• Jaanus (6/5): Ei arva et kunagi seda hotelli veel külastaks - hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe absurdne! - Mitte midagi ! Hommikusöök oli täiesti mõttetu - hotelli hommikusöögi fotod ei vasta tegelikkusele- olin väga pettunud ja käisin hommikusöögil ainult esimesel reedesel hommikul ja ka siis läksin edasi linna kohvikusse täiendavale hommikusöögile - valik oli kohutavalt väike , kohv oli kohutav , sink maitses ja lõhnas ebameeldivalt külmkapis seismise järgi, ainuke söödav asi oli munapuder…. selle raha eest oli see lausa röövimine !

• Enio (9/5): Hotel muito bom com bom preço. - Fomos recepcionados de forma exemplar pelo Frederico. Muito atencioso e nos deu boas dicas da cidade com um mapa, onde ele foi marcando os pontos. Também nos concedeu um up grade. O hotel estava pouco movimentado por ser baixa estação e ficamos de segunda a quinta. O quarto era muito bom. Cama confortável, cortinas que fecham 100% a claridade. O banheiro era bom com uma pia grande, chuveiro bom e o vaso separado, o que ajuda quando estamos viajando. A piscina da cobertura e exatamente como na foto. Não usamos, só fomos conhecer. A localização e excelente tem um metro na porta e fica uns 500 m2 da plaza de catalunya que tem mais várias linhas de metrô. O entorno tem muitos restaurantes, cafés, bares. E o melhor, não é zona turística. O chuveiro tinha um pequeno problema de vazar água pelo vidro do box para o chão. Mas não comprometeu em nada.

Very quiet. Excellent blackout curtains. Very cheerful and helpful staff. Good non tourist neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby, yet close to sites and metro.

We arrived 2h before check-in and they did their best to accomodate us, even though we were perfectly fine waiting till check in. They even upgraded our room. Special thanks to Alessio!

In primis un ringraziamento particolare ad Alessio che ci ha trattato in maniera impeccabile, cortesia e gentilezza che ti fanno sentire a casa. • Gulnara (8/5): - The location is very good, near the metro/bus station and aerobus, so we coudl easily reach airport. Staff is super friendly. Room was very wide, clean, comfortable, quite. Cleaning was everyday, which is important, cause of high humidity, unfortunately towels were not getting dry and needed to be changed dayly. Breakfats is also fare enough. I would only improve coffee quality at breakfast :)

Herzlichen Dank an Federico an der Rezeption - ein grossartiger Gastgeber - man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen! Eine WC-Bürste wäre angenehm, um das WC auch mal selber zu reinigen. 😄

• asahioreo (4/5): Wanted to love it, but some fundamental issues - I really wanted to like this hotel, as it gets some important things right—but unfortunately, there are a few fundamental flaws that undermine what should be a comfortable stay. The location is undeniably excellent. However, the lack of proper soundproofing is a major drawback. Rooms facing the street are exposed to constant noise, while those on the other side overlook a community playground, which was particularly loud over the weekend. We ended up downgrading to a smaller room in search of a quieter option. The shower was another disappointment, with very weak water pressure. In the second room, there was also a leak through the glass panel, which made things worse. On the third day, our room was serviced despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being on. While not a major issue in itself, we later found a long hair on the pillowcase, which raised concerns about housekeeping standards. Service at the front desk was underwhelming. Staff generally seemed too relaxed and lacked professionalism or a proactive approach to resolving issues. The morning staff member was noticeably better, though we recognise that many of the problems were beyond his control. Overall, a great location let down by noise, maintenance issues, and inconsistent service.

• Andrea (8/5): We had a great time and enjoyed access to so many things, while having great downtime at the pool. - The location was wonderful, right by many sightseeing options and right on the Metro and bus line. Many restraunt options, the room was huge, so offered good space for me and my friend to share. The pooll area was very nice too! I would have liked the option to open more then one window. There are no drawers to unpack my suitcase, the shelves were a decent option, but I dont like my clothes out in the open.

On se sent un peu emprisonné ….
