- Pavel (10/5): - This is an absolutely stunning palace, with the best location, magnificent interiors, and fantastic service. The hotel is located not even on the first line of the Bosphorus, but on the zero line. That is, the Bosphorus waves crash right against the hotel walls, and breakfast is served in the hall where the Bosphorus flows right into this place. The rooms have very high ceilings, and the views from the windows of the garden, the mosque, and the bridge are simply fantastic. My wife and I drank coffee next to these windows every morning and looked out at the morning Bosphorus. On the other side of the hotel, by the main entrance, there is also a wonderful patio. The high walls are covered with green flowering ivy, in which large aged mirrors are embedded, lending a special charm to this place. The room has a stylish bathroom, excellent plumbing, good air conditioning, and a comfortable bed and mattress. Breakfast is traditional Turkish, with a variety of delicious snacks, and you can order fried eggs or an omelet. There is a separate table with sweets. We ordered ravioli, pinzeta with local cheese, and pasta with lamb from the restaurant to our room. The ravioli and pinzeta were very tasty. The lamb in the pasta was a bit dry, but there was quite a lot of it. The biggest problem was the Wi-Fi. It kept disconnecting and reconnecting every few seconds. It was impossible to listen to music or watch a movie. It was very inconvenient. There was also no kettle in the room, only a coffee machine. The cleaning service constantly took all the dishes from the room - glasses, cups. We had to call room service and ask them to bring them. This is also very inconvenient. In a hotel of this level, the room should always have coffee and tea cups, teaspoons, forks, small plates, a kettle, and tea bags. This is a normal standard.

Недалеко от отеля пристань парома и дворец Бейлербейи, можно дойти пешком. Персонал очень доброжелательный и приветливый. - Faisal (10/5): جميلة جدا سوف اقوم بتكرارها - الفندق جميل ويعتبر من الفنادق ذات الطابع الدافئ الذي يحسسك بجمال المكان الطاقم بالكامل متعاون وبالاخص الاستاذة نوراي و الاستاذ تونر والاستاذ بوراي والغرف ذات الطابع الكلاسيكي الجميل والمنظر على البوسفور قمة بالروعة وهذي الزيارة الاولى ولن تكون الاخيرة …. شكرا لكمً😉👍🏻
