W pokoju była pojemna szafa. Pokój był wystarczająco duży dla 3 osób. Przy dużej liczbie gości czasami trzeba było poczekać na wolny stolik podczas śniadania. Hotel był bez windy, co dla osób starszych mogłoby stanowić problem, zwłaszcza w przypadku pokoju na najwyższym piętrze.

The rooms were very hot and they could not turn on the air-conditioning. Asked for a fan in the evening and man on reception said they hadn't got any but went to reception the next morning and lady found one straight away.

• Christel (8/5): Ein freundliches und sehr gut zentral gelegenes Drei-Stern-Hotel mit Potential für Verbesserung - Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich, die Lage dafür super. Es gab verschiedene Kleinigkeiten im Bad, die etwas vernachlässigt waren, alles zusammen aber nicht tragisch. Was man ändern könnte - die Pappbecher für Kaffee und Tee sind indiskutabel.

• Scott (6/5): Traditional hotel close to the action, maybe a bit too close for some. - Canal views and central location. The hot water was functional and breakfast was included. Nice staff generally. Unable to control the temperature in the room which was set to heating even though it was not cold outside. The suggestion was to open the windows but given the loud kiosk bar and construction site in front of the hotel, this made the stay very uncomfortable with poor sleep, on top of mosquitos coming in during the night. Note they also give only one key, complicating logistics if you have more than one person staying given the breakfast room is in a restaurant not connected to the hotel rooms and you need to have the key inserted to have electricity in the room.

The staff were nice and the breakfast was good, but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was very very tiny with only paper cups. We booked directly through their website, which worked in our favor: we were given a beautiful canal view and offered a late checkout. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the air conditioning worked well, which was much appreciated. After checkout, they kindly stored our luggage so we could continue exploring without hassle. Overall, a great experience with thoughtful touches that made our stay even better.

• Francois (8/5): Very pleasant stay in a central location. - Very comfortable beds, fairly central location, beautiful old building. The outside cafe was noisy until late.
• B6616TMmargaretc (10/5): Second stay even better than the First - Second stay and room was so much better this time. The room we stayed in first time was French double I believe (but was tiny). This time booked with Easyjet and had double classic. Both stays were in the annex across the way rather than the main hotel. Although there was no view in the 2nd room we had a lot more room (number 501). We had a fridge and air con. The shower although small was really good. Bedding seemed brand new. The male receptionist and also the young girl could not have been more helpful and friendly to us. We liked to sit outside next to the canal eating breakfast which was basic but fine. Location is excellent. Can walk from the train station but perhaps a good 30 minute walk or so. We found that from the airport the guglie stop (orange line) was so much easier than taking the blue line and getting off at F.te Nove).
• traceysC9378NM (10/5): Lovely hotel for 3 night stay - Just arrived home from a 3 night stay, arrived before check in time, luckily our room was ready for us & we were able to check in early. Kettle & complimentary tea/coffee in room. We had a triple room (even though there were only 2 of us), with a canal view, plenty of space in room & comfy beds. Good choice of cakes, pastries, & toast, yoghurt & fresh fruit, fruit juice & coffee for breakfast, enough to keep you going for a few hours. We often sat outside by canal in evening having a drink /meal, in restaurant attached to hotel which was lovely. Staff were friendly & helpful, even booking us a water taxi for return to airport. Would definitely return.

• DrShaglove1 (10/5): Moderately Priced Gem in Cannaregio, Venice - Lovely moderately-priced small hotel in a quiet location with adequate air con, a lovely bathroom, space for me, my wife and my two teenaged girls. a helpful and attentive staff, good euro continental breakfast, in an easy to find location, not too far from St. Mark's and the other main sites of Venice. I will be back
