• Federico (8/5): - Stanza semplice ma spaziosa e pulita. Bagno di dimensioni più che giuste e pulito. Hotel consigliato anche per la zona in cui è posizionato, zona tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro. Hotel ottimale per soggiornare, unica cosa che consiglio è richiedere durante la prenotazione di stare ai piani superiori per il soggiorno, per il resto ottimale e funzionale, soprattutto pulito.

On nous a changé de chambre car la 1ère avait vue sur 1 mur. Trés propre Certaines petites choses comme le flacon de lave main vide et jamais rempli malgré le fait que j'avais mis le bouchon dans l'évier. Le rideau décroché d'1 œillet, je l'ai raccroché moi même

• Camilla (7/5): Øv med utæt dør når der er renovering i gang overfor der starter tidlig. - Prisen og beliggenheden Synes badeværelset var slidt og toiletbrættet var løst og altandøren var utæt så der kom kold luft ind. Meget lydt på værelserne.
• Eduard (8/5): Molt bona opció qualitat/preu - L'hotel està ben actualitzat, tot modern i funcional. Situat a zona tranquila i segura, amb transport públic aprop. A la zona també hi ha restaurants. Un detall que ens ha encantat, a la zona de recepció tenen màquina de cafè, i és gratis !! Algo excepcional en una ciutat tant cara. Tenint en compte la relació qualitat preu, tot està molt bé, però per posar alguna cosa a millorar, diria la comoditat del llit, però això és un habitual en hotels de cost ajustat.

• Jensen (9/5): A perfect small hotel, helpful staff, beautiful breakfast, perfect location. - Fabulous location, near Kensington gardens, restaurants , royal Albert hall , all walking distance. Near 2 underground stations too. Fabulous breakfast and the staff very helpful.
• Muriel (2/5): - Rien Chambre mal isolée, volet non occultant, on a été placé dans une chambre du bas on entendait tout les clients de l’hôtel qui rentre tard, et qui parlait fort la préparation du petit déjeuner avec les placards qui claquent, on a été réveillé en sursaut à plusieurs reprises La télé ne fonctionne pas, on a demandé à être changé de chambre chose qui a été faite le lendemain, mais la nouvelle chambre il manquait une lampe de chevet. La télé ne fonctionnait toujours pas c’était pas très propre on n’y retournera pas.

Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel accueillant et très serviable. Chambres un peu vieillotes avec des éléments qui pourraient être réparés. Travaux de ravallement en face dans la rue; pas plus génant que ça, mais nous n'avons pas passé bcp de temps dans la chambre en journée. Pas de travaux le soir ou le week-end

Camera tripla ben insonorizzata, non grandissima, ma comunque dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza. Stanza e bagno pulito. Presenza di bollitore, macchina del caffè, tazze, bicchieri, un biscotto di benvenuto e una bottiglia d'acqua a testa. Doppio Phone a disposizione, cassaforte, tv. Zona abbastanza centrale, stazione della metro a meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Soggiorno soddisfacente e oltre le aspettative.

• Gaëlle (8/5): Séjour entre filles - L’emplacement est parfait et le personnel très accueillant. La literie était confortable. Il y a un manque d’insonorisation. Le petit déjeuner est varié, cependant ajouter des oléagineux, du lait végétal ou encore du saumon (alternative à la viande) serait la bienvenue.

• Michelle (9/5): Comfortable and friendly stay - Location easy to find from Queensway tube, and stones throw from Hyde Park, room was so comfortable, i used the iron as top had creased, area felt safe as lone female traveller and ventured out to a Greek restaurant nearby. I could leave my bag for the day which helped alot on day of checkout, lovely staff The only issue was the breakfast, bacon was very overdone and no one touched it, sausages not browned, scrambled eggs were powdered egg, so hotel needs someone who produces a great breakfast, saying that i opted for toast , no option for fruit
• Nicola (8/5): Goos stay room to improve - The member of Staff who checked us in was lovely. The breakfast was limited and not great,1 person was trying to check people in do dishes and cook. To much for 1 person which ment having to wait for things to be topped up or a table cleared, we ended up just having toast and didnt bother at all on our last morning.
• Cristina (6/5): - La struttura è posizionata in una zona comoda, vicino alla metro. Purtroppo ci è stata affidata una camera al piano -1 (sottoterra e senza finestre). Siamo stati obbligati a farci cambiare la camera in quanto era umida, fredda e con un forte odore di muffa. La camera è stata sostituita prontamente con l’unica camera a disposizione (sempre al piano -1) ma almeno “sana”. Nel complesso la stanza era pulita e abbastanza accogliente. Consiglierei l’hotel ma assicuratevi di avere una stanza ai piani superiori.

• Joanna (5/5): For forks sake! - Staff were lovely and location was top notch. Room was warm, bathroom modern and clean and clean towels daily as well as rubbish removed And beds made. However I would not rush back to any Chapter hotel after this experience. The coffee machine in the room was broken and never replaced even though I asked three times. The water was either very hot or cool for the shower. For the first two days there was only 5 forks at breakfast for 35 rooms. I ended up calling head office because this was beyond ridiculous and clearly one of those corporate issues versus a staff management issue as they were very apologetic. The cleanliness of the room upon arrival wasn't great. There was still some wrappers on the floor, and one pillow case had hairs on it and was not ironed.

Die Betten waren leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und durchgelegen. Das Frühstück hätte etwas mehr Auswahl sein können, war aber ausreichend.

• Róbert (3/5): Disappointing Service and Lack of Communication Overall Rating: 2/5 stars - While The Porchester Hotel is generally clean and functions as a basic, simple hotel, our stay was marred by several significant issues and poor management. The room was simple, but we encountered maintenance problems that should have been addressed. The coffee machine was so heavily scaled that it was completely unusable. Furthermore, we couldn't open the window because the lifting cord was broken, leaving the room without proper ventilation. The breakfast situation is very poorly managed. On weekends and public holidays, breakfast only starts at 8:00 AM. For anyone planning to go on an excursion or leave London early, this is far too late. There was no warning about this late start time during the booking process. There is no breakfast box alternative provided for early departures. The selection is very limited and becomes extremely repetitive after just two days. Overall, the breakfast felt like a waste of money, yet we were unable to cancel it. Staff and Communication: The communication from the reception is very weak. They tend to stall when it comes to complaints and fail to provide any meaningful solutions or follow-ups. We felt ignored despite our polite attempts to resolve these issues during our stay. Conclusion: Ultimately, we regret choosing this hotel. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher level of service and better maintenance. We could have found much better value and professionalism elsewhere in London.

La habitacion algo chica y sin vista a pesar de ser al frente, pero util, limpia y agradable. El personal super amable!!! Nos ayudaron en todo! Muy buena ubicacion!!! Bastante ruidosa la habitacion. Se escuchaban los demas huespedes como charlaban en sus habitaciones.
