• Brian (7/5): - Less than 10 minutes via taxi from Naples Airport. 24 hour reception which is convenient when arriving on a late flight. Breakfast buffet was non existent - there was just a table with some fruit and pastries (I think I may have been the only person staying, hence the reduced offering). No English spoken at reception when I checked in (however there was on check out).

• Catherine (9/5): Great place to stay to be near the airport - The rooms were lovely. Staff very helpful it was close to the airport but one needed a taxi but they had a special rate There was a very good pizza place 50 meters down the street The street was just businesses and not very nice.
• orl maz (8/5): Simple and old-fashioned hotel, near the airport - The Hotel is in a charming building, the interior (including the rooms) could use some renovation though. It is not located in a particularly nice area of the city and is not very well connected to the city center, but it is very close to the airport, which is the reason why I choose it. Decent breakfast, even if they mainly serve fruits and sweets (which is quiet common in Italy). The staff was very kind.

• Tim (9/5): Perfect for City and Airport - It's near to the airport (10 minutes drive) and had parking nearby. Access to city if required. The staff were super helpful and couldn't do more for us - information about eating place, parking place, how to get to the airport. Wow! Room very comfortable in an old style which suited us perfectly. Supermarket across the road very useful too. Room was very quiet (not overlooking the road which might be?) Lack of restaurant nearby apart from a small takeawy pizza place (which actually was excellent).

• KAITO (8/5): - 電車の遅延でかなり遅い時間に着いたのですが、フロントの男性スタッフがお腹を空かしている私達のために、ピザを取ってくれ、早朝のタクシーも手配してくれました。 タクシーも正規料金でしたし、スタッフの方には感謝しかありません！ ホテルは関係ありませんが、夜のナポリの街が荒れていて、非常に怖かったです。
• Steve (9/5): Virkelig fint hotel meget venlig personale meget rent Meget god og omfattende italiensk morgenmad. - Min hustru og jeg boede 1 dag på hotellet, som var et af de bedste og mest spændende hoteller, som vi har boet på, uagtet vi har boet på mange hoteller rundt om i Europa. Allerede ved ankomst til receptionen, fornemmer man et pompøst hotel, med flotte møbler, holdt i gammel stil. Indehaveren , der selv var tilstede i receptionen, kunne fortælle om hotellet og dets historie. Hotelværelset var virkelig stort og pompøst, hvor møblerne var holdt i gammel stil med velholdte mahogni møbler, så hvis man lide nostalgi er det her, som man skal bo. Af udstyr på værelset kan nævnes, at der var lagt 2 badekåber samt badetøfler ligesom der var 4 flasker vand i køleskabet, som du kunne bruge uden beregning. Morgenmaden var italiensk, og virkelig god. Ved udcheckning sørgede indehaveren for en taxa til lufthavnstransport, ligesom andet personale hjalp med at bære vores kufferter til elevatoren. Der var ikke noget at kritisere overhovedet.

• Pauline (1/5): - This property has to be the wurst booking I have ever made on the platform . The Hotel was beyond bad and it looked like it was just about to close down . My booking was for a Luxury Room worth €178 a night was mixed up and we were given a room which looked like it was worth half that price . After I complained to the service desk they made up excuses and changed me to another room which looked like it was a hundred years old and the AC did not work . It was obvious this Hotel was closing down and there was only 1 person working the desk and multiple other areas of so called hospitality . Booking. Com you need to remove this Hotel from your platform !! It’s a disgrace .
• Gail (6/5): It was ok for one night before going to the airport but wouldn’t stay longer. - The room was large and well appointed. Robes and slippers were nice. The staff were very helpful. The AC did not cool the room down and the bed was very hard so we didn’t sleep very well. The breakfast only had sweet things like cakes, pastries, and sweetened yogurt. There were no options without sugar, like meat or cheese or unsweetened yogurt. So we basically just had coffee.

• Valentina (7/5): Very Good option for quick stop close to AirPort or business trips. Staff was super nice and áreas were clean and tidy. - Located close to the airport, Good for night layover. Not fancy area but the hotel per sé has a retro vibe, big eating areas and nice internal court Room was facing a construction side and was a bit small, I could walk around the bed. However, more than ok for a 1 night stop.

Pino and Mario who are the managers were terrific BUT the night person was terrible, didn't understand English, when I asked him to open the gate for parking he just hung up the phone, very unfriendly- of it wasn't for the day managers the hotel would be a nightmare to stay at. Breakfast was a joke - only sweet things, I went across the street and baught things for Breakfast. So if you can don't pay for breakfast as you probably will not eat it, I saw another couple who did the same as us by buying stuff across the street Rooms were large, old hotel but good condition- 2 managers were terrific

• Ayelet (3/5): 2 star sleazy hotel, dirty, old and not maintained. - Nothing Due to a serious flight delay, we looked for a nearby hotel to rest. This was the only hotel in the area that claimed to be four stars. The hotel was quite run-down, very outdated, poorly maintained, and not clean. The furniture in the lobby was basic, worn out, old, and dirty. The room was very basic, the shower was in poor condition, the lighting was a harsh white, and the air conditioning barely worked, even though the outside temperature was 38°C. While we didn’t find visible dirt in the room, everything felt shabby and neglected. The front desk manager himself appeared unkempt and didn’t handle the check-in process efficiently. The overall feeling was very sleazy.

I stayed here beacuase of an early flight back home. 6 minute drive to the airport. Hotel has an inner patio for relaxation. The frontoffice employee (I think his name was Pino) was extremely nice and friendly. He arranged for me a dinner at a pizzeria(Lucci), 1 minute walk from hotel! Thank you again!!!

It was great how quick it was to get to the airport. Since we just stayed a night before an early flight out of Naples, we didn't explore the area much but did find a restaurant that was open late on a Sunday.

Location is not easy accessible with public transportation especially in the evening. Surroundings are not eyes pleasing and you can feel unsafe if you are alone outside.

• Dr (9/5): I had a pleasant stay. Thank you. - Very clean and tidy hotel. Good location, near to airport and bus stop is in front of hotel. All facilities are available in the bathroom. Very kind and polite staff. My flight was delayed about 2 hours I sent mail to hotel and get reassuring reply and arrived to hotel at 12:30 AM and checked in without issues. Thanks for night staff. Breakfast was having different types of croissants and cakes . No cheese no bread, as a fruit only banana was available. No coffee and tea facility at room.

• Rajeev (8/5): Perfect for a morning flight from Naples - It’s very close to the airport so really convenient for an early morning flight. Very spacious rooms and extremely clean. The staff are extremely courteous and very helpful. The duty manager even packed me the traditional Napoli cake when I had to leave early without breakfast. The neighbourhood surrounding is not great but I never felt unsafe. However if you want to go to the city centre, it’s a good 20 minutes by bus.
• Roberta (2/5): Don’t stay here. The postings are misleading. - Not much. The location in a very undesirable neighborhood. Walking outside was dangerous, poorly lit and industrial in nature. The hotel restaurants were abandoned. We were the only hotel guests in sight. No restaurants nearby and only 1 pizza shop to order out nearby. Loud partying late at night made it difficult to sleep. Air conditioning was not working so the only option was to open the window where mosquitos entered the room. We were essentially trapped in our room the entire evening till morning. Taxi is the only option to and from the airport ($45US).

The staff were brilliant - very welcoming (and forgiving of my atrocious Italian!). In the morning, I was too early for the breakfast, but while I waited for my taxi, the concierge made me a coffee and brought me (excellent) pastries. The surrounding area isn't great for a solo traveller and there isn't much open - but then, it was a Sunday night. I wouldn't let this put me off staying here next time but would know to be prepared if I'm arriving late.

While it is very convenient to the airport, it is not in the most pleasant neighborhood. Options within walking distance are very limited.

• Dolan (3/5): Poor - Absolutely nothing This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. The facilities were very poor. When we went to our room the air conditioning was not working so when I contated reception we were told the air conditioning was turned off and would not be turned on even though it is advertised as having air conditioning. The area is quite run down and didn't feel safe. The bed was rock hard with the springs showing the sheets. The bed linen and bed spread were very grubby. After 20 minutes we decided to leave and demand a refund which we eventually got as we couldn't stay there. I am shocked this hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel, its a 2 star at best. Lucky escape !!😳

They made coffee for us in the morning and we always had coffee and they were always helpful on any request we had I would say the facility was excellent, but the staff Giuseppe and others were just so helpful. It made our stay Like being with family. Giuseppe and the others on the desk clerking went to the kitchen on any request we had and we actually brought some food in from outside and sat in the dining room to eat, but I would say if the kitchen was open that would’ve been helpful to have whether it’s breakfast lunch or dinnerI would say your staff or just absolutely so helpful for all that we did and recommendations on places to go and being accommodating at the highest level
