- Booking Foxy (4/5): Rude stuff, food poisoning at dinner - The hotel is OK, and in good location. The staff was rude and patronizing. One evening we had dinner in the hotel and somebody from our group got severe food poisoning.

- Kruger (1/5): - I would like to report an unacceptable issue that occured during our recent stay at the Grand Hotel Park in Dubrovnik. On our return after a morning out on 6 April 2026, we found our safe opened and our belongings removed from the safe. I immediately reported it to reception. The two people on duty discussed it amongst them, and then admitted that they removed it. Our belongings were already in a sealed envelope, ready to be couriered to someone else. Apparently the guest before us left his wallet in the safe, so hotel management thought it a good idea to remove everything from the safe and send it to the previous guest, WITHOUT DISCUSSING IT WITH US, WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL. WHO GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO OPEN A GUEST SAFE AND REMOVE THEIR BELONGINGS. UNACCEPTEABLE!!!!!!!! If we arrived 15 minutes later, our belongings would have been taken from our locked safe illegally and sent to someone else.

Staff provided always great service and hospitality. Typical downside of big hotels, like busy elevators and restaurant during rush hours. You might be aware of this and manage your schedule accordingly.

- Margaret (8/5): Good choice of hotel due to location - We stayed in room 604 (double/twin with sea view and balcony) from 22-25 April. We arrived quite late in the evening so after the quick, efficient check-in we decided to eat dinner at the hotel which was a delicious buffet with lots of choice for €20 per person plus drinks. Room 604 had a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea and was very quiet and spacious. It also overlooked the huge swimming pool. All the staff we came across were extremely polite, efficient and friendly. The buffet breakfast each morning had a huge choice of hot and cold. One day we had a very early tour so the hotel kindly provided a take-away breakfast bag which had lots of lovely things to eat and we were very happy. The surrounding area of the hotel had lots of restaurants just a few steps away (but not really any shops) plus a pedestrian coastal path with the most stunning views across the bay with cafes and restaurants and steps leading down to the sea if you wanted to sit on the rocks or swim. There is a very small pebbly beach just two minutes away on foot from the hotel. We would happily recommend a stay at this hotel. Although the bathroom was very nice, it lacked somewhere to place your personal toiletries even though there was ample space to provide a shelf or cupboard. The room lacked drawers. The bed would slide away from the headboard/wall when you were sitting up trying to read or watch TV (due to the slippy marble floor). Despite these few things we would stay at this hotel again if ever we visit Lapad.

- Didier (7/5): Grand hôtel park - Hôtel bien situé, proche des restaurants,d'une petite supérette,de belle balade près de la mer. Accès à pied à quelques minutes pour prendre le bus pour aller à la vieille ville Bon petit déjeuner, assez diversifié. Personnel très serviable. Belle vue depuis la chambre avec vue sur mer. Grande piscine intérieure mais un peu fraîche Le mode climatisation n'était pas fonctionnel, donc obligé de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte et du coup réveillé vers 6h à cause du bruit des ouvriers ( chantier à côté de l hôtel) Frigo de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le jaccuzi qui ne fonctionnait toujours pas. L'espace spa un peu décevant, le hammam avait une odeur désagréable, et pas de lumière !!

- Karine (9/5): Situation géographique idéale - Nous avons pris une chambre avec vue sur la mer et c'était fantastique. Il faut savoir que l'hôtel est à une centaine de mètres de la mer. Le personnel est très aimable. La propreté des chambres étaient irréprochables. Le soir, le buffet à 20€ de l'hôtel, sans être extraordinaire, était vraiment appréciable, et beaucoup moins cher que les restaurants alentours. L'hôtel est dans un quartier vraiment très agréable, avec une promenade en bord de mer juste au bout de la rue. 15€ le petit déjeuner. Mieux vaut aller jusqu'à la boulangerie à 300m.

- Tomasz (10/5): - Bardzo ładny widok z tej strony po której mieliśmy umiejscowiony pokój. Wygodne łóżko. Pokój odpowiedniej wielkości. Cienkie ściany, sąsiedzi byli głośni. Nie był jakoś strasznie dokładnie posprzątany, jak się człowiek pochylił pod zlew, to widać było że ściana nie domyta.

We had breakfast some of the mornings and they offer very good buffet options. The hotel is in a good location for Lapad and visiting Dubrovnik. We were told the aircon isn’t centralised per room, so most nights we struggled to sleep as it was too hot. The rooms are extremely noisy, you can hear every movement or furniture scraping in rooms next to eachother. The glass on our balcony wasn’t securely fixed so at night it also rattled really loudly and we were told someone from the hotel would come to see it but never did. Overall, horrible sleeps at night but the rest of the hotel seems good.

- Tomasz (10/5): - Swietna lokalizacja, komfort. Przemiła obsługa. Smaczne śniadania. Hotel przyjazny dla osób starszych, 2 szybkie windy. Cudne widoki z balkonu. Nie działała klimatyzacja, w pokoju było gorąco.

- UNCtarheel84 (2/5): No AC in April - Nice room, good location and we had a great view of Sunset Beach. But there is no AC in the hotel in the first wk of April. Too hot to sleep.
