La habitación era cómoda, el desayuno estaba bien y, por el precio, me pareció una opción muy recomendable. Lo mejor fue el personal, que fue muy amable en todo momento. Además, el último día me dejaron guardar las maletas cuando fua a hacer snowboard, algo que se agradece mucho. No está al lado del acceso a Pal, pero se puede llegar bien en bus o andando, así que tampoco fue un problema. La parte más floja diría que fue la ducha, que ya se nota algo vieja, sobre todo por tener cortina en lugar de mampara. No es un gran inconveniente, pero sí le da al alojamiento un aire algo anticuado.

- OLGA (8/5): Convenient stay close to the downhill ski area - The room was nice and clean, and included the "welcome" package, which contained teas and coffe pods for the coffe machine as well as a bottle of water. It's quite and the gondola is about 500 meters away. There is no free parking around, and the paid parking is pretty expensive, but located conveniently across the street. It is also only available by day, so you save nothing if you only need half a day or a night.
- IGOR (8/5): - Nice little hotel near the Pal-Arnisal ski area in La Massana, within a short walk from the gondola taking you up to the Pal side. There are a couple of grocery stores nearby and lots of cafes and restaurants, including in the hotel itself. The staff was friendly and helpful. Absence of free parking is the only thing I didn't like - I thought that free parking doesn't exist, but it does if you search. It might be a bit remote, rather than in town, but if you have a car, it doesn't matter much.

- SARA (10/5): Buena ubicación, buen servicio y buen precio - El hotel Marco Polo me encantó. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y muy cómodas. La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de la capital y perfecta si vas a esquiar, también está muy bien comunicado con transporte y hay bastantes restaurantes y supermercados cerca. El personal es muy atento y amable, me ayudaron en todo lo que necesité. El desayuno es tipo buffet y tienen muy buena variedad. En definitiva, si vuelvo a Andorra repetiré aquí. Lo peor, por comentar algo, son las vistas, que no eran nada del otro mundo, al meno desde la habitación que me tocó. Pero tampoco las iba buscando así que no alteran mi puntuación de 5 estrellas.

La habitación limpia, buen tamaño, bonita vista y un detalle la cafetera, agua de cortesía y bombones. El personal muy amable en todo momento y el check-in muy rápido. Buena ubicación, es fácil llegar en bus y la telesilla está a 10 min andando. Una de las camas sonaba bastante al moverse, pero al haber 3 camas en la habitación y sólo éramos 2 personas, por fortuna no hubo problema y pudimos dormir a gusto.

Llegamos a las 15;30 de esquiar y aún no estaba la habitación echa. Le dije que nos duchamos y nos vamos y picado para hacer la habitación y si mientras me duchaba podían hacer las camas. El bufet libre resulta que te servían ellos porque había muchos niños, pues sirve a los niños y deja a los adultos con el servicio que te han pagado. Habitaciones antiguas tendrían que cerrar 6 meses y hacer una reforma en vez de ir esperando que se derrumbe.

No es agradable dormir en un lugar en esas condiciones.

- Rachel (8/5): Great value hotel in fabulous location - Location excellent for restaurants and walking to ski gondola. Breakfast varied, plentiful and tasty. Staff very hard working. All good
- Jordi (6/5): Un lloc correcte - Està ben situat. El bufet de l’esmorzar era molt variat i complert, hi havia de tot. La terrassa de l’habitació era molt gran, amb vistes maques i el llit era còmode. La calefacció perfecte. El personal molt atent Habitació una mica petita i el lavabo molt petit. Millor dutxar-se aviat perquè s’acaba l’aigua calenta

- Rafael (6/5): - The noise from other rooms are quite audible, people talking, doors opening and closing. I'm not sure if the people around were exaggerating or just being a little louder.
- Eloi (7/5): - El desayuno muy bien, muy completo. La ubicación muy buena, a 600 metros del Telecabina de Pal. El parcking muy bien aunque es exterior. El personal perfecto, atento y amable. Habitación un poco justa, bastante antigua. Al llegar olía un poco raro y habían dejado la ventana abierta para ventilar. El ascensor no funcionaba bien. Bastante ruido por estar cerca de una carretera de paso
