• danielle (10/5): Great location, clean and tidy. - The check in was easy and efficient and they notified me when a room became available as I was a little early. The room was clean and spacious. The location is excellent if you are going to RPA or the city. As I stayed for 7 nights, having a guest laundry was a huge bonus.

• Kerry (9/5): Well worth it for our purposes. - Great location, vibrant "bohemian" vibe. Close to public transport. Good customer service and good breakfast.
• Amanda (8/5): Very good we will be back and will also recommend to others. - The location was perfect for us and the reason for our trip. A few more basic facilities in the room would be good. For example, a small kitchenette (microwave, plates, cutlery) just so a meal could be eaten in the room.

Whole hotel needs some love. It looks very tired and a bit run down. Rooms, hallways, reception, dining area and pool could do with some paint an upgrade. To park car at the hotel very expensive.

• Charlene (7/5): A pristine hotel in the University of Sydney campus ideal for a feel of metropolitan Sydney. - It was a walking distance to the University of Sydney which suited us perfectly as we were attending graduation and also convenient to explore the rest of Sydney city. The team at the hotel desk were super friendly and helpful. We also loved the buffet breakfast.

• Sara (2/5): - Not alot Parking was a nightmare for $35. Unfortunately, the room was not clean upon arrival. There were visible signs of dirt throughout, and most concerning, I noticed mold present in the room. This is both unacceptable and a potential health risk. Given the standard expected for accommodation at this price point, I am extremely disappointed. The cost of the room does not reflect the quality or cleanliness that was provided.

• John (7/5): A convenient location at reasonable rates ( which seem to vary greatly depending on the days) - The location was the main attraction for us The staff were “under staffed” and needed help but were very nice personally
• Amber (6/5): Wouldn’t return! Customer service was disgraceful. - Room size was great. Was booked for a special event. No working tv, took 2 calls to front desk to fix. The evening of checking was the first time we called and no one came to our room. The next day we asked again. They came to our room and tried to fix and was even asked by a staff member if we even needed the tv in a condescending tone. Didn’t get fixed that night. Was offered 1 free breakfast for the “inconvenience”. After our special event, we got home at 5pm and the tv worked on the last night before we checked out. They put a “hanger” on the pillow on the bed to say, if you don’t get your room serviced daily as part of their Eco Friendly policy, you get a $10 credit per night to your room. This in fact didn’t get credited to the room at all. On check out at 4am, no one was on the desk, apparently they have 24/7 reception. They have a sign to call the on duty manager. Called twice, as I had a bill to settle for parking, the mobile was on the desk, we could hear it both ring and vibrating. No one came. We waited 20mins. So put our cards in a the return slot and left. Later that day I got a passive aggressive email stating I failed to pay our bill. I paid straight away. In the email I also asked for information regarding their Eco policy. No reply. I should also note this is my 3rd stay here. With the previous times being amazing!
• Suzanne (4/5): Disappointing and misleading. - The linen and towels were very clean. I telephoned in advance to reserve parking and was not advised there was an additional fee for parking. Was not advised that breakfast was also an additional fee even though we specifically mentioned in conversation with the receptionists that we believed breakfast was included. The shower did not drain properly and a blockage of hair and grime was visible. There were rust stains in the corners. No complimentary bottled water was provided. Very disappointing for a room marketed as Superior.

• Nikki (10/5): - Ive used Rydges Camperdown a few times now and have never been disappointed. Appts regulary at RPA. Location is fantastic. View from room this time was excellent, although im not there for the view. Hospitality has always been fantastic. It would have been ideal to have some cutlery in the room such as knife fork and dessert spoon at least if plates are unable to be added. We ordered chinese delivered.
• Geoff (8/5): - Felt a little dated but lovely and clean. Parking was expensive as we had 2 cars and stayed 2 nights so $140 blown on top of accommodation costs. We didn't do breakfast either as we are a big family of 10 and $35 per person was out of our reach.

There was no room service available apparently due to public holiday. The bed was clearly old and lumpy making it uncomfortable.
