• Sefi (10/5): מלון מושלם! - מיקום מצוין. מלון מצוחצח. הבידה וארון איוורור הבגדים בונוס גדול. מתחת למלון יש הכל ובייגל מעולים. צוות מועיל ושירותי. אהבנו מאוד וחזרנו אליו אחרי טיול מחוץ לניו יורק. בשהייה הראשונה התעוררנו ממש מוקדם מרעשי פינוי הפחים. בחזור כבר לא שמענו את זה אז אולי זה הג׳ט לג.

• Viktoriia (7/5): Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem einwöchigen Aufenthalt zufrieden. - Die Lage des Hotels war super. Bett und Kissen waren sehr bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen. Die japanische Toilette war auch lustig. Es war sauber, das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, und das Personal war freundlich. Für New York hatte das Zimmer eine gute Größe. Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel und es gab kein kleines Licht in Bettnähe. Der Ausblick auf eine graue Wand war eher wie im Gefängnis 😄 – für uns aber nicht besonders schlimm. Die Dusche war so gebaut, dass teilweise Wasser auf den Boden lief und wir ein Handtuch davor legen mussten. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, die Belüftung läuft über die Klimaanlage, die etwas laut ist – aber das scheint in New York normal zu sein. Außerdem gab es eine Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer, wodurch man Geräusche ziemlich deutlich hören konnte.
• Burak Bayhan (8/5): Excellent location but needs better management. - Location was excellent, couldn’t have been better for a city trip. It was very close to subway station and was also walking distance to many points of interest. The room did not have any wardrobe or drawers, although it was quite spacious for a New York hotel. We could not empty our luggage for the entire 6 days of our trip, it is unacceptable. More importantly the room was not serviced for the last 2 days of our 6 day stay. We could tell that the housekeeping had entered the room on those days because the thrash was emptied, but no other service was provided e.g. changing towels, making beds, vacuuming / tidying up.

• Gilad D (9/5): Better than expected! - Great location, room was quiet, clean room, comfy beds. Stayed at the double queen beds room on 12th floor, great room size. Loved the japanese style toilet seat - including heating and bidet! Shower was hot and strong current. Not too crowded, no lines/wait at slow elevators. Staff kind and efficient. if you compare to the doubltree or holiday inn for a quick business trip, i'd recommend it. No coffee machine in the room, only a kettle and tea option.
• Carmel (8/5): Clean, well-situated to public transport, convenient, spacious rooms - Well located, clean, and spacious room. Toto washlet and LG clothing steamer in the room was a nice touch. I appreciate the minimalist decor in the rooms. The animatronic T-Rex in the lobby is a fun touch. Having Gosuke Japanese restaurant with authentic Japanese cuisine is also nice and convenient, plus two good bagel shops next door. Convenient to trains at Penn Station and subway trains at Herald Square Plumbing in the room could be improved, the odor of sewer gas would escape from the toilet and the shower had low water pressure and the water temperature did not get hot enough. The club across the street also gets pretty noisy late at night.

• George (8/5): I spent a beautiful week in New York with my family. - The location is very close to the center. Very comfortable beds. Very loud noise from outside, I think from the ventilation units. You have the impression that you are sleeping with the window open.

• Irene Grossetto (9/5): Excellent stay in Midtown - The location is perfect, very close to multiple subway lines and within walking distance of many major landmarks. We stayed in a King Executive Room, which was extremely spacious by New York standards. Even with two large 23 kg suitcases kept open all week, we still had plenty of room to move around comfortably. The room included a fridge, kettle, and green tea, and there was also a convenient area near the entrance to hang clothes. A large umbrella was also provided, which turned out to be very useful when we arrived during heavy rain! Housekeeping was excellent, and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast is not included, but there’s an amazing bagel place right next to the hotel—Best Bagel & Coffee—as well as many other food options nearby. Highly recommended! The only small downside was that you can hear quite a bit of street noise, even from the 10th floor. However, we believe this is probably quite normal when staying in Midtown Manhattan!

A localização é excelente, próximo à Penn Station e dá para fazer várias coisas a pé, o que facilita muito o dia a dia na cidade. • claudia (9/5): Ótimo custo benefício - Quarto limpo e bem espaçoso, sem nenhum cheiro de mofo ou fechado, colchão ótimo. Banheiro ótimo, o aquecimento na tábua do vaso sanitário é maravilhoso. Não servir café da manhã não faz a menor diferença porque, como é muito bem localizado, tem muita coisa por perto. A localização é ótima, sendo bem perto da Times Square e com as melhores estações de metrô bem perto. Como o box é com cortina, fica um pouco frio na hora de tomar banho, mas nada que não me fizesse hospedar lá de novo.

• Gasen (8/5): Wonderfully clean hotel with great staff and a great location. - The staff were wonderful. The cleanliness and room cleaning were excellent. The room was a good size and the toto toilet was an excellent touch. The central location was also convenient and close to Penn Station and the subway. A mecca for bagel lovers too- 3 stores on the block. Of course I loved the dinosaur in the lobby and also enjoyed the second floor lounge area. And the Japanese restaurant downstairs was outstanding too. The street noise level was higher than expected due to construction on the street. We were on the 4th floor- perhaps being higher or asking for a room facing the back might help. I missed having a coffee pot as I am not a tea drinker. I also missed not having a microwave but appreciated the mini fridge. Finally I would have liked some drawers or more hangers - somewhere to put my clothes. It was sparse and I kept my clothes in my bag for the most part, but that was minor in comparison to the room, which was great overall.

• Simone (9/5): Komfortables, schönes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen. Bequeme, aber schmale Betten. - Moderne, sehr saubere und zweckmäßige Zimmer. Nettes Personal. Ich habe ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht. Die beiden Betten sind nur US Standard Size, d.h. 130 cm breit. Ich finde, dass ein Bett mind. Queen Size sein sollte, damit man komfortabel zu zweit darin schlafen kann.

• Alex (10/5): Great location and very clean - The cleanliness is top-notch. The location is excellent if you want to stay downtown—within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, shops and subway lines. Set in a street canyon, the room has no real views. To maintain privacy, you can’t really open the shades. It would be better if a privacy or sheer shade were added. Not a major issue overall, as we didn’t spend much time in the room during the day anyway.

• Giulia (7/5): - The location is excellent, at a 5 minutes walk from Penn station. The room was very clean and in general the staff was friendly. We were on the 14th floor and yet we could hear a lot of noise from the street. There was a construction work going on right in front of the hotel and we had to use earplugs to fall asleep. Also, the air conditioning makes a lot of noise. I would also add that the facilities, although clean, seemed generally old (especially the bathroom).

• Jennifer (10/5): Great location and value - The location was great, super convenient for getting around to food, shopping, and tourist attractions. Much is within walking distance, but the subway is just right there for anything further. There's a Target just down the street, which was very helpful for picking up items we forgot and stocking up on water and other drinks. There are 3 well-known & tasty bagel shops right close by that made for quick, easy breakfasts. There's also a great little pizza-by-the-slice place right on the corner that saved us from going to bed hungry the night we got in. We were all starved after a long evening of travel across the country, but it was almost 2am by the time our lyft was dropping us off to the hotel and we were worried no food places would be open. Right as we turned the corner onto the street of the hotel, we spotted an open pizza place! We checked in to our room and then headed straight to the pizza place, getting delicious, hot NY style pizza within minutes for super cheap. The hotel room was spacious enough to accommodate my three teenage daughters, me, and all of our stuff. Beds were a bit snug, since they were only full size, but from my research, that seems to be very typical in NYC. The view from the room was barbed wire and an industrial building - so not great. Since I didn't choose the hotel for the view (but rather cost value, comfort, and location), I didn't mind. It was clean and comfortable, which was all we needed for this trip. The staff were friendly and very helpful, offering us extra towels, giving us a late check-out, storing our luggage while we filled our time waiting for an evening flight, and even arranging travel back to the airport (that was much cheaper than an uber or lyft would have been). Great experience overall!

• Anton (8/5): - Perfektně fungující wi-fi. Dobrá lokalita pár kroků od Broadwaye nebo Penn station. I přesto, že v okolních ulicích panuje čilý ruch i v noci, pokoj měl okno do vnitrobloku a hluk z ulice tak nebyl slyšet. Pokoj měl velký stůl s pohodlnou židlí. Všude hodně zásuvek. Dinosaurus na recepci... Jedná se o starší dům, takže např. okno v pokoji absolutně netěsnilo a do pokoje pronikal chladný vzduch. Naštěstí fungovala klimatizace, kterou bylo možné přepnout do režimu topení, což kompenzovalo chlad zvenku.

O pessoal da recepção é muito atencioso, principalmente a Jennifer com quem tive mais contato. Você tem tudo por perto, lojas, restaurantes, metrô, time square, … recomendo ! Tudo foi muito bom. Nada a descrever.

• Jessica (10/5): Super Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage! - Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Subway-Stationen sind ebenfalls super schnell erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Die Betten sind prima. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rundum haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. /
• Danette (8/5): Nice, clean hotel close to Penn Station. - I loved the Japanese aesthetic of the hotel, when you arrive you are greeted with a dinosaur and very friendly staff. We arrived around 3 pm and they let us check in right away. The hotel is around a 5 minute walk from Penn Station. The room was very clean and BIG, it has a refrigerator and a Japanese toilet seat. Its also very close to a metro station, Madison Square Garden and Penn Station (around 5 min each) there are a lot of places to eat around, like A LOT of options and it felt safe to walk by at any time of the day. Times Square is a 10 min walk too, I would definitely stay in this hotel again, they also let you storage your luggage for free after you check out and are very helpful if you need to order a cab or transportation to the airport. There was a very bad small coming from the bathroom, we couldnt locate where the smell was coming from until the second day (we thought it was a sewer smell) the smell was actually coming from the shower curtain, it was a super strong smell that impregnated the whole room so the cleaning staff for sure knew where the smell was coming and chose to left the smelly curtain in the room, as soon as we identified the source we requested to have the curtain changed (the reception people were super nice and helpful about this issue) and voila the smell was gone. Another issue we had was that not one day they took the trash out or changed the towels nor did they knock on our door (usual practice if the cleaning stuff comes when you are in the room) any of those days to see if we wanted or needed something. And finally in our reservation the check out time clearly stated 11:00 am until 11:30 am to complete the check out, the day of check out comes and at 11:00 am o'clock not one minute later the cleaning stuff was knocking on our door asking us to leave the room (now they were able to knock on the door) I told them my reservation said I had until 11:30am to leave the room I even showed the lady my reservation but she was pissed off, we were already ready so we just took our stuff and left the room shortly after this encounter, so my main issue with this hotel is their CLEANING STAFF is not behaving well, the room was cleaned but smelly because of the curtain and they couldnt bother to take our trash or asked if we wanted our towels replaced. Other than that this is a great hotel.

BYOC (coffee) and enjoy lounging in the room. - The roaring dinosaur is amusing, and really is the star of the lobby, although the staff, though small, are very good and accommodating. Guests have access to Planet Fitness, too. The front desk staff is charming nad the place is continually cleaned. Everyone is nice, and there is a little Japanese food shop behind the lobby. Excellent location. Will meet all our needs. Beds are a delight to rest or fall into a deep sleep in. The rooms with double beds have no view--there is barbed wire and an empty building outside the smudged windows, and maybe a pigeon nesting. The room is very comfortable, the toilet has a bidet, the bathrobes are nice. No coffee in the rooms, only green tea, but Madman Espresso is right across the street.
