• Mubarak (3/5): Misleading Room Photos, AC Not Working & Poor Management - Misleading Room Photos, AC Not Working & Poor Management ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. Be careful when booking this hotel because the room pictures do not accurately represent what you may actually receive. I booked my room based on the photos shown in the listing, especially because the room looked larger and had a sofa. However, upon arrival, I was given a completely different and much smaller room without the features shown in the pictures. When I raised the issue, I was told that the photos are used for “marketing purposes,” which felt very misleading. Basically, what you see online is not necessarily what you will get. The AC also did not seem to be working properly, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. I spoke with the Duty Manager hoping they would resolve the issue or offer an alternative, but nothing was done. I was simply told the room shown in the pictures was unavailable. No real solution, no flexibility, and no proper accountability. On top of that, the hotel has a strict 11:00 AM checkout and they would not extend it unless I paid extra. Overall, misleading photos, uncomfortable room, AC issues, poor customer service, and inflexible management. My advice: do not trust the pictures and consider staying somewhere else. Entrance to hotel was eye opener, but once entered through the big doors I was overwhelmed with the welcome from staff, big sofas all around , it looked so cosy. Once we booked I , went to our room , it was so big , the bed was huge & so comfy, spotlessly clean . The breakfast in the morning was amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel & will definitely return. The staff are so polite & friendly , they can't do enough for you .

I used the gym which is small but maintained well and clean. I had to search for a socket to charge my phone. Rendkívül készséges, udvarias személyzet, minden feladatra volt valaki. A szomszédban lévő krikettpálya és az azt körülvevő óriási platánfák üdítő természetközeli élményt nyújtottak, mintha csak egy kisvárosban lettem volna. A szoba nagyon tiszta volt, az ágyak kényelmesek, a fürdőszoba modern és jól felszerelt. A folyosón a motoszkálás, takarítás, szekrénybe bepakolás nagyon behallatszott a szobába.

I ha - The hotel is across from a park and on a quiet street which is nice. It's in the Victoria district, a busy part of the city. There is an excellent Indian restaurant that's part of the hotel. The breakfast was boring and expensive. The bathtub was very high so it was difficult to step in to shower. Also, the men who worked there were standing by the door watched us struggle with our suitcases up the stairs to the hotel and never offered to help - there is no ramp to the main door.

• Kailey (10/5): Pleasant, friendly and comfortable stay in the Westminster area. - I was impressed by the small details like the fresh water on the front porch each morning, the building clearly being an older space with history from before the hotel, the location being near to the Victoria line station and overlooking the beautiful Vincent Square park. And I loved the windows in my room and the cleanliness. I didn’t love the TV options, it was hard to figure out how to use it and find easy movies or shows to watch at the end of a long day or during a moment of rest mid day — but tv isn’t a huge priority so it didn't affect my stay too much. I also thought my room would have a safe and it didn’t but I learned at the front desk I could’ve request one, which is fine.

• Bolat (1/5): A place - good. That guy on the reception and everyone involved delivered awful experience. - Good Staff didn’t want to help with the charging problem and never ever tried to help. The guy on the reception listened only to reply the same answer I always got from him because this is what he was taught or told. And instead of LISTENING and DELIVERING SERVICE he kept giving me the same phrases. That’s way too bad for the service. Each guest has individual problems and they must be solved personally. By the way they charged me twice and it’s been a week after I was promised I will get my money back. But still nothing. My bank confirmed they should release the amount however that hotel doesn’t do anything.
