• Mark-Canada-Chengdu (10/5): Great customer service and facilities - I would like to share my very positive experience a few days ago at Courtyard by Marriott Prague City. I went to the hotel to look at the facilities and see some rooms. Front desk agent Stepan was excellent. He immediately helped me connect to the hotel’s WiFi, and starting finding rooms he could take me to see. At the time, he didn’t know I was a Bonvoy Titanium member, but I told him as we were looking around. Stepan was super friendly, informative, and humorous. Everything I saw was nice and tidy. The hotel is aging, but everything was clean and rooms were all good size. The location is a bit outside the old town, but I liked the area (it had a more local feel, and prices for neighboring things were very good). I looked at the hotel as a backup option for future stays if my preferred hotel (Prague Marriott) is full or if prices are too high on some days. I can say that from what I saw and experienced, I would not hesitate to stay at Courtyard by Marriott Prague City. It also has a nice large bar area and an outdoor terrace out front. It’s a nice inviting environment. Thank you for your kind help Stepan, and I can see why Courtyard Prague City has a strong hotel feedback rating. I recommend this hotel to others who are considering it.

• Bookang (8/5): Shopping Mall right in front of the hotel - There is a Flora Shopping Mall right in front of the hotel, so you can shop at Albert, visit a pharmacy, and use the food court. There was a cemetery near the hotel. However, I am not afraid of Western ghosts.

• Lucia (9/5): - Hotel nám veľmi vyhovoval svojou polohou. Raňajky boli vynikajúce a personál veľmi ústretový. Je to veľmi príjemný hotel, z ktorého je všade tak akurát blízko. Veľmi suchý vzduch v izbe a nemožnosť poriadne vyvetrať.

• P2512OYomaro (4/5): Unacceptable - I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the unacceptable behavior and attitude displayed by a member of your reception team named Rose during my arrival today. After a long international trip, I arrived at your hotel today and checked into Room 310. I chose your property because it is part of a well-known international hospitality chain, and I expected a professional and welcoming experience consistent with that reputation. Unfortunately, the behavior I encountered at reception was the opposite. The receptionist, Rose, spoke to me and members of my group in an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional manner. We have a group booking of 15 rooms, and instead of assisting us with courtesy and professionalism, she treated us in a very hostile way. What was particularly concerning was that she threatened to call security on us without any reasonable justification. Her tone, facial expressions, and overall attitude were insulting and completely inappropriate for someone working in guest relations. As someone who works in the hospitality industry myself, currently serving as a Regional Director of Sales, I understand the importance of guest experience and professional conduct. What we experienced today falls far below the standards expected from an international brand and was deeply disappointing, especially upon arrival after a long journey. I kindly request that this matter be investigated. I would also appreciate a response from management explaining how this situation will be addressed, as the treatment we received was unacceptable. • Ostaszewska (2/5): Nie polecam. Oszukują na depozytach. - Lokalizacja. Na przeciwko centrum handlowe, blisko do starego miasta. Hotel najpierw próbował nasz oszukać z rezerwacją. Twierdzili że jeden z pokoi jest bez śniadania. Pani z hotelu chciała zobaczyć w aplikacji bookingu że oba są ze śniadaniami ale biedna nie rozumiała po polsku. Po dosłownie minucie jej sprawdzania w systemie okazało się że jednak oba pokoje są ze śniadaniami. Potem obsługa pobrała depozyt na 2500 koron, następnie przy wymeldowaniu okłamano nas że depozyt nie został pobrany i muszą go pobrać ponownie. Tylko że tym razem w wysokości ponad 4tys koron. Do tego doliczyli jeszcze już opłacone zakupy w sklepiku hotelowym. W sumie zablokowano nam 8tys koron bo obsługa nie potrafi policzyć trzech dób na parkingu i dwóch psów przebywających na ich terenie przez trzy dni. Nie polecam. Do tego warstwy kurzu na półkach i pokoje hotelowe które czasy świetności mają już za sobą. W tej samej cenie w Polsce są hotele w o wiele lepszym standardzie.

• Sightseer01629889227 (8/5): Prague Marriot Courtyard - Good standard room with adequate facilities. Bed and linen in good condition and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with good service. Although not in the old city there were pluses it was quiet, there is a good quality shopping mall will good eateries and transport places of interest was easy. Ideal visit for older persons not wanting g to be in the rush and crush of main tourist activities.
• Yevgeniya (9/5): - Гарний варіант за досить приємну ціну в новорічний період. Зручні ліжка, досить просторо на 3 людини, чайник в номері, чисто. Гарний інтер'єр. Персонал ввічливий і приємний. Великою перевагою є можливість залишити валізи в окремій кімнаті схову до заселення і після виселення, а також зачекати в лобі, чим ми скористались по приїзді (бо приїхали потягом близько 7-ї ранку). Найбільш приємним сюрпризом було те, що нас заселили на декілька годин раніше, дякуючи уважному рецепціоністу (дуже вдячні пану, який ще й говорив українською). Розташування досить зручне (враховуючи зупинки поруч), хоча ми користувались переважно таксі із-за холодної погоди. В теплу погоду розташування буде великою перевагою. Окремої уваги заслуговує кафе на території готелю - окрім смачних сніданків там можна пообідати/повечеряти в будь-який час, що було досить зручно. Вся їжа смачна, великі (дуже великі) порції, а сервіс - на 12 з 10 Не було можливості прогріти кімнату, що трохи розчарувало. За сильних морозів було відносно прохолодно в кімнаті (прийнятно, але хотілось тепліше)

• John (8/5): - The location of the hotel is very good, easily accessible to a mall, subway and the metro. The rooms were excellent and comfortable. The breakfast spread was good, though it is the same menu all the days. Some of the staff are good and helpful. The attitude of some of the staff is really rude. Specially Alex Bovan at the front desk. Doesn't allow you to speak and cuts you off during the talk. He is very rude in conversation.

• EUN YOUNG (6/5): 주요 관광지와 먼~~ - 너무나 친근하지만 구식의 인테리어. 관광지와 거리가 있는 위치(보통 구시가지까지 걸어서 트램 /버스 타고 20분 이상 소요) 객실 슬리퍼와 가운이 없다는 점은 충격적. 플로렌스 버스터미널은 10분 소요. 다소 무관심한 직원들. 다소 씸플한 조식. 객실은 좀 추움.
