• Lesley (8/5): A great place to stay on a visit to London - The property's location is great, on the edge of Bloomsbury. The room was well designed and the bed comfortable. The access arrangements were easy to follow, even for pensioners like us! Think the bathroom would have been better with just a shower rather than a high sided bath with no anti-slip surface or grab handle

La habitación tranquila Reserve para 6 días, el papel del baño se terminó y no pudieron darnos más, también por la tarde la habitación se llenaba de un olor muy fuerte a drenaje, revisamos el baño y todo estaba en orden, el olor llegaba del ducto del aire acondicionado

• Liene (9/5): Great expierence. - Great location - everything is close - Soho, Covent Garden, Oxford Street. For breakfast, a great opportunity to visit Gail's Cafe with a 30% discount. I liked everything and would love to come back.

• Lynn (8/5): Amazing stay in a fantastic location. Would definitely stay again. - The location was fantastic and the bed very comfortable. Lovely toiletries plus drinking water and coffee, tea etc provided. Room small but well designed. Pastries from Gail’s adjoining hotel were delicious and a bargain with the 30% discount. There wasn’t much to be honest but to be picky toilet was too close to the bath and the shower head was too high up for someone as short as myself to be able to wash hair in shower easily. Very creaky floorboards that made it sound like someone was in your room with you at times.

Even with the provided ear plugs there were loud banging noises from other rooms / people walking down the corridor throughout the night, so much so that I couldn’t get any sleep. The air con also didn’t work so the room was very stuffy.

• Lynda (7/5): Good central location, clean & perfect size for the price - Good size & clean room. Handy being next to Gails given there wasnt any facilities & the Gails discount was a nice surprise. Didn’t realise it was 5 seconds from tottenham court road as i would have chosen a different location; it was literally on the cusp of bloomsbury. That said Charlotte Street & Soho are just a 10min walk so still a good location for being central.
• Amy (8/5): Lovely and comfortable and very easy! - Great location, very responsive when I had queries, my room was ready early in the day and the room had a tea station and toiletries and hairdryer which I was grateful for when travelling light The baggage lockers were full so I had to risk just leaving my bag in the storage room, it’s was fine but a locker would have been better

• Alan (10/5): Great location, perfect room. Gail's cafe next door is excellent and with a 30% discount for guests - Location was perfect, 2 minute walk from Tottenham Court Tube station. Room was good size, clean, bed was comfortable. A bit of noise at night with multiple sirens etc but it is London!

Kun tuli ongelma, jonka takia piti vaihtaa huonetta myöhään illalla, niin chat-asiakaspalvelu oli liian hidas, ehti hermostua asiasta. Lopulta asia kuitenkin saatiin hoidettua.

On a eu 2 problématiques qui aurai été facile ment et rapidement solutionnée si réception . Et là ça n’a pas été le cas : en arrivant on trouvé une de nos 2 serviettes de toilettes tachées . Elle a été changée que le lendemain donc pas pratique après une journée de voyage . Et surtout le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnais pas . Malgré les messages sur le whatsapp dédié à ça , j’ai du sortir la tête mouillée alors qu’il faisait super froid . (Et je ne parle meme pas de la tête que j’avais toute la journée) . Donc tout étais top mais ce point là est vraiment dommage .

We needed a clean up of room. There is no front desk service, I did not realize this when we booked and giving passport info online took me awhile to figure out.

Optimal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (weil es keine Zimmerreinigung während des Aufenthaltes gibt) Der Ausblick war leider auf Rohre im Innenhof und das Fenster gehört mal geputzt.

• Caitlin (8/5): It was amazing location and a very safe environment with an enjoyable sense of trust and independenc - I enjoyed the independence of the place. The fact J could check in and out and store my luggage independently without needing to consult the other staff was both time efficient and relaxing. I do wish there was regular room cleaning as opposed to just once a week or so on.

No puedes controlar la calefacción. No tenia cubrecama ni cojín de color como en la foto , la ventana pequeña y con vista interna. Una habitación bastante triste. Con un poco de cuidado y color podría mejorar bastante (como la foto que ofrecen).
• Pauline (7/5): Une chambre spacieuse, mais surtout un emplacement de rêve dans Londres; à la frontière entre Soho et Bloomsbury - L’emplacement qui est top ! La literie de bonne qualité également Pas assez d’équipements (pas de brosse à dent ni de petit dentifrice), et il manque d’un endroit où on peut récupérer de nouveau stock de produits de base par exemple (sachets de thé, dosette de café). J’ai regretté qu’une personne ne passe pas faire le ménage, même quand on est dans la chambre pendant 1 semaine. Au 1er étage, il y a une très forte odeur de nourriture et de cuisine présente toute la semaine. Manque peut-être aussi de rangement pour les vêtements. L’isolation phonique n’est pas idéale non plus (on entendait beaucoup la route principale).

• Alexander (1/5): Heruntergekommen und schreckliches Personal. - Die Lage ist super, aber das ist es nicht wert. Schrecklich. Alles ist heruntergekommen. Die Klimaanlage hat nur heiße Luft geblasen und das Zimmer hatte im März 28 Grad. Das Fenster war kaputt und ist nicht aufgeblieben. Der „Service“ ist eine schlechte AI die falsche Informationen rausgibt. Nachdem man sich zu einem Menschen durchschlägt behauptet der dass die Klimaanlage funktioniert während ich in dem Zimmer bei 28 Grad stehe. Eine andere Bewertung hat vor 1,5 Jahren schon von dem gleichen Problem mit der Klima berichtet, das wird nicht mehr besser. Nach langem hin-und-her haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Dort war die Heizung undicht, und 2 Quadratmeter Teppich waren klitschnass. Ein schlechter Witz.
