- Christopher (10/5): - Nice rooms, just too hot to sleep too well and the construction starts at 7am so I hope you like waking early. Staff where nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok and not too expensive.
- Ben (6/5): - The staff were fine and the room clean and comfortable. But the location is awkward, the last train to the hotel from Heuston station left at 20.20 (on a Sunday). There is a bus service, but if you miss that it's a long cab-ride. The other problem isn't really the hotel's fault, building works started at 7 am. I was on the fourth floor in a double-glazed room (and already awake) and the noise wasn't deafening, but would probably wake a light sleeper.
- Jennifer (6/5): - The pictures of this hotel online are misleading. They depict a nice modern hotel when it is very outdated. Old carpet, worn finishes and no updates.
- Adam (10/5): - Staff were all very nice and helpful, made you fell very welcome. Room was nice and clean with a good shower. Restaurant and food were very good. All in all a very good choice of hotel for our stay for a day at the race’s at Leopardstown.
- Jennifer (8/5): Good place to sleep, nice desk staff - Comfortable bed, well-appointed room. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. When I told the woman at check-in that we’d have to miss breakfast due to an earlier flight, she offered to have something prepared for us. While it was more of a box lunch than breakfast, it was much appreciated. Lunch in the restaurant was mediocre, and we had to ask for prices. There was a persistent odor of trash/dumpster in the restaurant and lobby.

- C (2/5): Disappointing - Was supposed to be the start of the great Ireland adventure. But due to having a cycling accident and ending up in a hospital, I was unable to go. Hotels.com explained this to the hotel but they wouldn't consider giving me a refund for not staying there. Will never use this hotel again.
- Samantha (10/5): - The Hotel was quiet, staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating. Beds were a little hard for my liking but still comfortable. Very clean. My only complaint is the restaurant had horrible service. They were very slow and genuinely just didn't care about you. Food was gross and tasteless. Couple minutes walking distance to both busses and train station.

- Tammy (4/5): Would not come again. - The food wasn't good.. Other guests said the same (they'd rather go hungry), it's a heat wave and no one offered fans until someone came to check the fuse that had blown, the fuse for the lights went, the TV stopped displaying video and TV channels, we've woken up with lots of bites even though the blinds and curtains were shut, one of the front desk workers seem reluctant to talk to us.

- David (4/5): Damage Waiver - You only get 1 chance to make a first impression and the Aspect Hotel failed. On arrival at the desk the first thing was not a good afternoon, just you need to pay a damage waiver fee. I questioned what was damage waiver to be told everyone must pay this to cover damage to the room. My reply was who decides if damage was done and was told the duty manager, i said great then the duty manager can come and inspect the room now before we move in. Something amazing then happened i was told no deposit waiver was required. Not sure if this is a standard for all customers. The whole thing left a very sour taste and i had no confidence in the staff and the hotel after that. I paid for my stay in full on checking in as i just wanted to get to the room. We decided to check out a day early and on check out was told no refund would be given. I never asked for or wanted a refund, we just wanted to leave this hotel When i asked for my bill i was told, this could not given it to me untill the next day. I laughed and said unfortunately i would not be here. She eventually agreed to give me a made up invoice and email me the orignal which i have not recived as yet. Hotel is clean but the corridors smell of a strange odour. Postives is its very close to transport links

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good Hotel - The hotel was in a business park that is very quiet during non-business hours. It is very close to the commuter train station that takes you to Houston Station quickly. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good. The hotel hosted at least one tour group every night we were there.

Paid +&500 for one night and it was very shabby, few accomodations and not a great location, but overall this could have been helped with just a better attitude and more friendly and helpful nature from the staff

Onsite restaurant and bar were very good as well. They seemed to manage the tour busses that stayed there as well without impacted the quality of our service.

Hotel takes some money from bank account before arrival (£118) then wants full payment for the stay on top of the already taken money which is refunded at check out. That's lots of extra money the guest needs to have easily available.

Hotel pillows were awful. Flat and rock hard. On a nice note, their tv allows casting and we ended up watching Fox News on YouTube. That was pretty cool.

- Pria (10/5): - We actually had a good stay. The staff were really kind and helpful during our stay. I would recommend avoiding the lunch buffet, at least if you’re vegetarian or pescatarian. I can’t speak to the meat options, but the vegetarian food was quite bad and there aren’t any good vegan options for dinner. Aspect had many things we liked - especially the ease of access by train and the bus to the airport. But wow, the food was a bummer.

Breakfast was poor, we where glad we couldnt book it online at the end. The real disturbing thing was a smell of chemicals outside of the ventilation which made it to the floors. we would not stay there again.

- Deborah (10/5): - This is the second time we have stayed here. We chose it again primarily for the convenient parking. Our bathroom was a handicap bathroom. It was not so convenient. Also the food didn’t seem to be as good as before. Particularly not as much variety at breakfast. Before there were more choices of pastries, etc. I thought it was a bit much to pay 12 euros for eggs and toast.

- Narelle (8/5): - Only disadvantage is no fridge in the room. I am diabetic and need to keep insulin cold which I found awkward without a fridge. Apart from that, really enjoyed my stay. Nice to be outside of the city centre but only a short distance by public transport to get there.

I’m a friendly sort of man who smiles at people and is also polite, yet there seemed to be an inability for staff to engage unless spoken to directly and then the response tended to be short and curt (especially day front desk staff). Though when something was requested it was acted upon immediately. Not terrible just could be a little friendlier.
- Luke (6/5): - Hotel was lovely. About a 40min bus into the city 20mins or so by taxi. Breakfast was really good. Room had everything you needed but no air conditioning or a fan ect. One window that only opened a tiny bit so as you can imagine it was very hot in the hotel room which made it a nightmare to sleep. It wasn’t that hot whilst we were there, like 19C max during the day. Can imagine how people would be able to sleep during the hotter times.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Basic hotel, but met our needs - This property is very basic, but it fit our needs. I wouldn’t recommend staying this far outside the city if you’re visiting to see Dublin as the train schedule is not super convenient. But that’s not the hotels fault. The hotel was clean and comfortable enough, but nothing fancy. The staff was definitely the best part. The few times we asked for special assistance they were very accommodating and kind. The bar downstairs was cute and the pizza was good. There’s nothing near the hotel as far as food so the restaurant luckily was good.

And its not close to anything completely in the middle of no where i stayed one night and got out of there and went to a way nicer hotel and the hotel i went to the service was way way above and beyond what i would ever expect so as to the aspect DONT EXPECT MUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COST worst hotel i have stayed at in the 6 yrs i have been coming to the beautiful country of Ireland if there was a no star rating i would of gave it for customer service
- Victoria (8/5): - On arrival we were upgraded to a bigger room which was very clean & comfy. TV had all the channels, Tea & coffee making facilities, fridge freezer, sink etc all you needed. Shower was lovely & hot. The only drawback to the room was that it was very hot, could do with some air conditioning.

- Lynora (8/5): Our stay at Aspect Hotel Park West - The Aspect Hotel Dublin was a nice place to stay but was a long distance from both Dublin's City Center and the airport. I blame myself for not doing more checking. We spent more time getting around than I would have chosen. We only had a one night stay. If the area is well suited to where you need to be, it is a good hotel and a good price.

- Horst (8/5): - A solid hotel for a few days stay. Located at the west side of Dublin makes it a good starting point to drive into the rest of the country without having to go through the city traffic. A bus station is right in front of the hotel. We used it to get to downtown Dublin for our sightseeing tours. Cost 2.6 Euro per person, about 20 minutes drive. Would go here again.
- Debra (4/5): - Staff were miserable. Restaurant facilities/menu were minimal. I ordered down for a salad plate to collect and was given it by a very abrupt South African server who appeared to be run off his feet having to deal with both service in the 'restaurant' and at the bar. When I came down for lunch the next day at 12 (as advertised on the hotel website and on the flyers around the hotel) I was told lunch wouldn't be served until 1pm, and when it was, it turned out to be a fixed price buffet only. At this point the 'restaurant' seemed to be being used as more of a staff canteen, not just for the hotel staff but also the surrounding businesses. There were even lunch 'grab bags' set up for people to collect. The rooms were clean and comfortable but very noise (thin walls so you could hear other guests) and overall the hotel was very depressing.
