- Rick (9/5): A Great Stay for our first time in Baracelona!! - The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful in offering suggestions for things to do in the area. They are able to get tickets for attractions delivered to the hotel which was very convenient!!! The breakfast wasn't great with a limited selection of options. More fresh fruit would have been nice as well. Location is great, everything was walkable. A nice cafe with great coffee and great pastries is across the street and another one down the street with great sandwiches and coffee as well.

Colazione imbattibile! Dolce e salata, con tanta scelta e tutta buonissima! La stanza n 419 che questa volta mi hanno assegnato ( avevo già soggiornato qui in settembre 2024 ed ero stata super soddisfatta )non aveva i due letti singoli come più volte ho richiesto sin dal momento in cui ho prenotato ( black friday 2025 )ma quello che più non mi è piaciuto è la sua forma angolare, con un corridoio lungo e stretto...proprio brutta. Già dalla porta di ingresso mi ha dato l' impressione che mi avessero rifilato uno sgabuzzino. Inoltre la camera era totalmente diversa da quella proposta nelle foto in app e che io ho scelto.

- Bernard (9/5): Séjour à refaire! - Nous avons vraiment apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil de l'hôtel et dans la salle du petit-déjeuner. Ils étaient toujours à l'écoute et prêts à répondre aux questions. Autre chose non négligeable, c'est l'emplacement. Les points touristiques sont très proches, comme la Sagrada Familia, exemple, situé à 2kms environ à pied. Pour les marcheurs, il y a beaucoup de coins vraiment très sympa qui méritent d'être découvert. Tout à côté, se trouve un restaurant japonais, idéal pour des personnes allergiques au gluten. Ce qui pourrait être amélioré, c'est une prise électrique pour la bouilloire dans la chambre.

Fuites d eau réparé au bout de 4 jours, ascenseur en panne 3 jours 1/2 qui fonctionner. Pas de chaine de télé française 1 seule et c était des infos. Pas de brosse a toilette. Puscinette et non piscine et eau très froide.

- Christine (8/5): Barcelone est une ville extraordinaire à découvrir. - Emplacement bien situé dans un quartier plutôt calme. Petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre pour 3 adultes avec lit double + lit d'appoint. Le lit d'appoint est petit pour un adulte de plus 1,80 mètre de taille. Il n'y avait pas de bureau comme annoncé, chambre petite. Salle de bain qui nécessite un rafraichissement avec traces de calcaire et de rouille, toilettes sans brosse de nettoyage des toilettes malgré ma demande au personnel de chambre.

- Bogdan (7/5): Gdyby nie było ładnej pogody to przebywanie w tym pokoju było by porażką. Na szczęście było inaczej. - Śniadanie przepyszne, lokalizacja idealna, bardzo czysto. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Brak szczotki i neutralizatora zapachu w łazience. W pokoju ciemno ze względu na brak punktu świetlnego na suficie (można doświetlać lampą na podłodze ale to nie to samo). Brak zawieszek na kurtki w przedpokoju, nie zawsze jest potrzeba chowania do szafy. Na górze hotelu możliwe wyjście na taras ale ciągle zajęte bo parę krzesełek.

Il manquait des équipements de base (tiroirs, brosse pour toilettes, ravitaillement de savons et autres...) C'est très cher pour ce que c'est. Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de voir la taxe augmentée de 30 euros par rapport à ce qui était affiché sur le site, apparamment dû au gouvernement espagnol mais on aurait pu en avoir l'information avant. La femme de ménage a également jeté certaines de nos affaires sans notre consentement. Nous étions vraiment fachés. 16 euros pour le petit-déjeuner est trop cher...
