метро, автобуси. Поруч станція вокзалу. Поруч два ресторана з помірними цінами і великими порціями та ситними сніданками за 11-15 євро комплекс. В готелі сніданок за 14євро, але він дуже скудний. Поруч дві баланжері, аптека, продуктовий магазинчик. Район спокійний та чистий. Номера не великі, але місця вистачає. Номер в нормальному стані, а ванна в поганому стані (сантехніка ржава, протікає душова шторка, через що постійно багато води на підлозі, двері в ванну в цвілі) Тонкі стіни, чутно що роблять в сусідніх номерах. Погано прибирають, над ліжком пиль, в ванній грязі двері і залишилося чуже волосся, плитка в ванній в плямах, рушники не виглажені.

Nagyon jó a szállás elhelyezkedése. 2 különálló ágyat foglaltunk, de egy nagyot kaptunk helyette, a hangszigetelés nem túl jó, Minden beszéd,zaj beszűrődött.
