Guest Reviews
- Dominick (6/5): - Place was a typical motel, no frills but good location close to dtla. Only complaint is the sheets were visibly stained and dirty
- Adriana (10/5): - Yayyy
- Timothy (8/5): - The staff were amazing, it’s a clean motel with safe parking that has a great location. It’s not fancy and if you’re not a dodgers fan you might not enjoy the room decor, but if you’re in LA to do stuff and need a safe place to park and a clean place to sleep, this place is it!
- Reuben (10/5): - Great Place to stay Friendly staff,
- Douglas (8/5): Great place - Clean room. Friendly staff. Decent parking. AC worked in room.
Bed was really firm...too firm for my liking. Pillows were also firm. Walls are thin...I was able to hear another guest snoring.
Overall the experience was good and I would stay here again.
- DeAnna (6/5): - Ice machines all broken, very worn down and nothing positive to say about this place.
- Cameron (6/5): - I did like the staff, but I would only stay here if you want to go dodger games since it’s easy to walk there/back. The area to the stadium isn’t the worst either
- Marcial (10/5): - Close to Dodger stadium
- Rene (10/5): - Great roo.
- Katie (8/5): - My friend and I stayed here this past weekend. It's a perfect place to stay if you're looking for a place to sleep Downtown LA that's affordable. It's close to Union Station, which is convenient. They have limited free parking. I would stay here again as it's affordable and good location Downtown.
- Morgan (4/5): - We booked this pretty last second for a concert. The bed was comfortable enough, the air conditioner worked like a dream, but the room itself was dirty and poorly maintained. The bedding had a hole burned into it, the bathroom floor was grimy. The faucet handle
for the shower was missing and was just an exposed screw. The smell was really bad, but with some perfume and the AC on fill blast, we managed. One of our towels was fully used and still had a clump of hair in it. For what I paid, I’m not impressed whatsoever, but it got the job done and we enjoyed both nights of
the MCR concert and dodger stadium. I don’t recommend, but if you don’t have a choice, you can make it work.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - My go to hotel when I have to go to Stanley Mosk Courthouse
- Unique (10/5): - The staff was so kind and courteous. We were uncomfortable with our first room, when we notified the front desk they offered us a different room immediately. Just keep in mind that it is a motel, so you get what you pay for. The AC was cold and the water was hot, which is all that mattered to me. Very nice people.
- vanessa (10/5): - Great
- david (10/5): - Everyone on thier staff went well above my expectations
- Anna (10/5): - Hello! I stayed here during Anime Expo, the staff was extremely nice to me! I'm a part time wheelchair user and they were all so willing to help, even watching my wheelchair in the lobby so that we didn't have to carry it up the stairs, they also offered to help me bring it up and clear out a bottom room to use in case i needed it. It is a safe place to stay! I would recommend it. You can tell the love and care they put in their job! <3
- Claire (10/5): - Really amazing location, really friendly staff! Our room was very spacious. Located across the street from a bakery and grocery store. Not walking distance from any Metro lines
- Stephanie (10/5): - Booked this room because it’s close to the dodgers stadium and I will definitely book it again in the future. Fair pricing, clean and the customer service was great! Don’t have any negative things to say. Highly recommend!
- Jeremiah (8/5): - Great location to walk to the Dodgers game
- Lameka (2/5): - The level of cleanliness was unprecedented. It doesn’t take much to clean. My wife and I both have a bad rash over our bodies. I was scratching most nights. Possibly of bed bugs
- Angel (10/5): - It was a clean stay at echo park. Kinda quiet for it being by the freeway. Staff were very nice.
- Priscilla (8/5): - Great place for an overnight stay. Bed was comfy & room was clean. Close to Dodgers Stadium which is what we went for. And if you’re a “Fast & Furious” fan, “Bobs market” & the Toretto house is right around the corner!
- Claudia (8/5): - The hotel and check in was quick and the staff was friendly, the room was clean, the only issues we had was that the bed was hard as a rock and the shower kept leaking but overall very nice stay. It was in a very nice area close to alot of stores and places to eat
- 508DavidG508 (8/5): My first trip to LA - I was in town for a Dodgers game and chose Knights Inn. I have never stayed at a Knights Inn before and honestly I was expecting it to be pretty bad. It was dated but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I was very impressed and will definitely stay there again. It is loud but I knew that going in so I took ear plugs and slept well.
- Brenda (8/5): - Stayed only for one night so I did not spend much time in my hotel room but I had a great sleep and always felt safe and comfortable.
Staff was very friendly, and room was very clean and comfortable. I chose this hotel for the price, location, parking, and it did not disappoint.
- DANNY (10/5): Good hotel. - Overall good room for the price and location. Short Uber ride to downtown. Great bbq spot right next door. Clean bathroom. Clean sheets. Tv remote was missing some buttons.
- Erika (10/5): - All the staff is amazing it feels like home .place is super clean bed are so comfortable
- Alejandro (10/5): - It was very nice and room service was on top.
- Bill (6/5): - The online photos must have been taken several years ago as the actual property shows wear and tear. If you are a light sleeper the street noise all night will keep you awake. There was no coffee or breakfast in the morning even though that is listed on the website. I needed to check out at 7am but the office was locked and no one available. One of the hand towels in my room had what looked like lipstick and mascara on it. The vending machine didn’t work and I had to walk across the street to purchase a bottled water. Even though there was plenty of hot water at the lavatory, the max temperature in the shower was lukewarm. Also there is no elevator to the second floor. All things considered I don’t think this hotel is worth the price I paid.
On the positive side, the check-in lady was very nice and even helped by carrying some of my luggage up the stairs for me.
- Dave (8/5): - Room was clean. I was able to check in a couple hours early.
- Jonathan (10/5): - Nice
- Dalila (4/5): - It is close to downtown Los Angeles...
- anthony (10/5): - good quality would go again
- Stephen (10/5): - Very nice family run place and you just don't see that anymore and it is very appealing
- matthew (6/5): - Basic easy hotel
- Katie (2/5): - Went to check in late and everything was locked. We found employee sleeping on couch and had to knock on door to let us get checked in.
Pillows were lumpy and had to buy our own.
There was a stain on the comforter.
Location was great and staff was friendly. Just wish the comfort and experience was a bit better. 2/5 for me
- Kathy (10/5): - Price reasonable...the room clean.but it just had that smell of cheap cologne on the bed but clean bed. Not the most.comfortable bed.but slept good. Will go back again if I need to
- Maynard (6/5): - Smelled like a porno theater.
- Edgar (10/5): - The manager and staff here were great! They were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and nice. I would recommend this property to anyone in the DTLA area who is looking for a place to stay!! Stay here!! It was a great experience!! You wont be disappointed!!
- Hannah (10/5): - Comfy bed, hot shower, beautiful painting in the room (114). At first there was a little noise from cars passing outside, but with the fan on I couldn’t hear it.
- Jorge (10/5): - Nice property convenient stores around
- Juan (4/5): - terrible bed, noise all night
- Maude (4/5): - Downtown and free parking. Shower was cold…
- Kristin (10/5): - We wanted an inexpensive and close place to stay while visiting. This place fit the bill. The room was big enough for the two of us and the bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.
- Oluwaseye (10/5): - super close to the dodgers stadium, expensive for such a small room but nevertheless we had much fun, very strict on marijuana tho
- Gerardo (10/5): Great place - Great spot and great local restaurants
- Jackeb-Eligah (10/5): - The stay was great, very simple and affordable!
- Kate (10/5): - It was clean and the front desk was especially helpful. However, our room was right above the freeway so loud. Also, the promotions say complimentary breakfast which ended in 2020!
- Robert (8/5): - For the location of the room and the price. The room was pretty decent. The bathrooms can get some upgrading but overall, it was a good experience. I would stay here again if going to any sports events near downtown LA.
- S_Leach (8/5): Park the car, walk to Dodger Stadium -& get a good night sleep - for a decent price :) - We came in to town for a Dodger playoff game, they lost - however this hotel was great place to spend the night. It was clean, & we had a good night sleep. The staff were really friendly & helpful.
It is a 2 star hotel, so I gave it 4 stars because I feel it lived up to what was expected & more.
The parking was free AND it was easy 25 min, walk to & from Dodger Stadium…. WAY quicker than driving or taking Uber/cab.
If there was breakfast included we weren’t made aware if it, but we found an AMAZING place to eat near Echo Park
- Evan (8/5): - Solid place, great interactions with staff, more character than I'd expected. A little janky but not in a bad way.
- Heather (8/5): - Great for price
- Julie (6/5): - Walking distance to Dodger Stadium. Cute and inexpensive bakery across the street.
- Jasmine (4/5): - We liked the big tv and let us login in to Netflix. Definitely need new furniture though
- Krystal (6/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was old and ghetto.
- Vanessa (10/5): - Friendly staff and always so accommodating
- Robin (2/5): - Not as advertised.
- Marco (6/5): - It's an ok place to stay at if you're going to a Dodgers' game. I wouldn't stay there if you are traveling with young children. It's an older property for sure and parking is limited.
- Yuka (10/5): - Great location. Only 30min walk to the Dodger stadium. Not fancy but comfortable clean room. Only thing was the bathroom door couldn't be shut properly. Very friendly and professional staff. Especially Alex helped us so much with our taxi trouble. Definitely will go again.
- Jeff (10/5): - Is convenient.
- Vanessa (10/5): - Have stayed multiple times and will continue to do so. Such friendly staff
- Calvin (6/5): Pros/cons stay - My best friend and I just got home from our stay here. I reserved two separate rooms so we would both be comfortable. For the rate (about $980 for three nights + two rooms), I knew it wasn’t going to be a reservation at the Four Seasons, so I had realistic expectations in mind before arriving.
Pros: Pretty good rate if you’re traveling to
LA on a budget. Location is pretty good depending on if you’re looking to get something in proximity to downtown (our trip goal was DragCon at the convention center which also explained my reservation choice). The rooms are situated directly above a bar located next door, with a restaurant and bakery nearby, so there are a couple options that are close, or through delivery if you prefer. Freeway access is also a plus. There are about 15 covered parking spots in the small garage next to the entrance, which is free for guests (one of the signs indicating parking was for guests had “Hotel guests only” written in Sharpie so in spirit with what I was getting into, it wasn’t a big surprise). Free WiFi as well. My room had a built-in 43 inch Roku TV which was a pleasant surprise. The room lamps have outlets and USB ports. The check in process wasn’t too bad. My room also had a mini fridge.
Cons: I’m not one to complain so these are more so observations from my experience: The bedsheets were pretty thin, shower was lukewarm at best, there were some dents in the wall that looked like nobody had bothered to repair just yet. My sink drain had a bot
- Lonika (10/5): - Very friendly nice location
- Melissa (10/5): - Safe with gated parking.
- Claudia C (10/5): - I want to give many thanks to the whole staff from Knights inn Hotel, I honestly had a wonderful time the six days and five nights that I spent there. One of the Staff members George, was super helpful and gave me good tourist guidance since Day 1, considering that I visited LA solo and helped me to explore the city completely. I recommend to spend your days here
If you’re looking for a place out of the crowd and if you’re a Baseball Fan, you have the Dodger one mile walk which it was great. Thank you again and until next time.
- Andrea (8/5): - Free parking! Friendly staff. The pillows were not right for me.
- Monica (8/5): - You get what you pay for but that being said it’s an easy scooter ride to the dodger stadium and local bars and food. Staff was amazing. It wasn’t loud at night thankfully. Room could be cleaner but it is what it is. One night stay to go to the dodger game was worth it.
- Gabriel (10/5): Downtown LA hotel - The hotel is centrally located close to all points of interest and attractions. Clean, friendly staff. Easy to get to
- Claudia (10/5): Cool little hotel - The front desk customer service was such a helpful and friendly person. Answered all our questions. The room was qaint and clean. The underground garage is gated which provided extra security to our vehicle. Next to the hotel was a bar and a restaurant. The area itself was decent. Also it’s close to dodger’s stadium which is why we chose this location.
- Ivonne (8/5): - Good stay, close enough to downtown LA and convention center, enclosed parking is included but can be tight if full. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. I had problems with my tv remote, front staff person came promptly to resolve issue. Convenient bakery/breakfast place across the street and yummy barbecue place two doors down. You get some noise from the freeway. Older building but adequate for a short stay. I would stay there again.
- Timothy (8/5): - It was pretty great and I might’ve given it five stars but I accidentally left my Bluetooth speaker in the room and when I went back an hour later to claim it I was told that no such item was found in the room, which means the maid staff clicked it. Oh well my fault really but I’m certainly not giving five stars
- Guadalupe (8/5): - i was scared to stay here bc of the negative reviews but honestly it wasn't bad at all . it was super convenient for staying after a dodger game . the area didn’t feel unsafe at all ! the property was a little outdated / not the nicest but for the price it wasn’t bad whatsoever . if needed , i would stay again .
- Maria (8/5): - had a good stay no complains
- Octavio (6/5): Unpleasant - Worker was not in office when checking in. Had to walk inside property to look for him. Called phone but voice-mail was full n could not leave a message. Hairs n wet towels left in bathroom. Dirty Sheets with stains...
- Simeon (10/5): 101 Freeway view motel - It was the last night in LA and picked Knughts Inn , since I grew up close by & Iis in Exho Park / Angeleno Heights area I thought why not ; the staff were very friendly and restaurant downstairs is one of Echo Parks trendy restaurants 2024 & food was amazing! It’s called Parkls finest bbq!!! Most of the rooms are on the second floor an the room we had had balcony /patio but it was right off the Hollywood freeway 101 and was very loud and dusty I felt as we were inhaling gas fumes :( other than that beds were tooo soft and the rug was so old and flat itlcoildnt be barefoot and there was what looked like someone left a hot rein on the floor cause it’s a outline of an iron ! Well for the price I give this place a 4 out of 10 !
- Erica (10/5): - I liked how close it was to Dodgers Stadium and that it had dining options right across the street.
- Leah (8/5): - Small beds that aren't super comfy. They aren't terrible.
Nice 11am check out, thats later than a lot of the hotels I have stayed at with the 10am check out.
Great walkability to bars and food
- Samantha (8/5): - Property is convenient to Dodger stadium, within walking distance. However, property needs a lot of TLC, especially the walls ie washing or painted. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.
- Dave (10/5): - Friendly staff! Comfortable rooms balcony. Gated parking ! Was a great stay will stay again.
- Natalie (2/5): - Our stay was very uncomfortable throughout our whole 2 nights. We first walked into a room that was supposedly a “non-smoking” area but reeked of cigarettes badly, then later on found cockroaches and spiders all over the room. We asked to switch rooms and they were nice about that then gave us an “upgrade” which was a little better but still had dead bugs on the floor. Also, the shower was broken so we couldn’t shower at all.
- Nicholas (10/5): - Was clean and lots to do around the area
- Marcus (10/5): - Great staff and good hotel.
- Nicholas (6/5): - The overall stay was fine. The only problem I had was the toilet had poop stains all running down the outside of the bowl.
- laura (10/5): I'll stay here again - It's definitely downtown, and not a very picturesque part of town. But close to the Music Center and museums and parks. The room itself was great! Spacious and comfortable. We were located at the front of the building and it was pretty quiet until street traffic picked up. I don't think I'd want to stay in a room on the fwy. side. Gated off street parking was a plus, and front desk was charming.
- Jose (10/5): - Office staff were nice and polite, The room clean and good heater was warm , the place is walkable and safe.
- Edu (6/5): - Wifi wasn’t working most of the time
- Maximo (10/5): - Pretty good hotel. Parking was great and room was quiet regardless of it being next to a loud freeway.
- Sandra (4/5): - Rr
- Sonia (10/5): - The place is nice and clean. The room was big and very clean, I would stay at this place again in my next visit, front desk personnel very friendly makes you feel welcome.
- Alfredo (10/5): - Excellent
- Lorenzo (10/5): Surprisingly nice, good value - Great location close to downtown/Music Center, near the freeway. Clean quiet room with comfortable bed and nice amenities. Free secure parking. Restaurant, bakery, bar are within walking distance. Good value for what you get. Would stay again.
- Jameel (6/5): - Well it was my 1st time in California very beautiful state. As far as the Knights Inn hotel the staff was very nice & pleasant, the surrounding area was also nice its in a good neighborhood & i felt safe. There's a bar connected to the hotel ( I didn't have time to visit it) but it was a young well behaved crowd coming & going. It's also a Philippino barbeque joint next to the bar ( again didn't get a chance to visit it). Overall i enjoyed my stay the room was smaller than expected but it worked for the short time i was there. 10 minute drive from the Crypto.com arena (30 minutes in traffic) but i would certainly stay there again.
- Rounel (2/5): - Room was really dirty and dusty .
- Ale (10/5): Good value and location. Parking was a plus. - Great customer service. Friendly staff. However, no phone in my room.
- L530QJhectorv (10/5): Perfect hotel at a reasonable price. Gets you what you need. - Bed is very comfortable, Pillows are perfect, bathroom and shower clean, plenty of hot and cold water when showering, room very clean, housekeeping available, perfect location and reasonably priced. Highly recommend to future customers.
- Edward (10/5): - Great cheap place to stay with free parking. Will use again when I'm in downtown LA.
- Vanessa (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Reason I keep returning
- markstrattonberry (10/5): Conveniently Located - Hotel is on the older side, and rooms are basic, but very conveniently located (walking distance) to Dodgers Stadium (where I attended the BackPink concert) and also walking distance to Little Tokyo/Japantown. Koreatown is a longer walk, or short Uber ride. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
- mayra (10/5): - All great
- Carol (10/5): - The bed was comfortable and the room was cool. The carpet felt sticky and the shower needs a little repair but I would stay there again. Very convenient to the Dodgers Stadium and staff very friendly
