Beds made up nicely with clean looking sheets. For the price, I would expect better facilities. The shower leaked, the chip board was breaking apart and there was dust/debris buildup in corners and window sills. There was also a funny smell in one lift in particular. Like used sanitary bins.

Georgia (8/5): Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. - The location was unbeatable. We came for a show at Capitol Theatre, it was great not having to walk far late at night. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. With the weather being rainy, a small clothes airer would be beneficial in rooms to dry wet clothes for short stays.

Kalli (3/5): Disappointing accomodation in tired building in grotty part of city. - There was nothing we liked about this property. This property is very tired and needs demolition. It's in a grotty area of the city. Originally we were assigned a disabled room with frosted glass windows which was in poor condition. We requested a different room which was arranged. This room was better but still very tired. The light switches were stuck and hard to turn off. The breakfast room was horrible. Breakfast was only $20 but it wasn't appealing.

Kari-ann (9/5): Very happy with my choice - It was great value for money in a convenient spot . Close to a lot of eateries and a supermarket. So easy to walk to Chinatown or over to darling harbour . I will definitely be using this hotel next time I visit Sydney. A block away from the light rail too. Nothing i didn't like .

Ben (4/5): Good location and staff, but sadly well over-priced - Good location and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The shower didn't seal meaning the whole bathroom floor flooded after every shower (fortunately staff gave us plenty of extra towels to soak this up). You couldn't change the temperature or mode of the A/C without having to contact reception. Just annoying. Overall, the room is incredibly overpriced which I believe is based on what other hotels around the area offer. The key issue is these rooms lack the quality and comfort that validates such a high price.

Bree (2/5): Absolutely not worth the money. - Was central to everything in the city Parking is $65 a night which is wild considering how much a room is each night. The rooms are TINY and the bathrooms are barely useable due to their size. There are also signs saying that they have new “smoke detection systems” (and that using a hair dryer or using aerosol spray can set it off) and that you are responsible for paying a $1700 call out fee if it trips.
