- Roberto (8/5): Buon Hotel in ottima posizione - Letto enorme e bagno molto grande in una stanza. La seconda invece una stanza angolare molto grande ma con letto e bagno di dimensioni normali. Ottima l'assenza della moquette nelle stanze e ottima l'insonorizzazione Buona la colazione, gentilissimo e disponibile o Staff. L'albergo anche se ben tenuto presenta qualche segno dell'età. Niente di problematico ma si nota che non è una struttura appena restaurata.

- John (7/5): It’s fine - Nice hotel near the Diagonal metro. Clearly a grand property back in the day with an aura of fading glory. Nice staff , reasonable size , clean rooms albeit a bit dark( courtyard inside view). Nice rooftop bar when it’s open. Beds very hard and strange pillows. Took forever to check in for some reason Breakfast was nothing to write home about ( you won’t starve but it’s very basic)
- Mike (2/5): Really rude receptionist - Size and cleanliness of the room. Location. Buffet breakfast. We were subjected to incredibly rude behavior by a receptionist on checking out. There were two receptionists on duty when we needed to check out at 7.30 and both were dealing with one client who was taking a long time to check out. When I said that we were in a hurry the male receptionist was extremely rude .He didn't even try to help my elderly wife with her suitcase. We were treated like a nuisance. I would not recommend this hotel when they employ staff who are so rude and unfriendly.

They did accommodate us in a twin room instead of a double, which was nice. The decor is old but they have made the best of what they have. The whole hotel vibrates from the metro so I had a broken sleep most nights. The staff were not very helpful overall, there is a problem with the key card door entry to the rooms and they kept saying it was our fault deactivating the card. The breakfast is ok.

- Ann Louise (8/5): Dissapointed due to being on high floor when obvioisly there were lower floors available - The hotel was lovely excellent position food abd drink very reasonable The were 10 of us and i am extremely claustrophobic so i messaged 3 times for a lower floor i was given a room in 5th floor the receptionist wasnt interested in moving me. I had to walk from reception to 5th floor constantly which is alot of steps. The other rooms that all arrived later in the day than us were on floors 1 and 2 they had no problems going in a lift.

- Artur (8/5): A very comfortable and welcoming hotel with spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, and thoughtful staff. - The hotel is excellent, very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was outstanding, with great variety and quality every morning. The staff was also very thoughtful — during my aunt’s birthday, they kindly surprised us with a bottle of champagne in the room, which made our stay even more special. I truly appreciated that gesture and would definitely recommend this hotel. There were only a couple of small details that could be improved. I booked a family room while traveling with two elderly family members, and although the room was spacious, it only had one double bed and did not offer separate beds. Also, the bathroom only had a bathtub and no walk-in shower option, which can be a little concerning when traveling with elderly guests. Aside from these minor points, everything else was very good.

We loved the walk-in wardrobe opposite the bathroom and the amount of storage was incredible. The bed was large and comfortable and even a pillow menu!. We were disappointed the roof top bar was never open (even ended up going to rival hotel's roof top bar). Also we went to reception to order a taxi pick-up for following day - receptionist typed away on screen and said fine; however following day we came down and checked with reception where we should wait and they said they dont do taxi bookings (VERY ODD) - however they did get a taxi hailed for us.

The hotel should provide breakfast this will help to new staff and more guests will dine in hotel. Loung rooms peace
- Joanna (10/5): - Rewelacyjny kontakt z obsługą już od samego początku. Mimo że przyjechaliśmy przed oficjalną godziną zameldowania, nasz pokój był już gotowy, co było bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem. Wcześniej, w korespondencji mailowej, poprosiłam o pokój z ładnym widokiem, ponieważ zależało mi, aby nie trafić na pokój z oknem wychodzącym na ścianę (słyszałam, że zdarzały się takie). Hotel spełnił naszą prośbę w 100%, dostaliśmy przepiękny pokój z równie pięknym widokiem na miasto. Śniadania były smaczne, wszystko świeże i bez zarzutu. W hotelu panowała cisza, było bardzo czysto, a pokój codziennie sprzątano. Dodatkowym miłym gestem było udostępnienie parasolek podczas deszczowego dnia. Cały pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i jeśli kiedyś ponownie odwiedzę Barcelonę, z ogromną chęcią skorzystam z noclegu jeszcze raz. Może trochę dopracowałabym kontakt hotelu przez Booking.com. Dosyć długo czekało się na odpowiedź mailową . Chodź w sumie to drobnostka 😉

- Helen (10/5): A classy hotel in a great neighborhood with an upbeat staff who is very willing to help - I typically choose my hotels, first, by location. Hotel Barcelona Center was in a great neighborhood and an easy walk to the hop on hop off bus, excellent tapas bars, shopping, inconvenience stores. Cab station right across the street. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful in giving me directions to certain locations and had my room ready earlier than promised. Even the housekeeping staff made a point of coming by the room to make sure we approved of their cleaning. No problem at all getting additional coffee supplies. Nothing comes to mind.
- Gizelle (8/5): - Prettige communicatie met medewerkers. Onze kamer had geen wifi en dus konden we naar een andere kamer. Het geluid en getril van de metro. Wij zaten op de 4e verd en daar was het te merken. Maar was geen deal breaker.
