Patricia (8/5): Gerne wieder - Zentrale Lage, Minibar wurde täglich aufgefüllt. Wasser und Cola. Sehr sauber und grosse Zimmer. Leider funktionierte der Jacuzzi nicht richtig. Auch das Dampfbad funktionierte nicht, obwohl angeschrieben war es brauche 15-20 Minuten zum aufwärmen. Auch nach dieser Zeit ging nichts. Sehr Schade weil das Wetter nicht so warm war.

Ka muud meile huvipakkuvad kohad olid jalutuskäigu kaugusel nii, et lisatransporti me ei vajanud. Hommikusöök oli kvaliteetne, kõik vajalik oli olemas. Meil oli nn. lai kaheinimese voodi, mille pehme ja mugav madrats oli puidust raami sees. Voodisse ja sealt välja tulemine oli väga ebamugav ja isegi valus.

Aras Taylan (7/5): Merkezi ve temiz bir tercih. - Tarihi çok güzel bir bina. Konumu çok merkezi, merkez istasyona ve merkezi bölgelere yürüme mesafesi. Temiz ve personel çok ilgili. Oteli tercih etmemizdeki en önemli etken spa olmasıydı, ancak gidince öğrendik ki spa tadilattaymış. Tadilata girmesi doğal ama ödediğimiz rakamda kahvaltı dahil olmadığı düşünülürse, spa da kullanamayınca sadece yatak parası vermiş oluyoruz. Spa’nın tadilata girdiği haber verilmeliydi öncede. Başka bir otel ile anlaşmışlar ancak 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde bir yere sürekli spa için gitmek çok uygulanabilir değildi maalesef. Bu sebepten satın aldığım hizmeti kullanamadım. Paramın bir kısmının boşa gittiğini düşünüyorum. Ek olarak kalorifer ve klima soğuk zamanda yeterli ısıtmıyordu.

Tamara (1/5): Mai più - La colazione Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questo hotel 5 stelle ad Amsterdam è stata molto deludente e decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo riscontrato poca attenzione verso gli ospiti: nessuno parlava italiano, nessuno ci ha aiutato con le valigie e nessuno ci ha accompagnato in camera, servizi che in una struttura di questo livello dovrebbero essere assolutamente garantiti. Inoltre, oggi siamo rientrati nel pomeriggio e la camera non era ancora stata pulita. Un disagio davvero poco accettabile per un hotel che si definisce a 5 stelle. La cosa più grave, però, è che spa e piscina risultano inagibili e questa informazione non ci è mai stata comunicata prima del soggiorno né al momento del check-in. Se avessimo saputo della chiusura di servizi così importanti, probabilmente avremmo scelto un’altra struttura. Esperienza molto deludente, soprattutto considerando il prezzo e il livello che l’hotel dovrebbe garantire

They lived on the 4th floor! So they had to go in the morning to a lower floor to get a shower! Totally not a five or even 4 star hotel! I would say 2 stars would be enough! They have few lifts, the lift what we had to use was old as the building, moved very slow! I hope they have lift maintanace! So would not recommend the hotel!

The hotel has lots of historic character, with beautiful features like the stained glass ceilings in the stairwell and breakfast room. The room was comfortable, fairly quiet, and spacious. The location is super convenient, right by the station. As we got a good deal on the booking, we were very happy with the value for money. The wellness facilities were out of order during our stay, so we weren't able to use the pool, jacuzzi, or steam room. The gym is right by the pool and is around 25°C, which is very hot to work out in. The glass bathroom door does not provide sufficient privacy, and lets light through during the night, meaning you can't make the room fully dark. The water pressure and temperature control in the shower were bad, and there was nowhere in the shower to place your shampoo except the floor. The room cleaning was inconsistent, with some cleanings missing important steps. There were no plugs by the bed. The chairs in the rooms were old, and had lost most of their padding, so not great to sit on. There were regular queues at the front desk, due to a limited number of staff members on duty.

Die letzte Renovierung war vor gefühlten 40 Jahren. Wasserhähne die unterscheiden zwischen heiß und kaltem Wasser. Abflüsse in Bad laufen nicht ab. Die Möbel vom Sperrmüll.

Marëva (1/5): Indigne d’un 5 étoiles - - L’emplacement - Les cocktails du bar Je ne comprends pas comment cet établissement peut être un 5 étoiles. C’est le pire hôtel que nous ayons fait. Nous avons payé une somme à 4 chiffres pour 2 nuits et nous n’avons même pas eu de lit double dans une « Chambre Supérieure de Luxe avec Vue sur le Canal ». Dans la description de la chambre il est écrit une douche à l’italienne ET une baignoire, c’est une douche classique (plutôt petite) et il n’y a aucune baignoire. Le joint de la porte de douche était d’ailleurs décollé et trainé sur le sol. Les peignoirs étaient manquants dans la chambre le premier jour et nous avons dû attendre 1h pour qu’on nous les amène pour aller au SPA. Le SPA était d’ailleurs quand à lui inutilisable, même l’eau dans la fontaine était manquante. Les gens s’amassaient donc dans les 3 petit saunas (70°C, 90°C et infrarouge), en sachant que le sauna infrarouge ne pouvait accueillir que 2 personnes car minuscule. Le hammam était également fermé et inutilisable. Les draps de la chambre semblaient sales et présentaient des taches, le matelas quand à lui boulochait énormément et était recouvert d’un drap plat. Les boissons offertes du mini bar mais non buvables car il s’agissait de bouteilles avec capsules mais il n’y avait pas de décapsuleur (on pouvait d’ailleurs voir les marques sur le meuble en bois du mini bar où les précédents occupants ont dû tenter d’ouvrir les bouteilles). Sans parler du prix du parking qui est aberrant (77,50€ par nuit). Pour un hôtel qui se dit 5 étoiles et le prix payé pour 2 nuits, c’est extrêmement décevant. Nous avons l’impression d’avoir perdu notre argent.

Martin (7/5): Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung von Amsterdam - Sehr gute Lage, wenn man am Bahnhof ankommt. Altstadt sehr gut zu Fuss oder mit Straßenbahn erreichbar. Ruhig in der Nacht. Sehr bequeme Betten. Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Architektur des Hotels sehr besonders. Spa Bereich war nur zum Teil nutzbar. Pool gesperrt. Das war erst dort ersichtlich. Ein Hinweis bei der Rezeption oder Ankunft wäre gut gewesen.

Špatný úklid (deka sice natažená, ale polštáře na zemi!), nedoplněné kapesníky v koupelně. Pokoj jsme měli u výtahu, který dělal rámus. Po první noci jsme si vyžádali přestěhování.

Pascal (9/5): Une belle et dépaysante expérience hôtelière… - Emplacement idéal plein centre et gare centrale à pieds… Hôtel plutôt austère d’aspect et dont la géométrie particulière ne facilite pas toujours la circulation intérieure mais c’est tout le charme de cette reconversion réussie d’un ancien bâtiment industriel. Confort chambres de bon niveau sans être exceptionnel Installation piscine / spa / hammam extrêmement agréables Personnel tout à fait aimable et patient face aux difficultés des non (ou peu) anglophones. Petit déjeuner excellent, grand choix proposé pour tous les goûts et tous les appétits! Literie trop molle pour mon goût personnel Mobilier parfois un peu fatigué, pas assez de patères dans la salle d’eau…mais ce ne sont que des points de détail Tout ce qui est important est très satisfaisant !

Very nice fitness center and spa! You can open the windows and enjoy! The hotel is old, you can't compare it to 5 star hotels as you might think, however it is good and justifies its price. The wet sauna was not active - sucks
