- Maika (7/5): Für die 2 Nächte ganz okay - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Doppelbett war sehr angenehm und es hat sich sehr gut drin geschlafen. Leider waren die Wände sehr hellhörig und man konnte von Nachbarn alles hören und auch draußen auf dem Gang. Komisch war das das Hauskeeping erst gegen 15 uhr die Zimmer machte und man somit da auch keine Ruhe hatte.

- The_Wilson (7/5): Es hätte perfekt sein können - Sehr freundlicher Service, saubere Zimmer, gut ausgestattet für einen Städtetrip Es war sehr laut, weil die Stühle beim Verschieben unfassbaren Lärm gemacht haben. Wenn jemand morgens um halb 5 ausgecheckt hat und seinen Stuhl verschoben hat, stand man im Bett. Auch als der Reinigungsservice durch die Zimmer gegangen ist und die Stühle verschoben hat, hatte man das Gefühl im Haus würde gerade renoviert oder umgezogen werden. Auf den Fotos sieht man es nicht, aber nicht alle Zimmer haben Teppichboden..

Bett war sehr bequem und auf dem Gang im Großen und Ganzen ruhig Punktabzug allerdings leider für das sehr kleine Zimmer und sehr beengte Bad

- Gary (8/5): The Garner is Good - Located within an attractive building in a good neighbourhood. A quiet location, with a nice breakfast room and good breakfast. While not in the centre of town, the U train station Koshstrabbe is close by, and Potsdamer Platz is walkable. Comfortable room without unnecessary fluff. Generally good overall On the wish list is a mini-fridge and a laundry service. I was told there isn't a commercial laundromat nearby.

Fijn dat we eerder konden inchecken. Geen koelkastje op de kamer, dat is toch wel jammer en was fijn geweest. Op de vertrekdag konden we later uitchecken, helaas zijn er tot 4 keer toe schoonmaakmedewerkers langs gekomen (2 keer zonder kloppen) terwijl we nog aanwezig waren. Jammer dat dit niet beter werd gecommuniceerd.

- 512aidenb (2/5): I would not be returning - The female who checked is in was rude and obnoxious, offered no assistance on the location of any of the cities attractions, local transport or the like. The only thing she wanted was payment of the city tax and to try and promote some Vietnamese restaurant down the street. The room was extremely dusty, on the surfaces, under the bed was filthy and had not been vacuumed in months, thick with dust and grime. Bathroom was clean, but you could it was only a quick clean. The complimentary tea and coffee was a once off, and no milk or sugar was provided. You could see the pillows had no protective below the pillow case and we're dirty. The breakfast was hit and miss, I don't know what type of scrambled egg it was, but it had the consistency of slimmy pasty gel, stomach churning. And that was the only thing consistent each morning, on one of the mornings the meat offering looks like warmed up store bought sliced chicken. Also on one of the mornings my wife's phone and my jumper were taken from the our breakfast table while we were getting tea, when we noticed them missing we asked the waitress did she see anyone take them, which she was sure she did not see anything. But when I said I was going to reception to report a theft, she suddenly remembered she had moved them to the reception area 🤔 The night porters were helpful and courteous, which did help to improve the hotel, but only just. Even on checkout we were not asked if there was any issues, or if we enjoyed our stay, the receptionist was only interested in making sure there was no fees outstanding. The only thing this hotel had in its favour is it is a short walk from Checkpoint Charlie.

- Tugce (7/5): - Ortalama kalitede bir oteldi. Yeri güzel, oda temiz. 4 yıldız hak ettiğini düşünmüyorum. Odada minibar yoktu, insanlar bu yüzden camın önüne paketli yemeklerini koymuş, kargalar da bunu öğrenmiş camdan yere düşürüp yiyorlar. Bir ürün kafama düşmek üzereydi, son anda kaçtım. Resepsiyondaki çalışan güler yüzlü de değildi yardımcı da değildi. Fiyatının yüksek olduğunu düşünüyorum.

- Christopher Reissberg (9/5): Solides Hotel mit praktischer Anbindung - Gute Mittelklasse. Kurze Wege zu mehreren ÖPNV-Stationen. Im Innenhof wurde tagelang nicht gereinigt / der Müll nicht entfernt.
- Andreas (8/5): - Ubahn war um die Ecke, daher sehr gut zu erreichen. Infrastruktur drum herum ausreichend zum Essen ! Ab Morgens nach fünf wurde es sehr lebhaft auf den Straßen und somit Laut im Zimmer.

- Cornelia (9/5): Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt . - Super Lage, in der Nähe einer U-Bahn-Haltestelle, tolles Frühstück und sehr gute Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Das Personal ist super aufmerksam und freundlich und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war super gut. Ich empfehle das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter.
