• Anna (9/5): Schöner Kurzurlaub - Große Auswahl beim Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Sehr hundefreundlich, unser Hund bekam ein Willkommensgeschenk bei der Anreise. Die Anlage ist gut konzipiert, es gibt mehrere Pools, man ist schnell zu Fuss am Strand. Wir waren nicht in der Hauptsaison da, sodass noch nicht alle Angebote des Hotels angeboten wurden.

• Carolyn (10/5): Lovely hotel with great facilities, friendly staff and lovely breakfast - The hotel rooms are lovely. Very clean and well maintained with everything you could need. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and the facilities are really good particularly maro world for kids. The out door pool and kids pool aren’t heated and were too cold to use. You can use the neighbouring hotels pool though which was lovely although it doesn’t have a kids pool.

• Vincent (6/5): Hollidays Tirena VALAMAR - Le Personnel etait d'une attention exceptionnelle, bienveillante et tres agréable ! Le MarO Club pour les Enfants un grand plus ! La Nourriture etait également très variée, qualitative, un atout ! Le fait de pouvoir circuler dans les différents Valamar à proximité. La Chambre 515/516 etait côte a la Staff Room desservi par l'ascenseur donc tres tres bruyant les matins. La Vue "jardin" etait plus une vue parking, les jardins étaient de l'autre côté ! Dommage car hôtel quasi vide... Le Parking payant a 8E par jour, peu importe ou on se gare. Incompréhensible a ce niveau de prestation que ce ne soit pas inclus. L'environnement de l'hôtel un peu à l'abandon par endroits qui fait guetto !

Hervorragendes Frühstück, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Lage auch gut, mit dem Uber ist man in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt. Alles in allem perfekt zu einem super Preis Leistung Verhältnis.

• Ayima (7/5): Wonderful stay in a beautiful area close to a gorgeous beach - Thank you to the staff in this hotel. Everything as on the photos and even better, the attitude of all staff was great, very friendly and professional. The dinner was really good, the freshly baked bread and some vegan food was really good. The indoor pool was in the hotel next to Tirena, but it was a 5 minute comfortable walk. All the facilities were great, especially the Maro world. The room itself was spacious, the bed and the bedding great. We would come back! One thing we did not like was the proximity to the bar, it had live music till 10 pm and we went to bed early, also our balcony did not have all the privacy as the glass window was visible through the bar and the hall, but I am sure if we had asked we could have probably changed the room. So, all in all we had a wonderful, safe and pleasant stay, thank you to all the hotel staff for all the hard work, again.

Central aircondition no individual control and set on 24°C in the month of April with outside temp about 19°C which we feel hot and humid inside the room. We reported the issue about being uncomfortable and was told that we just need to open the sliding door from the balcony.

Little offbeat location from old town, but there are excellent bus connections to the old town entrance. For a hotel group of this stature, parking should be complimentary for the guests during the stay.

The hotel was immaculate — everything spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious with a fantastic variety of options to suit every taste. Even though it was a little cooler in October, we loved that there was access to another Valamar indoor pool just 650m up the road, as well as beach clubs nearby — such a lovely surprise! The whole experience was just stunning. I would highly, highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back one summer.

• Rachitha (10/5): Excellent and Exceptional - Valamar Tirena is an exceptional property offering outstanding facilities, including a kids’ play area, tennis court, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa, and sauna. The beach is also within walking distance, making it a perfect location for a relaxing stay. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The entire property was well-maintained and spotless. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for parents, as it is both convenient and very family-friendly.

• James (8/5): Great location for our visit to Dubrovnik as a family. - We had a nice stay with wonderful rooms. The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. My daughter really enjoyed their kid's area. The outdoor pool with a children's area and 2 larger water slides was also nice. The location was perfect to solve the parking situation in Dubrovnik; Bus #6 comes right to the hotel and takes you into old town! It was advertised that the beach clubs were still open, but they were not. They had closed for the season: no chairs, no bathroom, no anything. Also other restaurants on the property were also closed due to "high season" being over.
