Martine (9/5): Un petit coin de paradis - L emplacement était top avec un service de bus à horaires réguliers pour aller à la vieille ville juste à proximité de l hotel, un chemin de promenade le long de la mer avec une superbe vue menant aux différents restaurants, plusieurs piscines, coup de coeur pour celle du 4eme étage, un spa tres agréable, un petit déjeuner buffets salé sucré gargantuesque avec vue mer et terrasse. Belles chambres avec balcon et tres grandes salle de bain. Peu de pression pour la douche avec un passage du chaud au froid brutal peut etre problème mitigeur à régler

Junior suites second bed can be thought & placed better, because there was no way to walk between two beds I had to get it moved with the helpful staff. Temperature control in shower was inconsistent.

The roof top pool was a lovely place to unwind after busy days out. Being able to park the car and take the #6 bus to Old Town was easy and very convenient. Lovely large buffet breakfasts in the morning with a huge variety including gluten free items.

Virginie (10/5): Sublime - La vue sur la mer est superbe avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis le balcon de la chambre. Le bar en roof top avec la piscine à débordement sur la mer a été une expérience inoubliable. Le petit déjeuner est très complet avec une terrasse en bord de mer. Mireille (10/5): Un hôtel magnifique en bord de mer ! - L'hôtel était tout simplement magnifique avec des vues sublimes sur la mer Adriatique. Beaucoup d'attentions appréciables comme des produits d'accueil L'occitane dans la chambre et un peignoir et des chaussons pour le spa dont l'entrée est gratuite( saunas, piscine couverte). De nombreuses piscines à disposition et un petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité et diversité avec des mimosas en libre service ! L'hôtel est facilement accessible à la vieille ville de Dubrovnik par bus . Je recommande vivement ! Le seul bémol pour les personnes désireuses de se baigner dans la mer est que la côte est en à pic et elle est difficilement accessible.

Johanna (10/5): Hieno hotellikompleksi mukavuuksin. - Aamiainen oli ihan OK. Oli mukavaa saada käyttää monia eri altaita. Myös aurinkotuoleja oli riittävästi eikä niitä oltu etukäteen varailtu. Saapuessamme meille annettiin vahingossa huoneen avain kolmannesta kerroksesta ilman merinäkymää. Huoneessa oli myös asukkaat tavaroineen. Reklamaation jälkeen saimme oikean huoneen.

Laura TMN (10/5): Três calme - La vue vers la mer c'est incroyable, la proprété irreprochable. Le petit déjeuner inclus beaucoup de choix possible par rapport aux légumes et fruits. Le personnel a été très souriant et attentifs. Ce que nous avons le plus aimé c'est que ça a été très calme comme emplacement. Il y avait pas beaucoup de bulletins de tourisme pour nous guider en ville, mais cela a été compensé par le bien qu'on a passé notre sejour à l'hôtel.

It is about 15 minutes by bus from the Old Town, which we found very convenient since it was easy to get around while staying in a quieter area. The sea view was absolutely amazing, and there were many restaurant options nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space for three people. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience.

Bezpośrednie zejście do morza po specjalnej drabince . Kompleks ROYAL jest zlokalizowany przy pięknej promenadzie, ok 5km od centrum /old town (trzeba wziąć taxi lub uber) . Pyszne śniadania w formie bufetu, Niczego nie brakowało. Dużo obsługi, super service. Po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy jeszcze zostać i skorzystać z sauny i basenów.

LEROUX (9/5): - Royal Neptun Hotel has a very big hotel and resort-style feel. The location is beautiful, and the overall property, lobby, and public areas are very impressive and clearly recently revamped. We had a nice balcony room, and the hotel kindly upgraded us from a side-view room to a full ocean-view room, which we really appreciated. The views were fantastic. The staff were friendly, and the resort itself offers a lot for guests wanting a more full-service hotel experience in Dubrovnik. One downside for us was the parking cost. We chose to park in the street instead of paying the €35 per day parking fee, which we felt was quite expensive for hotel guests — although Dubrovnik in general is an expensive destination. While the hotel itself looks modern and stylish in the common areas, we did feel that the rooms could use a bit more modernization compared to some of the newer hotels we stayed at during our Croatia trip. Overall, still a very enjoyable stay with beautiful sea views and a great resort atmosphere. One thing we did not particularly like was that the restaurants on the hotel property were very expensive. We actually found them to be even more expensive than many restaurants in Dubrovnik Old Town, which says a lot considering Dubrovnik is already quite pricey. It would be great if the hotel could consider making at least one of the restaurants more budget-friendly for guests staying at the resort, especially for families or longer stays.

Luis (9/5): Precioso hotel para descansar - Las vistas eran impresionantes y la habitación muy cómoda, bonita y limpia. Eran varios hoteles que compartían instalaciones. Lo único que no nos encantó fue que había que salir al exterior para ir a la piscina cubierta en la que aceptaban niños, lo que se hacía un poco incómodo los días que no hizo calor. No tienen instalaciones para niños como columpios o zona de juegos.

OwlBlonde (8/5): Чудове розташування та закати. - Одразу зауважу, Royal - це готельний комплекс, який складається з декількох окремих готелів, 5-ти ресторанів та барів, спа, безлічі басейнів та своєї території. Чудове розташування. Номер просторий та все під рукою. У номері є стіл, крісло, широка постіль, тумбочки біля ліжка, величезна містка шафа. Резетки є по всій кімнаті і навіть у туалеті та біля виходу на балкон, тож працювати можна з балкону (wi-fi дістає і стабільно.) У нас був номер орієнтований з видом на місто, але оскільки готель розташований на півострові, то з обох боків було море. У номері є холодильник, чайник, фен, чашки, склянки. Сейф дуже зручний і великий. У ванній кімнаті є гель для душу, рідке мило, шампунь та кондиціонер для волосся, лосьон для тіла, маленикий косметичний набір (ватні палички та спонжі). Щодо сніданків, то вони були чудові: великий вибір страв на будь-який смак. Велика територія зі стравами, тож натовпу немає. Декілька кавомашин в різних локаціях теж зручно. Крім ресторану зі сніданками (та вечерями - не рекомендую, бо навкруги так багато інших локацій, що не варто обмежувати себе), на території комплексу є ресторани та бари з різними кухнями та стравами. Від готелю починається довга пішохідна зона вздовж по берегу, на якій теж багато цікавих ресторанів та барів, а ще чудова та затишна берегова лінія, де можна відпочити у затінку або поплавати та позагорати. До Старого міста від готелю ходить міський автобус, але і пішки можна дістатись за 1 годину. Маршрут не складний. На жаль, мене не здивувало те, що номер не відповідав бронюванню. Я не вперше на Балканах і це частіше норма, ніж виняток. Ми бронювали номер з окремими ліжками і отримали підтвердження того, що наше прохання буде виконано. Натомість отримали номер з одним ліжком. Коли звернулись на рецепцію, то, після недовгих перемовин 6 співробітників рецепції, нам показали номер з окремими ліжками, але нижче за категорією. Я не говорю хорватською, але непогано розумію (не вперше на Балканах). На рецепції вони не шукали номер, а одразу вирішили показати будь-який гірший. Я пішла подивитись на цей номер лише заради цікавості. Номер був метрів на 10 менший площею і без робочої зони (стіл, стілець тощо). Тож, зійшлись на тому, що нам дадуть окремі ковдри і ми залишимось у першому номері. Ще один мінус - немає обмежень для курців. Навіть у ресторані на терасі можна палити всюди. (І так у всіх ресторанах, що ми відвідували в комплексі і в місті теж). Тож, якщо хочеш сидіти на терасі, то мусиш вдихати не морський бриз, а сигаретний дим. Те саме стосується і номерів у готелі.

Anne-Sarah (7/5): Decent stay, but not as luxurious as they advertise - The hotel is very clean, the utilities are great and the location is lovely. Marketed as a luxury retreat, this resort falls short of that promise in several meaningful ways. Noise was a persistent issue throughout our stay: from cleaning staff in adjacent rooms each morning to children and loud conversations on neighboring balconies. The latter made our own balcony practically unusable for much of the trip, as neighbors spent extended periods there smoking and talking at high volume. The “luxury” label also felt strained when it came to amenities: arriving early to breakfast or the pool was a daily necessity just to secure food or a seat. Hardly the effortless, unhurried experience one expects at this price point… Dining options are decent in quality but noticeably overpriced, and the menus across the resort’s restaurants lack variety. At its core, the resort seems to be struggling with over-tourism. The volume of guests undermines the peaceful, exclusive atmosphere it advertises. If management addressed capacity and noise more seriously, this could genuinely live up to its positioning. As it stands, I’d recommend it only with tempered expectations.

Elaine (8/5): Beautiful views and comfortable stay - The view from the room was spectacular. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The various different pools and access to the spa was lovely and very well kept. The room wasn't set up how I had requested it. It was set up as two twin beds and we wanted a double bed. They made it up for us a double bed when I asked, so all's well that ends well. I also requested a room that was a bit more private and we unfortunately ended up next to the lift, but there was minimal noise so not the worst.

animeshp (10/5): Mind = blown - I got a surprise upgrade (thanks to genius membership) to a lavish suite so my experience was obviously spectacular. 180degree view of calm ocean and islands, maximum space, double TV, all posh amenities. A huge breakfast laid out next to the coast. The beaches in front were stony but you get some (not so fine) sand a bit away. The staff were very polite and took great care of us (gave us a caddy ride to the hotel). Trying hard but cant think of any.

I really didn't like that my 12 year old son couldn't go to the indoor pool of the hotel, only outside that was very cold. I think this should change to kids 10+ years old with their parents and doesn't make noise. Also really didn't like the small beds. I rather have 1 queen or king size.

Les petit déjeuner était exceptionnel (nous lui attribuons 5 étoiles) parfait ! Nous avons pris la demi pension (dîner du soir) toute la semaine. Les plats n’étaient pas très chauds. Les desserts n’étaient pas très variés et nous aurions préféré bénéficier d’un petit verre de vin à table au dîner, plutôt que de proposer du champagne le matin au petit déjeuner.
