• Mohamadsadegh (8/5): Overall, it was a good stay with a very clean and spacious hotel. - Pool and spa were perfect. Very spacious and clean rooms. Nice rooftop view for breakfast and some of the rooms facing the river. Staff were not that much caring. We had a tour and had to leave the hotel very early in the mooring. They gave us a food pack but did not ask our preferences and the pack was not filled in a proper way.

• Ping (10/5): Quiet Comfort with Truly Caring Staff - Everything about this hotel was just right for us. We loved the comfort, the excellent breakfast, and the peaceful atmosphere. The shower was hands down the best we experienced during our entire stay in Tuscany. Although the hotel is located on the outskirts of Florence, the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and full of great restaurants — and it’s a very pleasant walk to the city center. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Massimo, Michella, and Francesco, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip to Florence! Nothing.
• Alma (4/5): Far from 5 stars - Very big and spacious room, super comfortable bed. Nicely decorated hotel. Very clean No soundproof at all. Constant banging and squeaking of the door. I do not understand that a 5 stars hotel can not repair squeaking door. Impossible to sleep! At the checkout they wanted to charge me room service because I requested an EMPTY plate. What a disgrace.

Don’t offer tea or coffee. Options at breakfast are extremely minimal for a 5 star property. Bread and cakes were not fresh at all.

• Alexandre (8/5): Very modern hotel yet with some room to improve - It is a very modern hotel and with a lot of good taste from a design and decoration perspective! The spa albeit small is very nice to unwind from the crazy crowds of Florence We have had mixed experiences with the staff: we were very well received when we arrived but the odour in the hotel was not the best at that time (there was a strong sweat smell). We went into the allocated room on the 3rd floor and realized it was quite noisy given the road in front. We then ended up opting to pay a very decent amount for an upgrade to a suite on the last floor which was then a fantastic room and much more protected (not fully still) from the noise. We highly recommend taking the suite when booking and requesting a higher floor. The staff at breakfast were generally not very useful and the breakfast options were in our view quite limited for a 5* hotel. As for the location: this is definitely not the shiniest part of Florence, rather a residencial area with a big road in front (and not such a nice part by the river). However we did find that not being too much in the center was in the end a good thing given how insanely busy Florence was. It was still a 35-40 mins walk every time we want to go to the very center (or a 15-20eur taxi, hard to get) yet we found that in the end preferable over staying accommodated in the center. Lastly, parking in Florence is chaotic. The hotel provides an option for €45 per night (!) and I must admit that parking around while possible (still to be paid, for a lower fee) is not easy. Parking in Florence is overall a nightmare

• Khalifah (10/5): First time but it would not be the last - The hotel was modern in its design, and it was newly opened. You can park your ride anywhere around the hotel for free or be charged 45€/day. The best thing is that the hotel location is not in a busy area so you can go any were in Tuscany easily. Last but not least at this hotel the staff will make you feel at home 🌹

At the checkout time; the lady asked to pay for the omelette I have requested during my breakfasts! I told her why would i get charged when I have breakfast included in my booking?! She told the omelette is extra to the breakfast and she said “I will inform the waiters at the restaurant to inform customers that that omelette is with extra charges in the future“!!

• _lovetravelling_ (8/5): Its Good, Need some improvements for 5 star - Friendly staff, they answered my needs, very nice room and facilities (size, great aromatherapy, coffee...) , excellent breakfast (products with high quality), with panoramic view. A plus to Frederico, very polite. For 5 star hotel I was disappointed. The sauna was at 40 degrees, not a temperature for sauna. I asked them to prepare but still at 40 degrees. After my complain one member of staff came to change to 50 degrees. The area surround of swimming pool had dust, the glasses of water of the previous day still there, and the two toilets had no paper as well they were dirty. The phone on the room had no number of reception and pressing the 'room service' nothing happened. I showed all this to the lady of reception, In the end I thought with all this they wouldnt charge me my bar drink (6€) or the parking, but they apologize saying "we are new" "we are lack of staff" and that's it.

• YING (2/5): - Taking over 1 hour to check-in and another 1 hour to check out. A waste of time there. Double confirmed with the front desk to check out at 8am, but finally the check out was done until 9am. Small hotel with difficulty to find the place. Would never recommend to anybody.
