From the very beginning, the check-in process was smooth, welcoming, and highly professional, setting a great tone for the entire experience. The room was spotless, well-designed, and extremely comfortable, with attention to detail that really made a difference. Housekeeping maintained a consistently high standard throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options, catering to different preferences. It was clearly well thought out and very well executed. The location is also a major advantage — convenient, well-connected, and ideal for both leisure and business purposes. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every interaction was friendly, attentive, and genuinely customer-oriented. You can clearly see a strong service culture across all touchpoints. Overall, this was a flawless experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to return.

- Ella (8/5): Gut - Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und bemüht und hat uns sogar umsonst auf das Zimmer mit Balkon upgegradet. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Das Abendessen war nicht gut (auch nicht schlecht, aber hatten es besser erwartet). Es gibt eine einzige Steckdose im Zimmer, und eine im Bad. Die beiden am Bett kaputt. Nicht die Schuld des Hotels aber: man kann nicht zur Villa Antinori laufen, weil die Brücke gesperrt ist (deshalb hatten wir das Hotel überhaupt erst gebucht).

- Chiara Bernadette (7/5): Tuscany is always a good idea - Ottima posizione, sulla strada e non nel centro abitato, ma strategica perché vicina a molti posti bellissimi (e con comodo parcheggio). Il personale alla reception è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato qualche consiglio su dove mangiare, nei dintorni i locali non mancano! La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, con balconcino e vista sul verde. Possibilità di fare il caffè in camera, 1 brick di acqua a disposizione e accessori bagno compresi, molto utili. Colazione buona e varia! Peccato non poter utilizzare la bellissima piscina perché non c'è ancora abbastanza caldo. Camera e bagno standard, a livello estetico meno belli di quelli mostrati in foto. Bagno molto piccolo, doccia non molto spaziosa, letto e cuscino per me non comodissimi (ma mi rendo conto che è molto soggettivo). Isolamento acustico non al massimo, si sentiva qualche rumore dalle altre camere. Nel complesso però, viste posizione, gentilezza, pulizia e colazione, non sconsiglio questo alloggio, anzi.

La posizione dell’hotel è comodissima per girare i dintorni e la colazione è davvero eccellente, con tanta scelta e prodotti di qualità. Consigliatissimo! Un vero peccato: una bellissima giornata di sole e la piscina ancora chiusa. Su Booking c'era scritto che sarebbe stata disponibile dal 17 aprile, che disdetta!

- Silvia (3/5): Soggiorno di una notte - Ottima posizione, camere pulite e di dimensione discrete, bagno pulito, doccia super, balconcino molto carino, staff molto gentile, a disposizione macchina del caffè con cialde e bollitore per tisana, buona la colazione Purtroppo deve dire che ho dormito malissimo. Il riscaldamento della camera era a livelli pericolosi per la salute, in camera c'erano 31,5 gradi, sembrava di essere in un forno e non è stato possibile abbassarlo. Ho saputo solo il giorno di partenza che il riscaldamento ha un problema e cioè che i termostati non funzionano e quindi anche su off il riscaldamento continua a funzionare. Il problema è presente da tempo e sembra non sia possibile risolverlo se non spegnendolo in modo generale. Abbiamo fatto presente il problema in reception, dove la signorina è stata molto comprensiva e gentile nel spiegarci che purtroppo è un problema che hanno. Non mi è mai capitato di dormire così male in un hotel come in questo e mi dispiace molto dover scrivere questa recensione ma in un hotel a 4 stelle un problema del genere non può essere tollerato, a mio avviso quello che è successo è molto grave perché più di 31 gradi in un camera dove si dorme sono pericolosi per la salute, anche la mia cagnolina ha boccheggiato tutta la notte. Abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta e un po' la temperatura è scesa ma spendendo 120 euro per una notte io dico che è follia. Ho sentito altre persone lamentarsi di questo problema in reception quindi io mi chiedo come sia possibile che a nessuno importi e si continui a fare come se niente fosse . Non so se la direzione provvederà ad un rimborso, almeno in parte ma spero proprio di essere conttattata in questo senso perché dopo questa esperienza mi sembra il minimo.

- M547XR_ (10/5): Just us - An amazing hotel located in the heart of Tuscany in the Chianti region. We were greeted with a big, embracing smile, the room was clean, fragrant and inviting to pamper ourselves. The view from the balcony of Tuscany at sunset and sunrise left us speechless. Everything is so quiet and patient. In the evening you can sit in the lobby and enjoy conversations with others. The breakfast is very rich and varied and also extremely tasty and everything is accompanied by a huge, welcoming smile. Around the hotel and within minutes of driving there are several recommended restaurants, the reception will be happy to give you an explanation of who and where. We will definitely come back here again because our stay was extremely enjoyable. Thank you to the entire hotel staff.
