Este hotel, en lugar de aplicarlo, infló el precio base en un 21% y luego restó esa misma cantidad. Pagué igual que si no existiera el descuento. Intenté explicarlo en recepción y con atención al cliente: todos se negaron a reconocer la práctica, aunque en mi reserva original estaba claramente escrito. Esto no es un error, es una simulación ilegal del beneficio legal. Que otros huéspedes extranjeros lo sepan. English "Illegal practice with VAT exemption for foreigners" Booking states the final price with no hidden charges. While staying in Buenos Aires, Argentine law grants a 21% VAT discount for foreigners paying with a foreign card. Dość skromne śniadanie, brak możliwości przedłużenia pobytu krótkoterminowo - musiałam zostać 2 godziny dłużej, tymczasem dopłata dotyczyła połowy dnia. Szkoda, że nie ma możliwości przedłużenia pobytu na godziny. Brak minibaru oraz wody pitnej do dyspozycji gości, co przy 4 gwiazdkach powinno być standardem.

Não tem frigobar, e entre as regras do hotel há uma solicitação para não diminuir a temperatura do ar condicionado a menos de 24° graus. E de forma geral o hotel carece de manutenção.

Não há cortina blackout. No verão 5 da manhã o sol já está iluminado todo o quarto . Manutenção deixa a desejar, loucas do banheiro soltando, água no vaso vazando. Características de hotel antigo com pouca manutenção. Café da manhã é o mesmo todos os dias. Descobrimos no último dia que há ovos, porém tem que pedir. Não há frigobar nos quartos apesar de haver o local destinado indicando que já teve. Para usar o cofre tem que pedir autorização.

Cubrecamas manchados. Si bien solo una persona del personal era atento los demás son muy groseros y altaneros. La gritería de la ducha estaba rota. En definitiva es un Hotel que se califica como 4 estrellas pero no pasa de 2. El desayuno espantoso todo de baja calidad ni siquiera el jugo de naranja era real.

No había habilitación para cambiar...me tendría que haber dado una Noche sin CARGO.. PERO NO.
- DAVID (8/5): - Chambre spacieuse et propre (même si ameublement et décoration un peu vieillots) Très bien situé en plein centre Prises électriques compatibles pour des européens Le petit déjeuner n'était pas particulièrement bon, en tout cas pour un voyageur français (pas de pain, viennoiseries sèches, pas de céréales non sucrées ni lait froid, majoration à payer pour des oeufs) Pas de chaines non argentines à la télévision

- Diogo (4/5): A única coisa que valeu a pena pelo valor pago, foi a localização. - Localização. Estrutura ruim, TV antiga, chuveiro funciona mal, camas e roupas de cama desconfortáveis, e o lugar do frigobar estava vazio. Café da manhã fraco e com pouquíssimas opções.
