• David (7/5): Clean but limited facilities. - Clean room and the breakfast was comprehensive. The walls were very thin and we could hear others in adjacent rooms, plus the noise from trains entering/leaving the main railway station was not so good. The lack of tea/coffee making and limited drinking water supply in the bedroom was disappointing.

• Sabrina (2/5): Eines der schlimmsten Hotels überhaupt - Nahe Lage zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Privater Parkplatz (abgesperrt). Da nahe zum Bahnhof, sehr laut auch in der Nacht. Im Internet wird es sehr schön abgebildet, die Realität sieht anders aus. Schmutzige Vorhänge, Wände beschmiert und teilweise kaputt. Mal hier mal dort drüber gemalt um Flecken zu verdecken. Das Badezimmer die reinste Katastrophe & es hat nach Abfluss gerochen. Es wird mit privatem Parkplatz geworben aber um rauszufinden ob und wieviel der kostet muss man erstmal recherchieren. 25€ für 1 Nacht sehr teuer. WLAN Verbindung nicht vorhanden da unser Zimmer wahrscheinlich zu weit weg von Lobby war.

• Caroline (4/5): Pour nous, qu’avons l’habitude de voyager dans les hôtels quatre à cinq étoiles, ceci ne correspond pas à quatre étoiles - L’emplacement proximité du centre ville Le bruit malheureusement l’hôtel est mal isolé et nous avons eu une chambre au premier étage juste devant les portes de l’ascenseur du distributeur de boisson et du placard d’entretien, donc nous avons été obligé d’acheter des boules Quies pour les oreilles, tellement nous n’avions pas pu dormir la 1 er nuit , les gens rentrent à toute heure de la nuit du matin, on entend tout donc trop bruyant

• Charles (6/5): Delightful staff and convenient location - The personnel were, without exception, competent, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The room itself was basic, but comfortable. The free coffee machine in the lobby was a definite plus. My only suggestion would be to improve the soundproofing between rooms.

Room was not cleaned everyday and as we were traveling with a 11 month old, it would have been great if they cleaned and cleared the bin daily. Also there was no kettle or tea/coffee machines in the room. The bathroom had enough size but the shower room was tiny.

• FLORENCE (5/5): Décevant - La personne qui nous accueillie à l'arrivée, très chaleureuse L'état de la chambre, vétuste La chambre n'était pas prête La salle de bains n'était pas bien nettoyée. Au départ, l'accueil peu attentif, aucune demande de feedback ni d'au revoir. L'emplacement l'hôtel est trop loin du centre mauvais rapport qualité-prix au regard d'autres logements/ hôtels testés durant notre séjour à Florence
• Gábor (1/5): Big dissapointment - Nothing Our first room there was an extremely strong disinfectant smell. Then we got another one, this room was cold. Additionaly there was a water condensation on the bathroom radiator, which made a puddle on the floor. We left the hotel after one night. They did not want to handle our problem, we did not get back any money or a compensation. We are deeply dissapointed.

• Michael (8/5): A controlled room temperature is a must, basic requirement, if you want customers to return and give a great review. - Great location. Close to downtown Florence by foot. Great parking area. Great staff and coffee is fantastic. Rooms are impeccably clean. Access to the main elevator from the main lobby is ill-designed; need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to access elevator. Air Conditioning never seems to be functioning or available, room temperature too hot to sleep well, fan not enough to cool room. Balcony door would suffice if not on side of train station as trains arrive and leave every 15 min up until 1:30 AM, and starts back at 4:30 AM. It’s a lose lose situation. Suggest you confirm AC works at time of visit, if not book elsewhere.

• Muhammad Bilal (9/5): Overall it was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again if I can - Everything was perfect. Location was very close to the central train station. There are restaurants and cafe at walking distances. The breakfast was 12$ per person, it wasn't extra-ordinary but good value for money. The balcony had a view of the train station and the mountains behind it. Since it's right next to the train station, it was a little noisy, but after 23:00 the train traffic is minimal so we didn't have trouble sleeping at night

• liquidseal (6/5): Great location outside the tourist crush - Booked as a four star hotel, from the lobby everything appears in order. Sadly that is not the case with the actual rooms. Perhaps we’re a little spoiled in other countries but the warning at reception that the two free bottles of water only applied on the first day of the stay was a hint of what else was to come. My guess is that the hotel was either reopened from administration or has some financial issues . The rooms are largely bare of any amenities other than a safe and the ubiquitous mini fridge. The worst bit is the bathroom which would probably look the part in a hospital. Folding doors on the shower leave you worrying you will flood the room. But that thought is quickly dispelled when you find the shower rarely has any hot water either at night OR in the morning. Initially I thought this might be due to demand being Easter weekend but was informed by reception that they didn’t have that many bookings. On the plus side the team on reception were excellent was the breakfast spread in the dining room together with the staff there. Trams run just past the front door - in our case past the room window. The tram service is excellent but the noise past midnight is a bit much. All in all probably a stretch to call this four stars ( if it is) but could easily have been made to be so.

• G4900RQlindak (6/5): For the price, this place is sufficient but not great - This hotel was booked for us as part of a tour package and it was just ok. The best thing about the visit was the comfortable bed and pillows but at the price paid, this was not an ideal location for us and the Breakfast was varied but very mid-quality. The school tours that came through were sometimes loud and the hotel in general does not have a warm, comfortable feel but we found the staff helpful and kind. Overall, we found better choices for us at a similar price point in other parts of the city for our extended stay.

• Verca (8/5): - Výborná lokalita s jednoduchým spojením z letiště a zároveň blízko centra. Výborná snídaně. Obecně skvělý a velmi ochotný personál. V hotelu bývají ubytováni i studenti na výletě a v noci byli extrémně hluční, musela zasáhnout recepce (ze strany personálu hotelu zvládnuto výborně). Není tedy asi vhodné pro ty kdo chtějí mít úplnou jistotu nočního klidu.

Il bagno era senza ventola. L'hotel non è insonorizzato perciò si sentono tutti i rumori. Se da un lato la vicinanza alla stazione fa comodo, dall'altro -purtroppo- si devono evitare le stradine per evitare incontri non piacevoli.

Egalement a la vue de la proximité du train l'insonorisation étant très insuffisante nous avons entendu le trafic ferroviaire

• 604vinodm (2/5): Taking disadvantage of tourist stuck in WAR zone - March 2026 - Extremely disappointed. Do not book this hotel especially if you are a tourist from outside italy. The hotel is not at all helpful incase of genuine emergencies (TOURISTS STUCK DUE TO WAR) and the staff on the phone is outright rude. Other hotels in Italy were genuinely helpful but not this one. It is not good to take advantage of tourists when unforseen emergencies happen out of their control. Basic ethics and empathy goes a long way in service industry. Hope this hotel understands it someday. We do have travel insurance. No, travel insurance does not cover cancellation expenses related to war, acts of war, or civil unrest. These events are considered "force majeure" or "excluded perils" due to their unpredictable nature. Upon numerous request to this hotel, our request to cancel our booking with full refund was denied outright and given an advice to take travel insurance in future. I dont think this hotel realises, italy Visa is not issued by italy embassy without complete and sufficient travel insurance. But sadly, it does not cover WAR time issues and cancellations. This situation was addressed very humanly and empathetically by other 3 hotels and numerous activities ( all non refundable) we had booked In italy for our vacation. Even the airlines did not give the excuse of "non refundable" tickets as WAR is a very unforseen and uncontrollable event. In such cases, refund is issued immediately. But this hotel only wishes to mooch off tourists stuck in War Situation. On top of physical, emotional stress with everyday fearing for our lives, businesses as this hotel has chosen to add to our financial stress as well instead of addressing it with humanity & empathy like others in italy. Stay away.
