• CAROL (7/5): A nice accommodation for 2 Star rating. Staff were exceptional. - Brilliant location close to Victoria Station. The accommodation was clean and all of the staff were very helpful and polite. The en-suite shower was small but adequate. The beds were comfy. There was a lack of hot water to the shower.

Потом выяснилось, что у неё была любовная встреча, а тут мы пришли со своими чемоданами… Окно в комнате очень грязное и не закрывалось, вместо его ремонта повесили бумажку «не трогать». Гостиница круглосуточно без контрольно открыта, как проходной двор, можно заходить кому угодно! Отсутствие шумоизоляции. Очень дорого для такого класса!

It was like a hostel. Manager was very tired. The building is cold. She didn’t put the heating on. Well I asked her she started arguing with me for no reason she’s very very unhelpful.

CAMACHO (7/5): Great Location, Thin Walls and Cleanliness Concerns - The location is very convenient, right in the city center and especially close to great restaurants, bakeries, and Victoria Coach Station. However, it’s an old building, so the toilets, rooms, and sinks are quite outdated. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear chatter from neighboring rooms and doors slamming. Overall, however, our sleep wasn’t disturbed during the night. One night it was very cold—especially since our room was on the top floor. Another night it was too hot, so the room temperature did not seem to be well regulated. I also wanted to use the cups provided in the room, but upon inspection, I noticed they had not been properly cleaned. The rim of one cup still had toothpaste residue from the previous guest.

Il personale è cordiale anche se non li ho mai incontrati, abbiamo fatto tutto su whatsapp e con self check in e check out Se si vuole risparmiare può andar bene data la posizione ed il costo generale della città, ma sicuramente tornassi indietro spenderei qualche soldo in più. Le stanze sono claustrofobiche, il letto è una piazza e mezza e non un matrimoniale ed in due non è il massimo della comodità, per non parlare dei cuscini…Si sente ogni altro ospite (il russare di un vicino di stanza non ci ha fatto chiudere occhio una notte).

It was cold in the room and I couldn't use the TV because it kept requesting codes and wanting me to sign up to an account, so I couldn't watch any channels.

Au niveau de l'eau, les robinets d'eau froide de la salle de bain et de la chambre ne fonctionnaient. Pas d'eau seulement un filet mais vraiment un filet d'eau. Mais le pire , est que sur les 4 nuits, 3 soirs nous avions pas de lumière dans la chambre, salle de bain et toilettes. Le soir pour prendre la douche nous avons du utiliser la lampe de notre portable. Se doucher dans le noir n'était pas confortable

• Pamela (7/5): Un hôtel pour juste dormir, pas de petit dejeuner. Personnel dispo pour reclamation. - À 10 min de la gare et du métro victoria, à 5 min du bus. Le wifi fonctionne bien. La salle de bain est mal entretenue, les joints sont moisis, l’eau chaude arrive que au bout d’une dizaine de minutes. La chambre est très petite avec des lits jumeaux. Une prise était défectueuse. La fenêtre est très mal isolé. Dormir avec des boules quies.

• Kerry (6/5): - This is a great place for the price if you are trying to stay budget friendly. The room was clean and simple. The shower and bathroom areas were also clean and simple. It’s a great place to stay if you just need a home base. I felt safe in the building, however the front door would get stuck open. If you’re coming and going I’d advise turning around to make sure the door closes. It’s a great neighborhood that is very walkable. Only about 10 minutes to the trains/buses. The staff was lovely and very helpful when I needed a plug adapter, fork, and late checkout. The bed is not comfortable at all. It was very stiff. Which could be personal preference because i like a little cushion. The walls are also thin and you can hear your neighbors. Also would advise closing the window at night if noise bothers you because there are people walking/talking down the street at all hours.

• Kevin (2/5): - I was disappointed with the reaction from the proprietor on arrival when I tried to explain that due to a positive Covid test my friend could not take his room which I had paid for! The lady just said ‘no refund’ no explanation just go. The room, Tv not working shower height slide came off the wall. No heating no headboard it was very depressing. Would not ever stay again

Patches on walls and electrical outlets attached with duct tape. Room had the world’s smallest bathroom! One of those 1970’s afterthoughts. Could barely stand in it and brush your teeth. Shower head was broken so had to prop it up against the wall, but had decent hot water. Happy to have window that opened but no way to control the heat so keeping it open meant the heat was on full steam which made it even hotter.

One of the worst hotel stays that I have ever had!!!! - Sink in my room had very low water pressure it was not useful for practically anything… - Instead of a proper hand towel hanging in the room by the sink, there was tissue paper provided. In fact, I asked a couple times for a hand towel and was provided a dirty one and second time the employee couldn’t find one. - Body wash in the dispensers were often low. - The shower was occupied on my level. I went to 1st level to the larger bathroom. The shower bracket holder for shower head was disconnected and shower drain was plugged during the time of use and water flooded onto floor. Manager didn’t bother fixing issue. - The very old house phone in the room didn’t work to call front desk and needed to walk down multiple flights of stairs every time I had a request for service. - I had intermittent issues opening and locking my room. I was concerned about the security of my room because they use skeleton keys In fact, when I arrived the employee that assisted me upon my arrival also had an issue opening the room. - The window for my room didn’t have a screen and needed to stay open due to the extreme heat during my stay. Insects the entered the room. Staff provided a fan, but the fan noise prevented me from getting to sleep. - Safety issue. I was informed the front door to the hotel should be locked after a certain time. The times that I came back late door was unlocked.

We are both fairly slim and it was difficult to fit in there. We stayed in 32° heat and the room was very hot. There was a ceiling fan which was a bit rickety.

Everything was good for the price, clean, staff so sweet, the only reason for 4 stars is just that the sink was so small that I could hardly wash my hands in it nevertheless the face. And it looked more like a house with a few tiny rooms

Got to the room and the bed was a single, mini fridge that was unplugged, rotted windows, taps loose and dripping, could hear my neighbours through thin walls, semi open sockets. Worst place I’ve stayed. Actually didn’t stay the night, left a few hours after check in.the photos made it look spacious and like a double bed, it was basically a water closest. I just couldn’t believe it how bad it was. Couldn’t upload photos but have emailed.

We had a collapsible bed, small, doubtful.it was even 4ft 6", reasonably comfortable. We paid for a slightly larger room but bathroom was still tiny, and not fit for someone with mobility issues. At least a foot high to step into a very cramped bathroom area. Shower its self good power but room to shower was extremly cramped . Could not shut bathroom door if seated on toilet. Ceiling fan only worked when light was on. Lights in bathroom not working. No fan in room to cool it down on a hot summer evening. Very basic , Very over priced at over £150 per night for what we got.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Perfect location! So easy to get everywhere and the location is in a really nice part of Victoria. We booked to stay in twin room with private bathroom but the toilet wasn’t flushing. The lady at the front desk had a look and immediately changed our room for us. Very happy with this service! The room is well kept and didn’t feel dirty. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the pillow and beds. My partner and I had back and neck pain our whole trip because of it. Other than that I cannot complain because for the price, I was very happy with this hotel! So overall I would recommend to stay here :)
• Jennifer (4/5): - Stayed recently for a work trip as the location is great! Having seen the pictures I thought the hotel would be basic which was fine as it was only for the one night with a late arrival, but it was a lot more basic than expected. It wasn’t a proper bed, just a cheap metal frame. There was no hot water (and I did wait the 3-10 mins as the sign on the bathroom door advised for it to heat up) . My colleagues bathroom was so small they hit their head on the door multiple times and the window in my room was difficult to lock. The room and window (ground level) were unlocked and open on arrival. The door itself was an old school lock and had a gap between the door and frame where I could see the corridor outside. Didn’t feel 100% safe staying here. That being said, room was clean as was the bedding and towels. The person on reception was also friendly. Never one to leave a bad review but definitely dont think this was worth the £120 paid
