La confusione della strada,la stanza che mi hanno assegnato si affacciava proprio sulla strada,e si sentivano dai rumori del camion delle immondizie,perché i bottini erano situati fronte strada ai schiamazzi. Il letto era molto rumoroso . A mio avviso la stanza andrebbe migliorata. I muri nn pulitissimi, poca luce e mancava la presa dietro al letto. Unica presa per ricaricare il cellulare in bagno.

Raquel (8/5): Bueno, pero con falencias. - El desayuno. No tenia aire acondicionado porque estaba roto, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta y a las 5 AM el camión de la basura nos desperto. El baño sin extractor y secador, shampoo, jabón etc.. tendrian que actualizar un poquito, mucho plastico, es por el planeta (como me dijo el conserje al quejarme del aire).

Al nostro rientro dopo le 14 la camera non era stata riassettata e non è stata sistemata neppure dopo le ore 16 quando siamo ripartiti per un giro in città.

Darren (6/5): Lovely hotel but wasn’t the best on the day - Room was beautiful and had a big comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and was well located. We found ants and moscatos in our room. I killed at least 10 mosquitoes and counted at least 50 ants. We told the front desk and they provided a plug in vaporiser to try deter the mosquitoes. In addition, we found the room cleaning to be a little off the standard we’d expect for 4 stars. Some dust and little hit of dirt here and there.

We had booked a disabled room and on arrival discovered that there were no grab rails in the bathroom - despite my emailing to check that there were and being told yes. Our room was above the heating unit and that was noisy the whole time which was unfortunate.
