• Takako (7/5): 普通 - スタッフはフレンドリーで感じよかった 洗面所やシャワーブースも清潔感があった エレベーターが狭いのでスーツケースを運ぶのに不便だった シングルルームには姿見がなくて残念だった 立地的に便利ではあったけどホテルの近くにホームレスの人が必ず寝てる場所があって少し気になった
• Luiza (10/5): Charmosa e confortável - O quarto é bem espaçoso, tem uma varandinha charmosa, com vista para rua. O banheiro é enorme com uma banheira deliciosa. Adorei a decoração do quarto. Eles disponibilizam de boas vindas, água, café, um refrigerante e uma batata. Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Samir, que falava português e foi bem atencioso com a gente. Adoramos o hotel e com certeza voltaremos mais vezes. Gostei de tudo, porém seria um diferencial se tivesse um toalheiro elétrico no banheiro, já que ele é enorme. E uma luz no hall de entrada do quarto também seria muito bom.

• pt mu (5/5): Great location and neat rooms, but a cold and unwelcoming experience - The location is excellent, and the rooms themselves were very neat and well-maintained. I also found the room service to be quite good during our stay. I think I may have underestimated what a "boutique" hotel in Europe entails. In my experience with independent hotels in North America and Asia, they often provide incredible value and a level of personalized service that goes beyond what major chains offer. Unfortunately, this hotel was the opposite. We experienced below-average service and a very cold welcome. The atmosphere really put a dampener on our stay, as we couldn't help but feel that the treatment we received was based on our appearance as non-natives. Despite booking months in advance, we were placed in a noisy first-floor room right next to the laundry, meaning we dealt with noise from both the street and the machines all day. My intuition about the cold service was confirmed when I went to the front desk and witnessed the staff welcoming another couple much more warmly and enthusiastically—they were even offered two keycards, while we were only given one. I felt very unwelcome in that moment, and it’s a shame because I expected more from a hotel with such high ratings. Next time I’m in the city, I’ll likely stick to a major hotel chain to ensure a more professional and inclusive experience.

• Johanna (5/5): Malproblem - Mycket centralt placerat och närhet till många bra barer och restauranger men samtidigt tyst. Vårt (första) rum på hotellet hade ett allvarligt klädesmal problem där dom svärmade i rummet. Det såg ut som att både gardin och fåtölj hade angripits. Personalen var rätt likgiltig inför det hela och gav oss ett nytt, mindre rum, samt bad ej om ursäkt eller kompenserade oss.

• Floyd (5/5): Decent value and convenient but lacking working amenities and attention to detail. - Overall a decent hotel very close to theaters with lots of donning options and cafes not far from Republique square and metro stops. The room was OK and quiet but seemed a bit aged and not like the photos I saw. When we stayed unfortunately the WiFi did not work at all for the whole week as the phone was down so you couldn’t call the front desk. I would rate higher but felt I really had to wing it to make it work on my own. Otherwise Good value for a budget hotel. No WiFi as it was down and no working phone to call front desk. Shower also did not work. Lots of issues with facilities.

Der Lift war defekt und wir mussten in den 4.Stock laufen und auch die Koffer alleine hochtragen, Das Zimmer war zum Hinterhof und ab 5.30 Uhr sind dort ständig Lieferwagen vorgefahren. Es war sehr laut, trotz geschlossenem Fenster.

• Jane (9/5): The hotel is a little gem, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. - The location of the hotel is good - in a small street off a busy area, and it was nice and quiet at night time. The room was small but had everything I needed. I was in there on my own so it might have been a little tight with two. Breakfast was excellent and good value. The only thing I didn't like was that my room had a lingering smell of smoke. I tried opening my window but that had no effect.

• Susan (9/5): Excellent option when travelling via Gare de l'Est - The room was lovely and corresponded to the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was quiet. The location was good for both Paris sights and for travel from Gare de l'Est. I would stay here again. The price was high for my budget, but unfortunately standard for Paris for this level of hotel.

The hotel itself was a lovely place to stay as the room and bed were comfortable, and the staff were especially kind and helpful. Samih (sp?) was exceptionally nice on reception! The hotel breakfast was definitely worth opting for. The bed pillows could have been a little more comfortable but otherwise, no downsides at all.

• cristina (8/5): Céntrico, correcto y sobre todo, muy tranquilo - La habitación era muy cómoda, dormí muy bien sin ruidos. El servicio de mini bar muy bien también, además de tener el secador, y jabón etc. Me pareció un poco caro el precio por noche, pero entiendo que por la zona, es lo que pagas. Aún y así, estaría bien tener algún accesorio más de aseo personal como un peine, o alguna cosa extra.

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien décoré et les chambres sont très bien. Calme et très bien situé. Seul petit bémol, la poussière sur les plinthes dans la chambre.
