• Annelies (7/5): Prima hotel voor als je je vlucht hebt gemist, anders niet aan te raden. - Onze vlucht was geannuleerd dus we moesten last minute een hotel nabij de luchthaven in Florence boeken. Dit was inderdaad vlakbij de luchthaven. 5 minuten met de taxi. De locatie voldeed dus aan onze wens. Maar de buurt was niet prettig. Druk en ongezellig. Het hotel zelf was ook ongezellig. De buurt. Het hotel was ongezellig met een humeurig meisje bij het ontbijt.

• Michele (5/5): - Nulla da menzionare di particolare. La colazione a buffet con scelta a mio avviso poco ampia per un quattro stelle e poco curata. La posizione su una via trafficata anche di notte con un po’ di rumore che passa le finestre anche se chiuse. Poca cura nei dettagli: due piccole cose su tutte (come esempio): telecomando tv con il copri batteria mancante dietro e quindi malfunzionante. Segnalato alla reception ma non c’è stato intervento. tv con i canali Sky non raggiungibili (“perché quando piove ci sono problemi e purtroppo talvolta non vanno” mi è stato detto).

• Stella (10/5): Safe, central, close to the ariport and reliable. - Every time I come to Italy (several times a year), I stop here at the Cosmopolitan. I am a solo traveler. I feel safe always. I have shopped in the surrounding area. Right adjacent to the hotel (parking lot) there is a supermarket that sells everything. Lidl is right next to that. If you are looking for delicious pastries and coffee, keep walking; there is a fabulous pastry shop and also a wonderful restaurant. The pizza place in front of the hotel is okay-ish, not the best and not the worst. There is another supermarket in front of the hotel and a cosmetic shop, if you need toiletries, but the supermarket adjacent to the hotel also sells them. I fly to the airport the next day. At check-in, I ask for a cab and the time I will need it the next day. I leave early in the morning, and the cab has never been late, and the airport is about 7 minutes away. I never had any problems flying out. or being on time or feeling unsafe. The breakfast at the hotel is FANTASTIC and worth it if you like a more American-style breakfast with eggs and bacon. or fruit, the coffee is good too. I recommend Cosmopolitan for the staff, safety, and location. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The only point I can make is that parking, which the hotel cannot control, operates on a first-come, first-served basis. I have always been able to park my rental; I've never had any issues finding a spot; however, the spots are limited.

• Monti (7/5): Soggiorno complessivamente positivo, con camera spaziosa, buoni servizi, parcheggio molto comodo e c - La stanza era molto grande e dotata di tanti comfort, come asciugamani, ciabatte e tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Ottimo anche il parcheggio offerto dalla struttura, davvero comodo, e la colazione, buona e con tanta varietà. La struttura in generale risulta un po’ datata e, nell’entrata, si percepiva un leggero odore di muffa. Anche le finestre avrebbero avuto bisogno di maggiore pulizia.
• Carlos (10/5): Excelente hotel - Es un hotel excelentemente ubicado teniendo una parada de buses justo enfrente y con posibilidad de estacionar un automóvil, buen desayuno a buen precio con respecto a lo que pagarías por persona en el centro de Florencia para desayunar. El personal fue muy profesional y amable. El agua de la tina era un poco inestable en su temperatura, a veces perdía la temperatura del agua lo que hacia que fueras sorprendido por ráfagas de agua fría y no tiene plancha en la habitación para dar retoques a tu ropa.

• Cynthia (7/5): Beware of unreliable property descriptions!!! - we arrived to the property at 11:00pm in pouring rain and our assigned room was extremely HOT (31C) and humid which we were not too concerned about since the listing showed that there was Air Conditioning … however, we were told the Air Conditioning was not available. Sadness! The man at the front desk gave me a fan and recommended we “open wide the window” (still raining) so our night was certainly not as restful as we had hoped it would be. Breakfast was lovely! False advertising…

Très bien pour un hôtel étape pour prendre l'avion ou dans le cas d'une arrivée nocturne. L'hôtel est au bord d'une grande route, pas forcément bien fréquenté.

Camera non molto grande e non tenuta benissimo, anche se esteticamente bella e con strutture ben fatte. Bagno abbastanza capiente, ma non molto moderno ed accattivante. Comodo il parcheggio fuori dalla struttura e comoda la posizione rispetto al tram che ogni 4 minuti passa ed in 10 minuti si è in pieno centro. Poteva essere un ottimo 3 o 3S più che un 4s. Ma ci tornerei per la qualità/prezzo-posizione-colazione&staff

The morning croissant and coffee at the bar was super yummy. We especially appreciated the calling of the airport taxi and helping us get our luggage outside. 😊 The location is in a slightly harsh neighborhood.

• rohan (3/5): great location on paper but not in practice. - liked the view and breakfast. stafff was friendly and helpful. rooms were too small, very bad bathroom, hot water was not working, shower head was broken, and walls were paper thin built from bamboo sheets. you could literally hear everything from other rooms. and worst thing was the only way to reach this hotel is by climbing down 200 feets of stairs. which might not seems bad reading but it is way worse in Bali's hot weather and humidity. also lots of mosquitoes.

Alquilamos una moto con ellos, lo que nos permitió movernos con mucha más facilidad, y también utilizamos el transporte de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto. Muy buena estadía, totalmente recomendable.

• Norma (9/5): Clifftop Heaven - I loved this little room on the clifftop.! The view was spectacular, the room had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable. The food was delicious and well priced. I booked an extra night. Reception booked and paid for my taxi for the harbor at reception, but the driver did not show up on time. There was no one to help me carry my bags up all the steps. when I got to the top the driver was just standing there smoking like all the other staff, I left 40 minutes after I was supposed to and was late for my ferry. The staff at the top area are lazy and looked so bored.

• Jade (10/5): - Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cosmopolitan! The room was a good size and very clean with a comfy bed. The tram is only a few minutes walk from the hotel and then its a 15 min tram journey to Florence city centre. Would stay here again!

Surf & Yoga right there with top notch instructors. Food was DELICIOUS and portions generous. Staff delightful and always on monkey watch! Surf lessons meet under yoga shala ( not the beach) just show up in your swim suit! Just FYI, you already know there are stairs, pack light and you will also have stairs to contend with once at the DreamSea.i didn’t mind, just and FYI

• Jacqueline (8/5): - We are from America and we stayed one night at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. It was only a 10 minute drive to the Florence Airport. It is a modern, clean hotel, with updated amenities. The room had an espresso machine, mini fridge, plenty of towels and bedding. There is shampoo, body wash and lotion provided. Breakfast had many options, Italian style (cured meats, pastries, etc.) and American (scrambled eggs, cereal, pancakes etc.) Front desk colleagues were nice. We walked to dinner near by, there are different restaurants to choose from. Parking is difficult-provided more info below. Would recommend this hotel especially if you need to be close to the airport as it is a little further from Florence attractions. Parking is difficult, there are only 5 free parking spots next to the hotel at a carpet company. Once the spots fill up you are required to find your own parking. Parking is extremely difficult in this area of Florence. We were not notified of this until we arrived at the hotel. Traffic is heavy in this part of Florence too. It was challenging getting in and out of the small lot due to traffic and having to back out of the parking lot.

• Thomas (9/5): Breathtaking view, very well located within Uluwattu - Insane breath taking view on the sea. Very cute facilities in a surfer /natural style. The hotel is very close to Uluwattu famous beaches less than 10min away from grab. The bathroom water sometimes smell bad but it is common with properties close to the beach.

• Selen (10/5): good - We stayed at Dreamsea Bali for one day but unfortunately, it coincided with the period of the flood disaster, so the weather was cloudy and it rained non-stop. Because of that, I can’t say anything about the sunrise or sunset. We killed a cockroach in the room, and if you’re scared of animals, you should know that monkeys sit right in front of your door since the room doors are made of glass. As it’s a cliff hotel, the rooms are built on a slope, so they’re slightly tilted. The breakfast was excellent, the menu was rich, and we really liked the restaurant. Overall, the view of the hotel and everything about it was amazing, and all the staff were very friendly. They also offer yoga and massage options. The rooms are slightly sloping downhill and coachroach was not good.

• Petra (9/5): Comfortable 2 nights. - Room clean, comfortable, and quiet, as requested. Breakfast huge selection. Refreshment facilities in room. Safe big enough for laptops. We arrived after 23h00, front desk check in friendly and effortless. Bit far out of town.
• Katia (6/5): Amazing view with a hike - The views were amazing. It was a unique experience being so close to the monkeys every morning. The food was also great. The staircase to get to the hotel was super stressful. I wasn’t aware of it before my stay. If you’re prepared for that, it’s defineitly worth it.
