Mimo, że na bookingu oferta była "zapłać na miejscu", zabezpieczona kartą, minął termin odwołania to hotel się upierał, żeby zablokować 205 euro na wypadek gdybym nie przejechał i straszył, że jeśli tego nie zrobi to może odwołać rezerwację. Szantaż nieuzasadniony w czystej postaci. 2. Pokój na zdjęciach był bardziej przestronny, ładniejszy, a dostaliśmy malutki na ostatnim piętrze. Tak nie powinno być. 3. 635 euro za 3 doby (nie liczę dodatkowego podatku miejskiego) to stanowczo za dużo za ten standard.

- Bauregger (8/5): Top Lage am Arc de Triomphe, ruhig und sauber – kleine Abstriche beim Zimmerzustand - Die Lage ist hervorragend: nur etwa zwei Gehminuten vom Arc de Triomphe sowie der zentralen Metrostation Charles de Gaulle–Étoile station entfernt. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ist die Umgebung angenehm ruhig und frei von Straßenlärm. Das Badezimmer ist modernisiert und entspricht aktuellen Standards. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine angemessene Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken und überzeugte durch gute Qualität. Im Eingangsbereich steht ein Trinkwasserspender zur freien Verfügung. Das Hotelpersonal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das tatsächliche Zimmer entsprach nicht den auf der Website dargestellten Fotos. Es wirkte insgesamt etwas älter und stärker genutzt. Dennoch war alles ordentlich, grundsätzlich sauber und in einem akzeptablen Zustand. Insgesamt passend für ein kleines Stadthotel.

- Olivia (8/5): Brilliant stay at Princesse Caroline - Brilliant stay at Princesse Caroline for our wedding anniversary over Easter. Staff were kind and helpful, and gave us an upgraded room to what we had booked. Very clean room, confortable bed and hot shower. Great location for Champs-Elysees and museums. Didn't love having to give the room key back when leaving hotel for the day. Second night had a lot of noise in room, it sounded like trying to sleep near a trainline, or someone rearranging furniture overnight. Not a problem if you're a heavy sleeper though

Op de hoek van de straat een Burgerking en een Mc Do voor een snel en goedkoop drankje/snack. Vlakbij ook andere betere restaurants. Toch stil en eenvoudig hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel. Niets slechts aan te bespeuren Het was nogal warm op de kamer. Door eenvoudig de raam open te zetten overdag ging het snel beter.

- Akane (9/5): 最寄駅9番出口が最近ですがエスカレーターありません！ほかの出口ならあります！ - とにかく安くて広くて、なんといってもロケーションが最高でした✨エレベーターも大きなスーツケース×2と大人2人乗れるぐらいの広さがありました。バスタブ付きのシャワールームで水圧も十分でした。宿泊の都合上2部屋泊まりましたが、一方の部屋は壁付のドライヤーで風量が弱かったので、ドライヤーは持って行ったほうが良さそうです。 2日目以降お掃除はしてくれていましたがお水の補充がなかったです。フロントでもらいましたが、2€支払いました。無料での補充はなかったのかも⁇

Had to hand in your key card for security reasons and everything felt so safe, clean and great location too. Super close to metros and literally 2 mins from the arc de triumph.

The room itself was cosy and large enough for two people and the facilities in the room was great and met all our needs. The only improvement I would suggest is a mirror in front of the desk for when getting ready, and a outlet closer to the mirrors in the room when using hair tools etc. But could have been resolved if I had bought an extension lead.
