- Lilly (4/5): Not great - Location was close to a lot of shops I have stayed in a lot of AC hotels in different states. This was by far the worst . The bath towels and bedsheet had hair on them . It made me uncomfortable seeing other peoples hair on the towels .
- Bartosz (9/5): Loved the pool! - Very nice pool at the rooftop! Always open, warm water, nice views. We could have some relax after returning late evening from the city. Also very good breakfast - among the best we had in US hotels on this trip. Fruits, yoghurt, you can order nice toasts etc. Quite good location - easy to drive to the hotel from highway and then easy to get to Miami Beach. Nearby parking is 35 USD per day - expensive but very convenient indeed. The hotel charges additional 30 USD per day as "destination fee" whatever they pretend it to serve... (you get free tickets to graffiti museum and as far as I remember some hours on bike for exploring the city). Staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and interested in guests! Apart from one younger guy, the others we faced were focused on themselves and their approach was not too pleasant. Staff in the restaurant area was very friendly, contrasting with the reception. Last, we had problem drying our clothes - no possibility to open window, no balcony etc. It was very humid inside all the time.

Encima no habían habitaciones y nos hemos quedado colgados, nos tuvimos q ir a otro hotel q además no tenía desayuno por lo q al fina nos ha costado mucho más caro. Je m’en suis aperçue à mon retour en France et depuis leur service client ne répond pas. Par ailleurs la chambre était extrêmement mal insonorisée, on entend les avions passer ++ ainsi que les voitures et la Clim dans la chambre un frigo. Cet hôtel n’a pas du tout le standing d’un 4 étoiles français, à fuir!

- LAURA (6/5): - I chose this hotel specifically because breakfast was included, but in the end, every morning we were required to pay an additional 18% tip on top of the price already paid. This was never mentioned at any point during the booking process, which I find misleading. We had reserved a room for four people, yet every day there were only two sets of towels provided. Each evening, when we returned to the hotel around 10–11 PM, we had to go back to the front desk to request extra towels. This was very inconvenient and should not be necessary for a reservation clearly made for four guests. On the first day of our arrival, two sets of towels were already missing, and despite informing the front desk, I never received them. Additionally, there was a large clump of hair next to the bed. I reported this issue to reception, and they told me someone would come to clean it. After waiting four hours with no action taken, I ended up cleaning it myself. Overall, I am very disappointed with the level of service provided.

- 427adamh (10/5): Exceptional Service and a Beautiful Stay - After a long day of travel, we couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome than the one we received at the AC Hotel Wynwood. From the moment we walked in, Sameerah, the front desk manager, set the tone for our entire stay with her energy, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Sameerah greeted us with a full walkthrough of the hotel’s amenities and surprised us with a thoughtful welcome that included chocolate, bottled water, and a glass of rosé. She then went above and beyond to take care of everything we needed: helping us plan breakfast for the next morning and arranging a shuttle to the port the following day. She handled it all cheerfully and made sure our family left the front desk feeling completely taken care of. That kind of attentive, personal service is rare, and it gave us an incredible first impression of the property. Our fifth floor room was everything we hoped for after a tiring travel day: spacious, quiet, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. As a family of three, we had plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. The efficient layout made the space feel even larger than it was. If you’re considering a stay at the AC Hotel Wynwood, do yourself a favor and book it. Between the beautiful accommodations and staff like Sameerah who truly go the extra mile, this hotel delivers an experience that is hard to top. We will absolutely be back!

- Sara (10/5): Awesome AC - The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The price was affordable even at the last minute. The staff were kind and efficient. The breakfast was amazing. It would be helpful to label the breakfast foods so we know what they are.

The beds were super comfortable! There was a Q-tip on the ground in the bathroom and some dirt in the corner. Could be cleaner!

We’ve had an issue with a delayed check in due to room not being ready at 3pm and the TV not working in our room - however staff was very apologetic and offered free parking and breakfast. In my opinion, the hotel only gets 4 starts as it’s expensive and you get an additional „destination fee” added on arrival of $30, giving you a credit of $15 to use in the hotel and other benefits such as 3h bike rental. Benefits that you are unlikely to use. Also, parking charge is $35 per day, with $7.70 self parking tax fee.

El desayuno es excelente, muy variado y con opciones para cualquier gusto. Llegamos a la hora del check in y las habitaciones no estaban listas, tuvimos que esperar hasta las 6pm para que nos entregaran. Dejamos el equipaje en la recepción y salimos a caminar y a comer hasta que la habitación estuviera lista.

- Lansing (8/5): too fancy to meet our family needs, not a family style hotel. - food was good but cost was extraordinary. the light on the thermostat was too bright but i could tell how warm the room was each time I tossed or turned. slept great (finally )after tuning out loud traffic and car alarm sounds. Having grandchildren in the hotel room with a shower of that nature was problematic for modesty. no bathroom "lock" with the barn door or recessed door. no tub to bathe them in. the whole cost of the stay for one night (less than 12 hours) was over $1000 for the two rooms. that is enough for another cabin for 7 days on the cruise ship. much higher than quoted and not exceptionally better than my preferred hotel.

- JamesG_uk (10/5): Wynwood is a winner! - On a recent trip to Miami, I decided to check out as many properties as possible and enjoyed a night in the Wynwood area of the city. The AC Miami Wynwood hotel is situated close to local bars and restaurants, together with plenty of shopping opportunities. The hotel is also particularly generous when it comes to Titanium/Platinum benefits. Although a $30 resort fee is added to the bill, $15 of this can be used towards food and beverages. I was staying with my two children and was given $10 credit per person meaning breakfast was essentially paid for. Breakfast was a buffet or a la carte. Children were charged half price. It meant that for my $45 bill the entirety was covered by the $30 Titanium breakfast credit and the $15 resort fee rebate. The rooms are cozy and modern. I love the hardwood floor that runs throughout all of the AC hotels I’ve stayed at. The shower too was also particularly powerful. The hotel also has a great rooftop area with a warm rooftop pool. There are deck chairs and daybeds aligning the pool area and there also looked to be a restaurant and bar in operation at the time I was there. For those who love to watch the arrivals into Miami International Airport, you’re in luck! The planes coming in to land from the east fly directly over the hotel. There is also a super view of the Miami Skyline from the very same rooftop. Car parking at the hotel is on the pricey side with a charge of around $50 to park overnight. However, next door to the hotel is a private car park where you can leave your vehicle for 24 hours for just $20. I would encourage anyone looking to park close to the hotel to simply do that rather than pay the extortionate fee the hotel wished to charge me. There is also street parking directly in front of the hotel but this can only be for a maximum of five hours so it would not be any good for those who sleep more than that in a single night! It was interesting for me to stay in this part of Miami having never visited in the past and I would definitely return in the future should the opportunity arise.

No sé si los empleados estaban siendo entrenados o que pero la atención fue de las peores que he recibido. Me suelo alojar en esta cadena o en Hilton y luego de esta experiencia esta cadena no va a ser una opción. Fui 5 veces a pagar por el late check out y me dijieron 5 cosas diferentes, el primer empleado me dijo que no ofrecían más late check out, así que luego de verificar en la web volví y le mostré y me dijo “si pero con costo extra” lo cual es bastante obvio y cuando le dije que lo pagaba me dijo que no sabía cómo hacerlo que vuelva al otro día a la mañana. Al otro día fue pero me dijieron que no podían hacerlo, que fuera a la tarde. A la tarde me dijieron que por el inconveniente y mal entendido me lo iban a hacer sin costo, que les dejara un teléfono para que me lo confirmen, cosa que nunca pasó. Volví a la noche y volvimos a foja cero, la empleada de la noche me dijo que no ofrecían más late check out, le conté la historia y me dijo que entonces no tenían disponibilidad, le ofrecí pagar una noche extra y me dijo que para eso si tenían disponibilidad, pero que no era necesario que le preguntaban al manager y al otro día me confirmaba, a lo que obviamente me negué y le dije que lo resolviera en el momento, cosa que hizo de muy mala gana. Una vergüenza…

Ik hou ervan hoe er geen vloerbedekking is in het hotel geeft meteen een schone en nette vibe. Ik zou niet zoveel vragen voor parkeer kosten. Het is geen goedkoop hotel maar om dan de kosten 30usd te maken is ook wel prijzig. Zou dat aantrekkelijker maken voor de gasten dan zijn ze misschien sneller geneigd om te boeken.
