- Joseph (9/5): Overall, it was a pleasant stay . No hassle. - Location. It was very close to the station . Quiet neighborhood and close to a convenient store. At first , our room wasn’t as expected for us but after asking the staff to change room, they were very accommodating at the front desk for us to change a bigger room. Easy breezy.

- Phuc (10/5): Amazing hotel if you want to explore Tokyo as it's accessible to multiple cities. - Location: This hotel was amazing and it was literally right across the street from the Hanzomon Line so every city was accessible. Also, it was walkable to the imperial palace as well. Staff: They were very nice and accommodating and helped with luggage delivery to our next hotel. Hotel: They offered free complimentary drinks, face mask, lotion, epsom salt and more as part of your stay. The room was spacious (I got the Queen room) and even the single double was way bigger than other hotels like APA. Also the hotel had a nice smell when you enter. None that I can think of!

- Mark (10/5): Great time in Tokyo - The hotel is well located- over the road from HANZOMON subway station. Family Mart and 7 Eleven are also close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and had everything I needed. Breakfast was nice too- a blend of Japanese and Western. I would happily stay here again.

- yves (9/5): Prima hotel op een goede ligging in Tokyo. - De ligging was zeer goed. Rustige buurt maar toch een aantal eetgelegenheden. Vlak aan een metrohalte. Hoewel je vaak moet overstappen, ben je op een half uurtje op bijna alle belangrijke plaatsen. Zonder metro in een bezoek aan Tokyo niet mogelijk. Het ontbijt was fantastisch, lekker en uitgebreid. Veel waar voor je geld. Best het ontbijt boeken bij je kamer, dat is goedkoper. De kamer is voldoende groot voor Japan normen. Personeel zeer professioneel. Jammer dat het hotel geen grotere luchtige lobby heeft of een leuke plaats om s’avonds wat te zitten. Ook de ontbijtruimte heeft geen ramen, maar het is wel goed geregeld.

Nella hall erano presenti un frigo con succo di mela e/o tè verde e un desk in cui vi erano numerosi prodotti quali sali da bagno, maschere viso, tappi x orecchie, ecc Tutto gratis! In un piano è presente, a pagamento, la lavatrice e asciugatrice Per chi fuma il locale era molto piccolo

- Hideyuki Kanematsu (10/5): 都心でコスパの良い，高品質のビジネスホテル．各所アクセス最高 - 目的地にきわめてちかかったことです．初日の麹町と二日目の岩本町，どちらもこのホテルがアクセスが良かったです．コンビニにも近く，また朝食（ドトールコーヒー），昼食（近くの中華料理店）と全てアクセスが容易でした．ホテルの朝食はいつもいただかない素泊まりですので，それはわかりません．いつも安価で安全，その割に質の高いビジネスホテルが好みですが，それら全てが満たされたホテルでした．それと翌日の用事が午後からでしたので，１１時チェックアウトはありがたかったです． 思いつきません．全て満足しました．

- Monkey Mom (8/5): Just ok - Clean room with a comfy bed The quality of the buffet breakfast is just okay. No tempura, noodles, and other traditional Japanese items. The bathroom is smelling.

- masayuki (8/5): ランドリー以外はとても満足でした。 - 地下鉄の駅から思いの外近くて渋谷、新宿など非常に便利に移動が出来るロケーションだった。 朝食も様々な料理を食べる事が出来て、家族も満足していた。 部屋の案内ではランドリーサービスは朝10時までにフロントへと言う事だったが、実際はコインランドリーでと言う事だった。しかも洗濯機も3台？だったかな？数が少なく時間帯を間違うと使用できない感じがした。

- Mayuki (5/5): ガッカリしかなかった - 駅チカなのが最高 入口入ってすぐいい香りに包まれる とても好きな香りで癒された それだけになってしまった今回の印象 連泊した際の2日のベッドメイキングが最悪 シーツの下の敷きパッドが頭部の半分までに下げられてて、シーツはキッチリセットされておらずすぐにめくれてしまう有様 最悪なベッドメイキングで一気に心象が悪くなりました いいホテルだと思っていたけれど、連泊すると 粗が見えてくるのでしょうか 過大評価が仇となった気がしました ガッカリです 今後、こちらを利用する機会は最悪の場合のみとなりそうです

- Brian (10/5): Como la última vez, espectacular - El alojamiento estuvo increíble, limpio, ordenado, la habitación es más grande que el promedio en Tokyo, la cama muy cómoda, el ofuro tiene un buen tamaño y el personal fue muy amable, atento y profesional, te hace sentir como en casa. Nada, todo fue muy bien.

- Alexis (10/5): Parfait pour visiter Tokyo ! - Extrêmement bien placé, juste devant une station de métro, très propre et calme! Plein de choses mises à disposition : bouteilles d’eau gratuites tous les jours, pyjamas fournis lavés tous les jours ! Personnel très accueillant.

- Josine (10/5): Heerlijk - De kamers zijn heerlijk met genoeg ruimte zeker voor Tokyo. Iedere dag flesjes water is ook een groot plezier. De bevestiging van de douche-kop is zo dat je die niet zo kunt stellen dat je haar niet nat wordt behalve als die op de tussenbevestiging staat maar dan wordt je alleen vanaf je middel nat. De straal spuit alleen recht vooruit.

- Giorgia (9/5): Hotel assolutamente consigliato! - Posizione ottima, con la linea Hanzomon proprio sotto all'hotel. Staff molto gentile, pulizia ottima e colazione varia e abbondante. Inoltre durante il soggiorno vengono forniti dei pigiami di un cotone fantastico, quattro bottigliette d'acqua al giorno e una bibita per persona. In realtà nulla, se proprio devo essere pignola si può migliorare l'illuminazione del bagno (almeno nella camera che avevo io) e la qualità del reparto dolci nel buffet della colazione.
