• David (10/5): It was a very pleasant and easy stay. - Our stay at the San Pietro was very enjoyable. All aspects of the hotel were well run and the staff was great. The breakfast was served in the rooftop cafe and patio. The food was excellent and the cafe/patio beautiful. The location of the San Piettro allows you to walk to a good many sights in the older part of town. Restaurants are nearby and even though the hotel is in a busy section of town, our room was quiet. We would stay there again.

• Marco (8/5): - Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente piacevole. La posizione dell’albergo è davvero ottima, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente il centro e muoversi comodamente in città. Il personale merita una menzione speciale: tutti sono stati estremamente gentili, disponibili e molto professionali, contribuendo a rendere l’esperienza ancora più positiva. Unico aspetto migliorabile è la colazione, che ho trovato un po’ povera e non del tutto all’altezza delle aspettative, sia per varietà che per quantità. Nel complesso, comunque, una buona esperienza.

• Maria Isabel (10/5): Hotel perfecto para conocer Nápoles. - El hotel es muy bonito, con habitaciones muy limpias y de buen tamaño, personal muy atento y un buen desayuno. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la estación Garibaldi y muchos comercios, además también muy cercano de los monumentos más significativos de la ciudad. De llegada te puede dar un poco de miedo las calles de alrededor porque están descuidadas pero luego te das cuenta que no es nada peligroso y además tienes muchos comercios alrededor para comprar fruta, souvenir baratos, etc.

• Helga (7/5): Lage furchtbar, Hotel aber gut! - Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Betten waren gemütlich, das Bad mit einer super Dusche ausgestattet, auch beim Waschbecken hatte man reichlich Ablagefläche. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und ausgezeichnet (Joghurt, Müslis, Milch, Kaffee, Schinken, Käse, Aufstriche, Obst, Gemüse, Süßes, Tee, Säfte, ...). Das Personal war besonders hilfsbereit, freundlich und aufmerksam! Die Lage (Nähe zum Bahnhof) war leider wirklich schlimm. Das ist einer der hässlichsten Orte in Neapel. Der Taxifahrer und die Dame, die mit uns eine Stadtführung gemacht hat, haben bedauert, dass wir in so einer miesen Gegend wohnen. Es war rundherum dreckig und die Sicherheit ist dort nicht sehr hoch.

• Lola (10/5): Muy recomendable - El personal muy amable, en especial Enzzo en l recepción. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y muy nuevas. Está todo fenomenal . Arriba al lado del comedor tiene una terraza maravillosa Que no llegue el ascensor al último piso donde está el desayuno. Es un inconveniente cuando tienes alguna dificultad para subir las escaleras. Por lo demás todo fantástico

Quarto com o chão sujo e almofadas manchadas. Chuveiro estragado. A localização é numa zona péssima! Zona abandonada com ratos a passar na rua. Quando chegámos tínhamos um casal a consumir estupfacientes mesmo em frente ao hotel!!! Uma experiência a esquecer!

Who made racial remarks “ Go back to your country” - He came knocking to my door in-spite of placing “Do not disturb” sign, in the name of fixing wifi access to my phone. He grabbed my phone & made racial remarks. VERY DISTURBING! DISAPPOINTED!! So far the issue has not been addressed by hotel employee nor Booking.com !

• Iñaki (9/5): Grande, bonito y bien situado. - Habitación con unas medidas grandes muy agradable El servicio de bar es bonito para fechas veraniegas para invierno es un poco justo para tomar algo dentro si hace frío. Todo con eso el servicio te ofrece alternativas y te trata de una forma muy profesional.

Muito próximo de várias atrações turísticas (em Nápoles há atrações turísticas por toda a parte) e restaurantes. No local em que é servido o café-da-manhã eles têm um terraço muito agradável, pena que não pudemos aproveitar em razão de chuva durante toda nossa estada. o chuveiro

• J D Patton (10/5): Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Naples. - Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Room was large and comfortable with a massive double shower and Balcony. Breakfast was varied and delicious. House keeping did an excellent job. Short Walk to train / bus station for all transport links. Next to a main shopping street. No English channels on TV, but it is in Italy so i'll not mark them down :D Some parts of the surrounding area isn't the nicest but nothing against the hotel.

• SYLVAIN (8/5): Une atmosphère unique et très animé - Un bon emplacement, pour visiter Naples et ses quartiers, proximité de la gare centrale (10 mn à pied). Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité sur le roof top de l'Hôtel. Personnel au petit soin, chambre spacieuse et très propre. Taxe de séjour de 5.50 euros par nuit et par personne à prendre en compte. Naples et une Ville bruyante et parfois délabré mais il y règne une atmosphère unique.
• Natasha (10/5): Convenient location with rooftop bar and generous breakfast offerings - Easy walk from central station (airport bus also stops there). Close to highlights in the historic centre of town, with nearby pizza and pasta places to eat. Large welcoming reception area (with free sweets) and staff very friendly. The lift is quite old but functional - I used the stairwell when I wasn't carrying luggage. Room was very spacious for a single room in Europe! Wardrobe, mini bar/fridge, in-room safe, desk amenities appreciated. Bathroom had double-sized shower with huge rainhead - how wonderful! Bathroom basin was very wide so places for storage, plus toilet and bidet. Plenty of rails to hang hand towel and bath towel etc. Bathroom amenities topped up when needed. Free wifi was reliable. There is a rooftop bar (also where they serve breakfast) - the weather was raining so I never went to the bar, but you can walk out onto the balcony to have some city skyline views. Breakfast (included) had a huge selection - hot foods including standard eggs, bacon but also ham/tomato or eggplant-stuffed pastries, deli meats with bread and toast, sweet pastries (with Nutella dipping sauce!), cereal, and hot drinks. I was only here for a short visit but very much enjoyed the amenities and staff at the hotel! Take care walking in the nearby side streets at night - the hotel entrance itself is well lit with some protective plants nearby, but some of the nearby streets are poorly lit and it felt unsavoury (not the fault of the hotel).
