• Gerard (10/5): The Pucic Palace is a fabulous place to stay right in old town Dubrovnik! - If you visit Dubrovnik, we thought it would be fantastic to stay in the old town, and it was. The Pucic Palace is just what you would expect. You get the old historic European location with a beautiful guest room. Its classic! the staff is friendly and speaks English. It was a trip of a lifetime! nothing
• Ida DIACONO (5/5): Give the Pucic Palace a miss - The position and the lift to all floors was the only redeeming aspect of the Pucic Palace The hotel is very tired and needs a complete refurbishment. How this can be classed as five stars, I do not know. The breakfast offering was poor and the service was dismal. For the obscene price they charged, the hotel should have been far far better. Our hotels in Split and Hvar were superior in every way for a fraction of the cost.

• Adriana Marchi Ferreira (9/5): Estadia luxuosa no centro de Dubrovnik - O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, bem no centro da cidade murada, portanto próximo a todos os principais pontos turisticos, especialmente, a escada dos jesuitas ( escada da vergonha em Game of thrones). O hotel é luxuoso, contando com um quarto muito espaçoso. Meu quarto contava com tres janelas no quarto e uma no banheiro, sendo que uma duas davam de frente para uma das ruas, já que o hotel fica numa esquina. O banheiro era luxuoso e com várias amenidades, contando, inclusive com balança.O banheiro tinha chuveiro estilo chuva e banheira, sendo a água quente e farta.A iluminação do banheiro era fantástica. O aquecimento do quarto era bom. O prédio conta com elevador, o que é uma vantagem, já que se trata de uma edificação história. O café da manha era bom, entretanto, não é esquema buffet, mas sim a la carte, escontrando-se os pratos do menu inseridos nos custos do café da manhã. A equipe do hotel é extremamente atenciosa, educada e prestativa A iluminação do quarto era extremamente precária. Toda a iluminação era indireta. Só havia um atendente no café da manha para atender todas as mesas. Isso nos acarretou um problema, pois, sendo o atendimento precário, demorava muito tempo para que qualquer item do café da manha fosse servido. com isso, no nosso último dia de estadia ficamos restritos a um café com pão, manteiga e geleia. Demoramos mais de 15 minutos só para ter esses itens disponibilizados na mesa. O hotel não dispõe de estacionamento, sendo os valores de parqueamentos fora do centro histórico extorsivos, média de 100 euros por noite

In the heart of the old town close to the harbour, restaurants etc Friendly and helpful staff I had an issue with my room but fairly promptly repaired. During off season bar and restaurant has restricted opening times. Although a fair price to pay as rooms cheaper in off season and the city is very quiet.

Quando chegamos, tinha uma garrafa de espumante, frutas e castanhas no quarto. Todos os dias recebíamos uma garrafa de água. Comida servida no café da manhã era muito boa. Não sei se era pelo fato de todas as janelas estarem sempre fechadas, mas o hotel todo sempre cheirava a comida. A limpeza do restaurante também poderia ser melhor. Ficamos no quarto 17. Mesmo já sabendo disso no momento da reserva, a disposição dos móveis é bem estranha.

Hotel ne zavreduje niti tri zvjezdice, vec zahtijeva kontrole, kako ne bi sramotio hrvatski turizam.

Friendly, helpful, well appointed rooms, great service, clean. Was very quiet while we were there but it was out of season; I can imagine you'd probably be keeping windows closed in peak season, given the location.

• bluepearl2015 (2/5): If possible avoid and book a five star hotel outside the city walls - The hotel absolutely does not deserve a 5 star rating and damages the reputation of Croatian tourism. Unprofessional staff, poor breakfast with low-cost ingredients, extremely messy bar area with lingering kitchen smells. The hotel should have a maximum of 3 stars for what it offers and more effort and education would be needed for the staff. The entire ground floor and kitchen need a thorough cleaning and disinfection.

• 566suzannam (10/5): Would stay here again! - We stayed at The Pucic Palace for two nights Nov 2-4 2025. A very pleasant experience! The location is unbeatable in the middle of the old city, the rooms have an old style charm (yes read that you do not get the newest technology in aircon etc, but who needs it when you're in a medieval city?). The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and do not forget the restaurant! They humbly did not recommend it to us when we asked for one, but ended up having both our dinners there. If the chef is as young as they said, there are no limits to how good this can get. Also, very dog friendly. For a while we thought Enzo would abandon us and take a job in the reception.

Very thoughtful touches such as nice glassware for water and to make drinks from the minibar (great selection), chopard bathroom amenities, waffle towels, Q-tips and facial pads, nespresso coffee and a working smart TV. Very comfy bed and pillows. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel is also well situated in the Old Town.

The hotel is positioned extremely well in the 'old town' of Dubrovnik. It is close to everything. Not quite the range of food expected (regarding breakfast) from a 5-Star stay. Staff were not as friendly as we are accustomed to from a 5-Star hotel. The air conditioner in the room was very loud.

• Judith (10/5): - The Pucic Palace dates back to the 1800’s and is located within the Old City Walls; it is perfect for sightseeing. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you and to ensure you have wonderful holiday. The interior of the hotel is historic and impressive. The rooms are luxurious. Our window looked out to the marketplace and Game of Thrones Walk of Shame steps location. Our stay included a full delicious breakfast. The staff arranged and assisted us with our airport transfers and helped detail where to meet our tour guides. We also had the privilege of seeing the beautiful onsite chapel. It is the only hotel in the Old City Walls with an elevator. They helped us with our luggage to the main road as no cars are allowed in the city walls and even packed us a lunch for our return flight. We highly recommend Pucic Palace and would love to return. • Vickie (10/5): - The staff was amazing. Our flight was cancelled early in the morning a few hours before we were supposed to leave. The helpful woman at reception made every effort to help us out. She kept a room open for us for the next night if we needed it and even contacted the hotel’s travel agent to help us.
• mnigro123 (6/5): not so great experience - came to Dubrovnik ( most beautiful and historical city in the world for us now) with my daughter for a 3 night stay - was recommended to stay here - a bit disappointed - got a “ classic room” for over 600 a night and when arrived was taken to 4 th floor - basically no windows in the room - one very small window completely blocked by air conditioning unit - this was a rich merchant palace and i am sure 4 th floor were the servants quarters - furniture is beautiful and very tasteful - staff is amazingly helpful and cordial but they should inform guests of the lack of windows - a bit claustrophobic and does not justify the price

• Daniela (10/5): Wunderschönes Hotel in großartiger Lage mit exzellentem Service - Sehr schönes Hotel in einem alten Palast; wunderschöne alte Möbel in der Suite, tolle Aussicht; exzellentes Frühstück und sehr angenehme Zeiten (von 7 bis 11 Uhr); Personal war sehr freundlich und überaus hilfreich; die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist großartig. Das Abendessen im Restaurant Magdalena (schöne Terrasse) war ebenfalls herrvorragend - sowohl die Küche als auch der Service. Aufgrund der Lage mitten in der Altstadt kann es laut sein. Die Fenster dichten sehr gut ab, man muss sie nur schließen.
• Bertrand (7/5): Emplacement de rêve dans un environnement un peu désuet - Personnel aux petits soins et emplacement de rêve. La chambre est meublée à l’ancienne et la salle de bain est loin des standards actuels. Une bonne rénovation serait la bienvenue.
