• Pam (7/5): - Location was good. No staff. Air conditioner did not work and no one came to fix it- was told it would get looked at the next day- we were only there for 1 night, so that was of no use to us. It was up 4 flights of stairs, which is not conducive for older guests. When you walk in the main door, it was like walking into a dungeon. The hand rails up the stairs were not very sturdy.

• Arpik (7/5): - The rooms are in the very centre of Venice, a few minutes from San Marco Piazza. The main challenge was to get there at night. We took an ordinary taxi, thinking that we can arrive very close to hotel, but it turned out that we then needed to take either water transport to cross canal and come to San Marco square and from there you are to walk for a few minutes, and it is difficult to figure all out at night. Taxi driver told us that we can walk for some 20 min to reach but if you are not local you will get lost. However, we successfully reached the place despite the challenges due to luck of meeting a local who escorted us and advised on the best route.

• Joanne (7/5): Wonderful location with rooftop terrace views of the most magical city in the world. - Fantastic location near San Marco Square. Historic building with charming meals area and outside terrace with lovely views. Really felt like we had an authentic experience in the building. Shared bathroom for our room also contained the shared toilet so we had to wait for other guests quite a while in the morning and evening to use the toilet facilities - it is only shared with one other room so maybe more a function of the guests that we had to wait . Not a major issue - we would book a private bathroom in hindsight.

No blackout for windows; sockets and switches far from bed; no duvet on bed and it was cold. The blanket in the closet was old.

• Sheila (7/5): - Ubicación a un minuto andando de la plaza san marcos. Bastante limpia la habitación a pesar de que habitaban bastantes mosquitos. Tiene una azotea con una terraza estupenda en la que puedes desayunar un cafecito ofrecido por el establecimiento. La tercera cama de adulto, totalmente incomoda, quizás buena para un niño. Pero habíamos realizado la reserva de tres personas adultas.

• Elżbieta (9/5): - Pokój czysty, zadbany, do 14 czynna recepcja później samozameldowanie ale wszystko wytłumaczone łatwo i czytelnie wiec nie było z tym żadnego problemu. Bardzo blisko placu Św. Marka wiec lokalizacja super. Klimatyzacja w pokoju, zestaw do kawy, herbaty na górze ekspres do kawy i piękny taras. Jedyny minus to to, że hotel jest na 3 piętrze więc z bagażem rejestrowanym może być ciężko wejść. No i samo wejście do budynku nie zachwyca i można przeżyć pierwszy szok, później na piętrze gdzie jest hotel jest pięknie.

The location was perfect! We were prepared for climbing several flights of stairs with our bags as there is no elevator but we did not expect one! The room was equipped with what was needed and was extraordinarily quiet. We will definitely stay again on our return to the beautiful city of Venice!

• Jera-Ann (8/5): Vintage feels. - Location is ok, ca. 5mins walk to the pier and Piazza San Marco and ca. 10mins walk to Rialto bridge. Comfy attic with a view. Free coffee upstairs. Good communication through whatsapp. Easy access for late check in. There is a mini ref and electric kettle in the room. Weak wifi. No elevator. Bed and sofa are not so comfy.
• Lingran (5/5): - The location is very convenient. Very old and I hated the fact that the bathroom is not in the suite. You have to walk outside for the bathroom and taking shower. The doors are super old and you can hear other guest slam the door all the time…..not very good for light sleepers. The front staff were very nice and super friendly though. You can leave your luggage at the reception which is very convenient.

• Sinead (10/5): Lovely and relaxed - Spacious rooms, lovely view and the terrace was beautiful as well to relax in. Very close to the main sites. There is no lift facilities, which we were ok with we were able to lift our luggage and the lady that greeted us offered to help aswell which was very kind of her. Just might be an issue for others.

• Christian (7/5): - Gute Lage in San Marco, gleich beim Markusplatz. Die Bleibe ist hell und freundlich, im 3. Stock ohne Lift. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sauber und neuwertig. Die Rezeption ist nur von 8:00-14:00 Uhr besetzt, aber man kann dafür sein Gepäck deponieren, wenn man schon ausgecheckt hat.

Am Gang vor dem Zimmer (zwischen Zimmer und Bad) war anscheinend der Bewegungssensor für das Licht kaputt (oder alle Lampen), etwas nervig beim Schlüssellochfinden. Leider viele Gelsen im Zimmer (es gibt keine Fliegengitter) und die Gelsen sind in dem hölzernen Dachstuhlzimmer super getarnt!

• Silvana (9/5): Venecia me cautivó - La ubicación excelente , a pasos de San Marcos, el barrio precioso, los vaporettos ahi nomás, la decoración es muy original, la habitación confortable, y la atención de primera para contestar todas nuestras dudas. Al llegar y abrir el portón de entrada, te espera una sorpresa, es parte del encanto del lugar. Creo que nada.

• Antoine (1/5): Nous nous ne fierons plus aux photos et note très optimistes - L’emplacement Photos largement optimistes ne correspondent pas à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. Il y a une différence entre l’historique et le délabré .

Quello che non torna è che visti i prezzi (oltre 200€ a notte, escluso gli sconti), ci si aspetta di avere almeno il bidet nel bagno, oppure di avere la porta del bagno che si riesca ad aprire e chiudere senza troppe difficoltà. La macchina del caffè non aveva nemmeno il latte dentro, selezionandolo usciva acqua calda.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Clean room with good amenities - A lovely hotel with a good location. The room was clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly and able to provide recommendations. A note when you initially arrive that the ground floor is not decorated but as you approach the hotel floor the area is well decorated.
• Margarita (4/5): - Estaba muy bien situado, muy céntrico. Y además estaba limpio. Era un tercer piso (pudo haber sido un cuarto) sin ascensor. La primera impresión es muy mala ya que entras al umbral y no hay apenas luz, las paredes están desconchadas y sin pintar. Las barandas de las escaleras se tambaleaban y parecía que te ibas a caer. La habitación tenia una cama supletoria que estaba apoyada desequilibradamente en un sillón y si te sentabas en el borde se movía entera hacia delante. Además, el grosor del colchón era muy pequeño e incómodo. Encontrar la puerta era muy complicado, ya que estaba en una calle muy rara y nadie sabia dar bien indicaciones de la dirección.

Приятным бонусом оказался мини холодильник,и чайник в номере с чаем или кофе на выбор.на верхнем этаже прекрасная терраса и очень вкусный кофе. Остались только очень хорошие впечатления от места. Мы были с собакой и нам очень было удобно. Когда мы поедем в следующий раз в Венецию,я буду рада остановиться снова у вас. Спасибо вам за ваш уют. Минусов нет.

Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und klimatisiert. Kostenloser Kaffee von 9-14 Uhr, den man auf der Dachterrasse genießen kann. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Kein Safe im Zimmer.

Nawet osoby z centrum pomocy booking nie mogą nic z tym zrobić. Stałam pod drzwiami…musiałam w nocy szukać innego noclegu. Nikt z obiektu nawet nie przeprosił po zaistniałej sytuacji
• Andy (9/5): Nagyszerű helyen! - Nagyon jó helyen, A Szent Márk tértől pár percnyire található, egy régi épület legfelső szintjén A reggeli kávé a ház részéről a tetőteraszon mindent megért, gyönyörű látványt nyújtott. Érdemes legalább egy éjszakát itt eltölteni, reggel és este Velence teljesen más arcát mutatja. Délben tele van turistákkal, de estére elcsendesedik, ezt látni kell. A reggeli készülődés, az ébredő Velence ugyancsak különleges látványt nyújt. Minden rendben volt, az ágy lehetett volna picit kényelmesebb, de 1-2 éjszakára megteszi.

Room was clean but air felt dusty. It was not so pleasant to breath. Also one of the other guests smoked which made situation worse. I have headaches from smoke so night sleep was ruined. Air conditioner worked but it was really loud and not that effective. You can hear other guests in the hall walking back and forth clearly. I did not feel privacy because of it.

• Celia (8/5): Ubicación excelente - La ubicación. La cama era cómoda y la atención del personal. La entrada del hotel. Se encuentra en un tercer piso sin ascensor.
• Celia (8/5): Céntrico y atención del personal excelente - La ubicación es ideal, muy céntrico y entre los canales. La habitación estaba limpia, la cama grande era muy cómoda y la atención en recepción muy adequada, además nos facilitaron informació sobre la ciudad. Ideal para estar una noche y poder visitar a fondo la ciudad. El hotel se encuentra en un edificio con una entrada muy deteriorada, estaría bien hacer una reforma. No tiene ascensor y el hotel se encuentra en la tercera planta. Nuestro baño no estaba reformado y la cama auxiliar del niño no era buena, tenia un colchón muy delgado.
• Andrea (10/5): Opzione meravillosa nel cuore della citta’! - Viaggio tantissimo e mi affido molto a booking per le mie prenotazioni, ma stavolta a Venezia sono stato molto in difficolta’ perche’ ho avuto tentativi di truffa, cancellazioni inaspettate e chi piu’ ne ha piu’ ne metta. Per fortuna poi casualmente ho trovato locanda antica Venezia: posizione strategia, stanza molto accogliente, personale fantastico per disponibilita’ e gentilezza, terrazino per prendersi un caffe’ in pace con vista o mangiare qualcosina dopo una giornata di km percorrendo le viuzze della fantastica citta’. Il prezzo nella norma, allineato agoi altri ma tenendo in conto tutto, totalmente consigliabile e soddisfattissimi: torneremo di sicuro!!!! Il personale sempre molto disponibile prima dell’ arrivo e durante tutto il soggiorno, stanza accogliente e posizione fantastica. Perfettamente insonorizzato, qualita’ del sonno impeccabile nonostante la via sottostante sia gremita di persone. Caffe’ dalle 7-14 a disposizione per gli ospiti (forse unico neo, migliorerei la qualita’) e possibilita’ di lasciare bagagli dopo il checkout ed “appoggiarsi” nella terrazza per mangiare prima di ripartire.
