Un amigo llamó desde Orlando para preguntar y le dijeron que era ropa no estaba pero luego yo volví a comunicarme y finalmente la encontraron. Sin duda quiero regresar a mi próxima estadía.
- Chele (9/5): Nice place, but will pressure you into a time share. - Good location, a lot to do, and Vineland Preium outlets right next door. We were pressured into attending a timeshare meeting. I kept trying to politely tell the lady we weren't interested. She wasn't taking No for an answer, amd kept pushing. After 5 minutes my husband finally had enough and yelled at her. She stopped then. Our bathroom shower also had mold, but I also didn't report it to the office. The pillows were awful and flat, and the bedroom carpet needs cleaning or to be replaced. For the cost of staying here, I expect a newer carpet.

- Louise (9/5): Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely stay again - Really liked the size of the room and the daily housekeeping was excellent and unexpected. Such a pleasure to come back to our lovely room after a long day. There was a cheerleading competition on during our first couple of days. It was very busy with so many competitors and their families which meant the large pool was very busy. However we were able to use the quiet pool instead which was lovely.

- moviegal226 (6/5): Nice Rooms and Location, Not A Fan of the Greedy "Resort Fee" and Separate Parking Fee - I have a love / hate relationship with Hilton Grand Vacations Tuscany Village, but it has become my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Orlando and visiting Disney. I've stayed here for years, and things have changed for the better (renovated rooms) and for the worse (they've now started charging $10 per night parking fee plus tax). But the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and the hotel has quiet, picturesque grounds with walking paths and fountains that fit with the Tuscany-inspired name. I love the condo style rooms here. They have full kitchens, living areas, and thoughtful touches like stacked washer/dryer units (in the one bedroom models, not the studios) that make it easy to feel settled, even for longer stays. I always do laundry on vacation because it means I can pack light! We always make good use of the full sized refrigerator and microwave for leftovers, and the attached screened in balconies and porches are so nice for kicking back with a glass of wine after a long day in the parks. I also appreciate I can control the climate in my unit and there's no bogus regulator. That means I can keep the condo the temperature of an icebox and not have to return to a sweltering room after a walking for miles in the hot and humid Orlando weather. Some condos are laid out better than others, and they won't guarantee you a specific layout. It's first come first served, so check in early for the best shot at a nicer room. This is also a Hilton Vacation Club, so that means they will really try to sell you on a timeshare the second you check in. Pro tip: unplug the landline phone in your room so you won't be bothered by their incessant calls trying to get you to take a timeshare presentation tour! The amenities are just okay. There are a couple of nondescript pool areas, crowded hot tubs, and a small fitness center if you're trying to squeeze in a workout. The on-site café and grab-and-go options are convenient but the hours close too early. We usually opt to drive a few minutes to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and shops to stock our condo. There are plenty of quick service and sit down chain restaurants close by, with a McDonald's, Freddy's, and Publix supermarket directly across the street. The new paid parking money grab really annoys me, especially because it's very difficult to find a spot here. The hotel is too big with not enough parking, and the parking spots are way too narrow which means get ready for some inevitable dings in your rental car. The staff zoom around in golf carts and they can be a real menace. They often block throughways and while they provide shuttle service to guests around the property, they do tend to get in the way a lot. The elevators in the building are super slow, and they pack a lot of people into one building. Some buildings have better views than others. This last visit, we were stuck with a "view" of the ugly parking garage at the adjacent outlet mall. The tradeoff? No hot morning sun and we could watch the Disney fireworks from our room balcony! Another recurring issue here is that something is always broken. Once it was no hot water in the shower, another time it was a leaking faucet and a broken ice maker in our refrigerator, and yet another there was a total power outage for several hours. This time, the wifi was down for hours on multiple days, which was a true inconvenience since my hubby and I both work at night while we travel. This property isn't perfect, but it does get a lot right. Location-wise, the hotel is really convenient for hitting Disney, Universal, and other Orlando attractions while still being tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the property has a staffed guard gate 24/7. Tuscany Village is a great place to stay if you want a lot of room, most of the comforts of home, a central location, and a quick shot to the Disney parks.

It was not crowded and very relaxing. Pool drinks and food were very good. They have golf carts that will pick you up and take you around the resort. There is a gate that is connected to the resort so you can walk over to the outlets. You use your key to open the gate. It is very close and convenient. We would highly recommend you come stay here. 5 star

The upper pool, needs extra umbrellas and the rules re food and drink in the pool and loud radios playing are not enforced, The resort is adjacent to Premium Outlets shopping Mall and also close to Disney and Seaworld parks. Universal parks are a fifteen minute drive. See above re the pool

- Roberto (8/5): Ideale Lage für Parkbesuche in Orlando - Schöne und gepflegtes Hotel mit kleinerer Poolanlage (völlig ausreichend für ein paar Stunden mit den Kids), einem Bar&Grill und einem kleinen Shop mit Starbucks Kaffee. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Alle Parks und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Unser Zimmer war leider erst um 18 Uhr bezugsbereit, statt wie angegeben um 16 Uhr. Zudem wurde die Bar am Abend realtiv früh geschlossen, sodass man nach 21 Uhr kein Bier oder Drinks mehr im Hotel erhielt.

- TammiTraveler (10/5): Three Days Were Not Enough. - I arrived on the afternoon of April 13. I got accessible room 5107, which had everything a disabled guest could ask for, except for a bedside digital clock. Also, when I showered, I got water on the floor. I guess that walk in shower will get glass doors once it's upgraded. The bed was comfy, and I had peace and quiet. I also liked the restaurants and easy access to the mall. On the day of the presentation, I was hoping to be done early so that I could get my dinner at the mall. But I was there all afternoon, and getting hungrier by the minute. I like to be in and out within an hour. Aside from this, it was a good stay. I actually wish I could have stayed longer so that I could fit in two or three theme parks instead of one.

There were such fun activities over Easter for the kids too. The floods are disgusting. I suspect the carpet in the rooms have never been cleaned. Surely carpet should be redundant in Florida. It’s mouldy and filthy. After walking on the carpet for less than an hour, our socks were STAINED black.

- Marie (8/5): Great place close to mall - We had a very nice one bedroom, renovated with a nice terrasse. The residence was nice, with a big pool, a lake, park for children. A short walk to a very nice outlet mall. Our unit was situated in building 1, facing the basketball court and the pool. A bit too close to noise for me (music from animation at the pool or basketball). I would have prefered to be in another building with a lake view.

- Phillip (7/5): - It was clean and comfortable. Nice view around the lake. When we arrived around 5pm or so to check in the lady at the front desk was not very friendly. She didn't seem very happy and was more of a cold demeanor. Not bad but not good. It wasn't really a good first impression of a hotel. Also at the same time another woman came up to us and offered us something for free or something like that and told us to come to the other counter after we check in. Pretty quickly I realized they're really trying to funnel us into some sort of sales pitch/presentation the next day, which obviously she wasn't honest about up front. I don't want to arrive at a hotel in first thing that happens is somebody's trying to sell me something. So not a great first or second impression. The next morning I went to the front desk to ask a question and they were a few ladies there with big smiles on their faces and super friendly which is what I would expect and what I appreciate. Also someone in the coffee shop didn't speak English and couldn't understand my order and then someone was also rude to me there. I definitely did not deserve to be treated like that I'm very respectful to everyone no matter where they're from or what language they speak but they should have somebody who understands what I'm trying to ask for at the counter. Also one of the housekeeping staff had an attitude with my wife for no reason. I would not go back to this hotel. I've had better service at an $80 Hotel in Orlando.

But when throughout the day you might go in there 4-8 times , sometimes just for a coffee but the tip expectation is a turn off. The video game are for the kids needs some updating to ensure all 3 consoles are functioning and a small point but there is a pool table in there also and numerous times while people played a ball would bounce off the table which is dangerous when 3 kids are sitting on the floor playing video games.

- 303maryd (10/5): Wonderful resort property with accommodating staff - We just spent a week at the Tuscany Grand Hilton and loved it. We had a 2 bedroom condo, which was spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. We were in building 7 and loved that the outlets were literally across the street. It was very easy to go to the parks. We spent 2 days at Univereal and one at Magic Kingdom. The pool was beautiful and very clean, as well as being very family friendly. They had all kind of family activities around the pool and great music. The management was also very accommodating as were the activities staff. Great experience. Parking late at night was a little limited but would not say it was a big deal at all. We just parked down by the pool. Highly recommend.

Das ist eigentlich total überflüssig, da man mit der Zimmerkarte auf die Anlage kommt. Aber die gute Dame wollte uns gefühlte 10 min. alles mögliche andrehen. Das ist der einzige Negativpunkt.

- Wandering_Freee (8/5): Fun Week, Great Location - We traded our RCI points to stay here. The rooms were nice we had a hotel size room. The pool was really nice. There are 2 pools a family pool and an adult pool. There are BBQ areas on the property. There's a nice path to walk around the lake. The parking is $10 per night, $25 per night for room taxes. The parking near building 2 & 3 is hard to park at night no spots. The workers drive atv / golf carts around recklessly and don't put the guest first, be careful and watch out. Over all it was a fun week in a perfect location. They do give cards for 2 free coffees per day or 2 free bottles of water.
