Eva (8/5): We hebben genoten in Barcelona en onthouden dit hotel voor de volgende keer. - Het hotel is perfect gelegen nabij de gezelligste buurtjes en bezienswaardigheden van Barcelona. De kamer was heel schoon. De inrichting van het hotel heeft wat liefde nodig, zoals een loszittende kraan en douche. De vloer in de douche is spekglad, bijna m’n nek gebroken.

Kiki (4/5): Verblijf was matig, ik zou een ander hotel de volgende keer kiezen. - Locatie is centraal, je kunt echt overal makkelijk naar toe lopen. Zelfs naar het strand! Bijna tegenover de overdekte markt, heel leuk en een grote supermarkt. Ramblas zelf is afschuwelijk, straat ligt open, dus veel herrie. Maar daar kan het Hotel niets aan doen, maar het Hotel zelf is enorm verouderd. Er staat een propper voor de deur.....Wij kregen een kamer die ergens achterin was verstopt. Niet echt prettig als moeder en dochter. Kamer was heel klein met 2 losse bedden, geen sfeer licht, alleen grote spotjes. Kamer warm en stonk naar riolering. Deksel van wc dicht houden en stop op douch putje hielp. Geen koelkastje. Wastafel te klein met 1 mini spiegel. Geen lange pas spiegel. Kamer wisselen was niet mogelijk. Live muziek tot heel laat in het hotel / erg gehorig. Misschien ben ik te kritisch, maar te duur voor de plek wat mij betreft. Bij uitchecken niemand die je een fijne dag wenst en vraagt of alles naar wens was...(persoonlijke service ontbreekt een beetje)

The windows could use an upgrade, as the area tends to get quite loud at night. Fortunately, La Rambla was under construction during our stay, so it wasn’t too crowded.

Edwin (3/5): Bad attitude - Location and cleanliness Attitude of the stuff. I booked a room with twin beds and on arrival i enquired about the twin beds. I was informed that the room had twin beds but they are placed near each other. I said why aren't they separated as I ordered and confirm by yourselves. The response was that I can move them myself if I wanted them separate. On Booking.com the room was advertised "Including Beakfast", however I was informed that it was not the case. So when I went for breakfast, I found nothing prepared and was informed that it was a fixed breakfast no buffet. Moreover, the staff referred me to go and pay at the reception before they can offer me breakfast, instead of settling the amount on checkout. So I refused to have breakfast in hotel.

Christiana Strati (7/5): Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία - Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, ακριβώς δίπλα από τη στάση μετρό Liceu. Καθημερινά άλλαζαν πετσέτες και καθάριζαν το δωμάτιο. Η τουαλέτα είχε συνεχώς μια άσχημη μυρωδιά, ακόμα και μετά που καθαριζόταν. Ίσως έφταιγε ότι στη Las Ramblas γίνονταν οδικές εργασίες . (Απρίλιο 26) Καθρέφτης υπήρχε μόνο στο μπάνιο και όχι σε άλλο σημείο του δωματίου. Υπήρχε αρκετή φασαρία από την πόλη.
Iciar (7/5): Buena estancia en una buenísima ubicacion - Una de las camas sonaba bastante al dormir en ella. Pero todo estuvo bien hospedados allí. A pesar de tener las Ramblas en plena obra y con ruidos de maquinaria!! Pero son buenas ventanas para insonorización y además nos aportaron tapones para los oídos! Its Mid april and its pretty warm in the afternoon. The hotel does not provide air conditioning facility. The room is suffocating and warm. It has a slow speed ceiling fan which gives warm air. Small window which leads to a shaft. No fresh air. On requesting to switch on the air conditioner the staff was rude. I paid for air conditioning facility but was not provided. Will not suggest this hotel . Very poor

Mónica (1/5): Nefasta - Teníamos 3 habitaciones reservadas y pagadas y al llegar nos dijeron que solo tenían 2. Primero porque una era pequeña, luego porque se había roto la cerradura. Eran las 12 de la noche, intentando buscar una alternativa y 1h después por arte de magia la habitación se abre y no era tan pequeña. A esto se suma el ruido del restaurante o lo que fuese en planta con habitaciones al lado, muchísimo barullo, gente fumando, un auténtico despropósito. No hemos dormido nada en toda la noche, ni yo ni mis compañeros de las otras habitaciones.

Romy (7/5): - L’hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel est accueillant et la chambre est jolie. On n’entend pas le bruit de la rue, par contre on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans les couloirs. Les gens rentrent parfois tard et parlent très fort, c’est comme s’ils étaient dans la chambre. Il y a des boules quies mais tout de même.
