• Valentyna Steblak (10/5): - Ho soggiornato qui per una settimana per lavoro e mi sono trovata molto bene. Camera spaziosa per gli standard di Parigi, molto pulita, letto comodo e bagno grande. Ottima anche la colazione, varia tra dolce e salato, con un buon caffè. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto alla reception. Ho apprezzato anche il servizio di ferro e asse da stiro portati direttamente in camera. Consigliato! Unico piccolo punto negativo: in camera mancavano il mini frigo e una bottiglia d’acqua.

• Suzanne (6/5): Customer Service is Poor - Lovely location and well appointed rooms When we arrived in the middle of the night - the hotel had no room for us😕 I had communicated with a member of staff who had booked us in a day earlier. The night manager was very stressed and made me feel it was my fault that the booking was not communicated and booked. ( I showed him all the written communication)After ensued a ‘Fawlty Towers’ scenario where the night manager gave us the key to a room - upon opening the door we came upon a naked man.🫤 We were finally given a room ( luckily a guest didn’t show up and we got his room) Mistakes happen and I’m ok with that. But at no time did anyone apologise or check in with us. This hotel spends too much money on love heart advertising and happy people jumping into pools on big tv screens and not enough on quality staff😕

• Catherine (10/5): Spacious room but facilities can be improved - The room is pretty big in the Paris setting. It’s comfortable and clean. The AC is super weird, it doesn’t show you the current temperature, only allow you to increase or decrease by 3 degrees (without knowing the absolute temperature). In the end, as it was blowing hot air after 2 hours, I had to stop and open the windows instead. Also neighbourhood can be quite noisy. Soundproof of the rooms are not so good. Can hear people talking and doing their business in the toilet.
• Jozef (7/5): Alles was krap - Schoon. Redelijke locatie. Hotelkamers in Parijs zijn klein, maar dit was wel bijzonder klein. Vooral vervelend was dat het plafond in de helft van de badkamer en bij het bed ineens een stuk lager is, waardoor ik een paar keer hard mijn hoofd heb gestoten. De douchecabine is zo klein dat je de (naar binnen draaiende) deur nauwelijks kunt sluiten als je erin staat.

• Michael (8/5): Great Stay! - We loved the location, the size of the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a good size too. Overall, we were very happy to choose this hotel! It was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, but there were some stains on the furniture and carpet, we know it can't be perfect, but it did look unappealing. The room was also a little hot, but we left the windows open most of the stay and that helped.

• Emanuele (10/5): - la struttura è stata da poco rinnovata con gusto, le camere, la sala colazione, la hall, è tutto nuovo ad eccezione del corridoio delle camere (almeno quello del secondo piano dove ero io). nella Hall erano sempre disponibili caffè e tè. lo staff era cordiale, la pulizia eccellente, la colazione era a buffet ma offriva ogni giorno colazione salata (uova, bacon, patate, salumi, formaggi, ecc) e dolce (cornetti freschi, torte, marmellate varie, nutella, pane, burro, ecc), oltre a succhi, caffè, ecc. la posizione era ottima in quanto la via è silenziosissima ma comunque a 5 minuti a piedi da due fermate metro e a circa 20-25 minuti a piedi dal louvre; comodo anche il collegamento con l'aeroporto Charles De Gaulle, basta prendere la RER e 1 metro, circa 50 minuti totali di tragitto. sotto l'hotel ci sono anche alcuni bistrot per mangiare (es. Chez Minna, ottimo). non c'era nulla che non abbia soddisfatto le mie aspettative. consigliatissimo! nulla, era tutto perfetto.

• Supawan (8/5): Enjoyable stay - Our room had a very spacious toilet and a drying rack which was good for washing clothes (especially for longer trips). The hotel also had a pretty decent breakfast which made it convenient on cold and rainy days. It's also 5 mins from the metro so that was really nice. The room looked much smaller than the pictures posted but for some strange reason our toilet was much bigger in comparison to the actual bedroom. There isn't an extra door lock (most hotel have something to turn to lock on top of the card sensors) but i guess they made up for that with having a lock at the entrance of the hotel (you have to tap your room key to enter the hotel).

Maar als je wil slapen vraag dan om een kamer aan de achterkant en zonder kamer met tussendeur. - Fijne locatie, dicht bij de metro, balkon met uitzicht over de daken van Parijs was top! Wij kregen een kamer met een tussendeur naar een andere kamer. Dat zorgde voor veel geluidoverlast. Tot na 23u in de avond herrie van mensen naast ons. En om 7:15u wakker geschrokken van het kind dat naast ons in de kamer moest schreeuwen en rondrennen. De vloer trilde! Daarnaast lagen er haren op de extra kussens. Dus die waren niet verschoond.

• DESPOINA (8/5): - Εξαιρετικό πρωινό, κεντρική τοποθεσία με δύο στάσεις μετρό κοντά, άνετο δωμάτιο για τα δεδομένα του Παρισίου. Καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό. Χρειάζεται μια αναβάθμιση στα amenities του μπάνιου, καθώς το πιστολάκι δεν δούλευε και μας παρείχαν ένα δανεικό που έπρεπε όμως να το επιστρέφουμε συνεχώς (από όσο καταλαβαίνω υπάρχει ζήτηση και σε άλλα δωμάτια), όπως και η έλλειψη σαμπουάν. Επιπλέον, δεν υπήρχε ψυγειάκι που είναι χρήσιμο για τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες.

The breakfast - scrambled eggs, pancakes etc were COLD, to little variation of bread, no extra plates at the breakfast - you are served one plate, couldn’t find any more. Breakfastroom feels like a bunker. No Air Condition at the room - this is very important for me and usually always check this before booking, so my bad that I didn’t, nevertheless the room was way to hot. If you are very tall you will not be able to stand upright in the bathroom were the toilet is and if you are chubby you will not be able to close the shower (maybe this was obvious problems in only our room?). The bed was to small - I thought I booked a double room with 2 beds as presented on the pictures.

Ein sehr gutes Frühstück in schönem Ambiente obwohl ohne Tageslicht. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hat uns bei einem Problem mit Tickets fürs Moulin Rouge toll geholfen. Lage des Hotels super. Ca. 15-20 Min. zu Fuss vom Gare du Nord, auch mit Koffer gut zu schaffen.Lage zentral und trotzdem ziemlich ruhig. Zwei Metro Stationen in weniger als 500 m. Entfernung.Genug Lokale und alles was braucht in der Nähe. Das Hotel macht einen gediegenen Eindruck. Es gibt auch Kaffee und Wasser im Foyer. Für Paris, wenn man keinen Luxus braucht absolut perfekt und bezahlbar. Da gibt es nichts.

The aircon didn’t work. The room was boiling and we had to sleep with the balcony doors open which wasn’t a problem and was lovely but I dread to think how hot it gets in the summer months. Would still give 5 star and would still stay again

No internatiomal TV news service in English. An unfriendly reception staff, Luma or Lunia, was not helpful when asked for help in booking a taxi to the CDH airport. Instead we have a unneccesary argument. Poor customer service. Her trainee beside her was better . She obseved everything. We were not unresonable in our request to ask her for the usual fixed cost of taking a tavi to CDG airport at 4.30am. She gave a evasive abswer . I got a better answer to this question from ChatGPT later on.

Kein Problem, die Koffer sicher unter zu stellen, wenn man zu früh da ist, oder erst am Nachmittag/Abend abreist. Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Teppiche), beim Frühstück keine weiteren Teller-es steht nur der aus dem Gedeck am Tisch zur Verfügung. Gute Idee, sich die Eier selbst zu kochen, ein Hinweis auf die Kochdauer wäre hilfreich, ebenso eine Schale mit Wasser, um die Eier abzuschrecken.

Nice beds, nice staff, nice breakfast, good location. It was too hot and the room (the building) didn't have the airco working. I asked the staff and they told me it's a 2-season airco in the whole building and that it was not the airco season yet. The rooms were extremelly warm. We asked for different rooms to look at and they were all the same. They provided a fan, but of course that was not enough. We could not leave the windows open due to noise on the street.
