They were quick to assist, patient with our requests, and made sure everything was smooth, especially during check-in. What stood out was their attentiveness. They didn’t just do their job; they actually cared that we were comfortable. Small things — helping with access issues, guiding us properly, responding fast — made a big difference. If you’re staying at this hotel, you’re in good hands with Hassan and Ahmed. They represent the place well.

Gorza1206 (6/5): Busy but pleasant - 16 of us stayed here for 8 days, this is a busy hotel, we got there for 11.45am check in time was 3pm so a bit of a wait however some of our rooms were ready by 2/2.30pm, would advice to make sure your flights align with this. The rooms were large & spacious you have a kettle, tv & a fridge, however the bathrooms need to be updated. Myself & my mother had to change rooms as the toilet was leaking in their defence they gave us a better room. The pool area was good but small, could do with more sun lounges, the sauna & steam room need updating. WiFi was very good & the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were wonderful brilliant service especially the night manager Ahmed gave us a late check out for 3 rooms without charge & one of our party is disabled she lost her wheelchair gloves, he let her use his phone to buy new ones from Amazon which came in 15 minutes & he didn’t let her pay for them. My recommendations are update the bathrooms/bedrooms, advertise you are disabled friendly, offer early check in where possible & have a kids club for younger children. Would stay here again once the bathrooms are update 🙂

The housekeeping team ensured that the rooms were cleaned and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff was professional and courteous. However, complimentary breakfast could have been provided considering the long duration of our stay and the size of our group. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I have been a guest here for the past two nights, and unfortunately, my experience has been significantly marred by the poor quality of my room and the dismissive attitude of your reception staff. The room I am currently occupying is excessively bright, making it impossible to get any restful sleep. I approached the front desk this morning at approximately 8:45 AM to request a room change to a more suitable, darker room. Instead of offering a helpful solution or prioritizing my request as an in-house guest, the receptionist simply informed me that nothing could be done until 3:00 PM. This response is unacceptable. As a guest who has already been staying with you, I expected a proactive approach to ensure my comfort. Being told to wait over six hours for a basic necessity like a dark room is not the standard of hospitality I expected from this establishment. That is arguably the worst part of a bad hotel experience. Beyond the room issue, feeling dismissed or undervalued by the very people you are paying to host you is a major service failure. Hospitality is about making guests feel seen and cared for, not like a nuisance.

The Hotel is not well maintained, right in front of the enterance we saw hotel staff trying to clear out some blockages in an open sewer, an unwelcoming smell right at the enterance, which follows you through the basements as you park your car, dirty flooded floors, furniture workshop in the parking etc. Staff we had a very unpleasant encounter was Mr. Johnson, rude and unprofessional. This behavior took away the limelight from the other, really hard working and polite staff. Overall an unhappy experience.

From the moment I arrived, the satff were very friendly, incredibly welcoming and professional. Breakfast was amazing with 2 different restaurants which I haven't seen before Indian and European . Lots of variety of breakfast to choose from. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury. I would like to show my gratitude to Gamal the hotel manager for upgrading my room and made me feel extra special and valued. My room was so spacious, luxurious,comfortable and high profile and made me feel like celebrity . This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations overlooking Dubail frame and the Musem and view of Burg Khalifa. I loved the view from my window. My special thanks goes to Hanif who went above and beyond to guide me and help me during my short illness organising his driver to take to the nearby Aster hospital which was 5 minutes down the road. The management and staff were super friendly and the kind who walks you to where you need to go. Definitely recomment for any business or personal family stay at this venue. May allah shower his blessings upon all of you.

prabhavr2024 (10/5): Excellent hotel overall in Bur Dubai - Highly recommended. Very good housekeeping and special thanks to Mr Mofiziur for showing amazing hospitality and kindness. Service and food were also excellent. The location as well is great since there is a bus stop just outside the hotel and you can get a taxi within minutes.

Chico550 (2/5): Old dated dirty rooms & poor bathroom toilet - Hotel lobby is nice but sadly rooms are 2 stars. I slept on bed but not under cover due to worried their could be bed bugs. Sadly bathroom is so run down I avoided taking a shower. Thank god I only booked 1 night. Dubai rating stars committee really need to take a fee look at how they are giving 4 & 5 stars to hotels that don’t even qualify as 3 stars !!

464amandaa (2/5): The marketing for this hotel is amazing, but the reality is very different. - Be very careful when booking this hotel, the photos are way better than the actual hotel. We advised the hotel at the time of booking we would be arriving at 5am in the morning and would we be able to have an early check-in. When we arrived at the hotel after a 17-hour flight, they charged us an extra fee to check in early (this was never mentioned at the time of booking). If we didn't pay this fee, we had to sit in the lobby until check-in at 2pm. They also charge $150 for an airport pickup - Uber charges $56. The bathroom was very rundown and not what you would expect from a 4* hotel There were only two very small towels in the bathroom The tiles in the bathroom were dirty and cracked. Poor customer service (There were a few people complaining when I was waiting, and the staff were quite abrupt and very dismissive (I'm guessing they were tired of the complaints too)). The pool looks nothing like the photos. The marketing shows there are several eateries inside the hotel - but there is a reason they don't show menus. We ordered a pizza one night (the menu was very limited), it was shocking, it was a frozen pizza which had just been re-heated - it Definity wasn't cooked fresh. I have stayed in other 4* hotels in Dubai and by far this one had to be the worse and doesn't deserve a 4* rating. Dubai is an amazing place and I will 100% be returning, but I won't be returning back here.

punithanm2025 (2/5): Doesn't live upto 4 star tag.Highly no recommended to fellow Indians. - Hi had a not so memorable experience in this hotel. The management is rude and has racial bias towards Indians. We booked for 3 adults one kid. Every day we need to remind them for towels and toiletries as they use to keep for only two people. Wash room cleaning and washroom mat provided on request. Encountered cockroahes in bathrooms. Not a great experience added with poor service and rude management.
