Suat (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen. Preisleistung stimmt. - Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Badezimmer war mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet, welches ich dankend angenommen habe. Das Motorrad wurde in der Tiefgarage des Hotels geparkt. Es gab ein Frühstücksbüffet, welches ausreichend und gut war. War alles okay.

GLORIA (6/5): - Les habitacions molt netes, i les vistes El personal del restaurant, ha fet comentaris a la meva filla q crec q no son correctes, ja q mai es sap hi ha darrere d cada persona. Tambe vull comentar q ens van dir d recepcio q a l habitcio del costat els hi estavem molestant, quan eren les 22 de la nit i estaven rient la familia jugant a cartes, i no estavem fer cap escandol, entenem q recepccio ho ha d fer ja q es la seva feina.

A localização em Arinsal é boa pois fica na parte de cima da vila tendo uma vista previligiada, A decoração dos quartos podia ser melhorada. A sala comum do hotel podia ser melhorada, aumentada. O jardim/pavimento por trás parece estar pouco cuidado.

Yvette (8/5): Home from home, friendly staff and reasonably low cost facilities. - The property was very clean, warm and ideally located for the slopes and I loved the super hot shower/bath. The friendly staff members were always happy to help and with a friendly smile. If I had to be really picky, the bedroom furniture and mattresses were a little tired/dated and WiFi was a little intermittent but for a 3 star hotel I’m certainly not complaining.

Pau (7/5): - El personal de recepción nos esperó hasta bien tarde. Muy de agradecer ya que veníamos de ver una obra y no podíamos hacer el check -in antes. Las pazas de parking, son muy pocas, aunque no es culpa del hotel, pero se debe tener en cuenta para ciertas personas con movilidad reducida o niños.

Belinda (9/5): Heel fijn verblijf met onze hond - Zeer vriendelijk personeel ook voor onze hond. Verrassend genoeg konden wij gewoon met onze hond aanschuiven bij diner en ontbijt weliswaar in het verlengde stuk van de bar maar dat was direct aansluitend dus helemaal prima!! Schone kamer met mooi uitzicht. Het bed was misschien iets te klein

Vanesa (10/5): De las mejores estancias de la zona - El personal es de lo mejor súper acogedor, trataron a nuestro peludo como uno más lo recibieron con juguetes y chuches. Veníamos para dos días y estando aquí decidimos quedarnos más y no nos pusieron ningún problema. Y la comida muy buena y mucha cantidad. Sin duda volveremos otra vez Todo perfecto

Grant (10/5): We will return to the Xalet Verdu ; it is our Hotel of Choice in Arinsal . Very happy indeed - The Xalet Verdu , surpassed our expectations . It has private parking, open air , and even an underground park , approx 10 parking places . It is well Located in the town of Arinsal , an easy walk down the Hill to the main “Gondola” lift ., after dinner a short uphill walk , say 10 mins mac from “Surf Bar “ . What we really loverd ; the Staff , all are very friendly and very helpful . Service with a smile . Coffee/ Drinks bar nice for a pre breakfast coffee and or an Apres Ski wine or beer in the early evening . Now , another good surprise , The Restaurant !! Highly recommended to try . Food is all prepared by the in-house Chef ; they have a buffett breakfast and dinner ( i dont think lunch as everyone is up on the mountain ) The buffett €20 pp can be enjoyed as is which is very sufficient and nice , salads , A Soup and things like a Homebaked Lasagna , or for a 5€ supplement , you get to choose from different Mains to add on . Believe me , this is worth it , my memorable dish was , A Veal Stew in Red Wine Sauce with boiled potatoes . It was delicious , and anywhere else you would pay €15 to 18 just for that Stew , A very nice aspect is that you will always find the Owner of the Hotel ( apologies I didnt catch his name ) very charming and hospitable , working hands on and assisting his staff at meal times and personally attending the Clients , be it in the restaurant or in the Bar serving coffees in the morning or Wine/ Beer in the afternoon - evening . We will return to the Xalet Verdu ; it is our Hotel of Choice in Arinsal . Very happy indeed Nothing to comment .

Sara (8/5): Tranquilo y acogedor - El hotel en general correcto, con personal amable, parking gratuito, buen desayuno y muy limpio. Las camas bastante cómodas. Pasamos algo de frío en la habitación, sobretodo en el baño, donde el radiador ya no se podía abrir más y estaba templado tirando a frío. Pudimos solucionarlo en las camas poniendo las mantas que estaban guardadas en el armario, quizá la ropa de cama debería renovarse con edredones. La primera noche nos toco aparcar en otra calle porque no había sitio en el parking, algo que la chica de recepción nos soluciono la segunda noche, dejandonos aparcar en el parking interior, cosa que no hizo su compañero la otra vez.

R.B (8/5): Ubicación bellísima - Nos quedamos absolutamente impresionados con las vistas desde la habitación al río que había en frente, el cual escuchabas su sonido desde dentro de la habitación. El abrir la ventana y ver todos los tejados y montañas nevadas es magia. El parking gratuito también es positivo. El hervidor con café, leche y azúcar que ponen es de agradecer. El recepcionista fue muy agradable con nosotros, pero no estaba informado sobre el precio y el horario del desayuno. Además la calefacción de la habitación se apagó a la media hora de entrar y no logramos volver a encenderla, para dormir no fue problema pero sí para ducharse. También sería muy muy positivo que el parking fuera cubierto porque lo más normal es que tu coche aparezca cubierto de una capa de nieve y es un engorro para poner las cadenas de nieve, además de estar el suelo resbaladizo por el hielo. Por último decir que no deberían permitir mascotas en las habitaciones, ya que un perro estuvo aullando desde las 9 de la mañana, no llegamos a comentar nada porque ya nos íbamos, pero si hubiéramos querido descansar más no hubiera sido posible.

Bíma (9/5): - Hotel je velmi pěkný, pokoje jsou prostorné a čisté. Personál byl velmi přátelský, včetně šéfkuchaře, se kterým se skvěle povídalo. Plusem je jednoznačně možnost parkování zdarma přímo u hotelu. Přímo vedle hotelu je navíc zastávka hromadné dopravy (autobus), kterou se do hlavního města dostanete za cca 3€ a 20 minut. Celé městečko je v kopci a nabízí krásné pohledy na hory. Kousek od hotelu se dá vystoupat na jeden z vrcholů, ze kterého jsou nádherné výhledy jak na městečko v údolí, tak hřebeny Pyrenejí. Snídaně byla výborná a velmi bohatá. Možností je i zakoupení večeře po domluvě na recepci. Pobyt byl skvělý a pokud budu ještě někdy v Andoře, rád se sem vrátím.

La cena estuvo deliciosa y el desayuno también, con productos de calidad, abundante y muy bien presentado. Todo estaba limpio, cuidado y ordenado. Las camas eran cómodas, y lo mejor de todo: ¡aceptan perros! Muchas gracias por la estancia.
