- Thembeka (10/5): - The location is great. It was my second time staying at this hotel.The staff are always pleasant and helpful. It is quiet safe neighborhood. Hotel staff were helpful in recommending sights and interesting places to visit. Breakfast and dinner was good. Nothing.
- Annarella (10/5): A competitively priced hotel with great facilities in a good location. - When we were looking for a hotel this one was competitively priced but a better location and facilities than most. So we were pleasantly surprised just how nice it was! The location was easy to find from Centraal Station. It’s a lovely location with stunning views. The facilities were great, with snacks available to buy 24 hours per day in the foyer, nice sofas, shop, toilets in the waiting area etc. The breakfast was magnificent, with lots of healthy options (an impressive array of granolas and fruits) and good coffee. The room itself had enough space for suitcases even for 3 in a twin room. The bathroom was a good size, with a huge shower and we liked the magnifying mirror. It’s great to have shower gel / shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and hand cream easily available in dispensers. We reserved breakfast for our second day when we checked in, but were not asked to pay for it then. We then received a letter in our room saying there was an outstanding invoice. When we arrived at breakfast we were told our breakfast was included (perhaps they thought we were with the Americans from Viking). When we checked out we then double checked our invoice and were then asked to pay. It would have been better to pay when we reserved it! Also the bath towels were clean but not very soft - rather like sandpaper in fact! The sofa bed was quite hard, but we did all sleep very well. Getting to the hotel you can either go over the bridge or up / down the steps and along the waterfront. We usually took this route, though it was less pleasant especially at night as it goes past an area where homeless people sleep.
- Bora (9/5): Gayet keyifliydi. - Genel olarak merkezdeki oteller daha eski dar ve gürültülü oluyor. Merkeze 1 durak ızaklıkda bu kalite de otel bulmak zor. Gayet iyi bir tercihdi bizim için Kahvaltı ücreti standartın biraz üzerinde ama iyi bir kahvaltı diyebilirim.
- Daniela (7/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man ab dem Hotel überall hin. Parkplätze kann man in dem Parkhaus nebenan schon von zu Hause aus buchen prima Sache. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern lässt zu wünschen übrig, wir hatten noch Haare vom Vorgänger im Bad.

Ho noleggiato una sedia a rotelle con agenzia apposita che fa consegne in hotel dalle 8 del mattino del mio primo giorno, purtroppo nonostante avessi chiesto più volte se la sedia fosse arrivata, dal personale della reception mi è stato detto di no fino a quando alle 12 si sono accorti che l’avevano persa e non sapevano se era la mia o meno. Inutile dire che delle mie 24 h ad Amsterdam ho perso mezza giornata per questa loro distrazione. Inoltre nessuno si è mai scusato per questo anzi quando si sono accorti dell’errore mi hanno risposto ridendo che era arrivata già da ore e non se ne erano accorti. Io nella mia situazione non ci ho trovato nulla da ridere.

It qas convenient for our arrival and onward travel the next day. Very expensive for a single night and no breakfast included.

- IRENE (8/5): Buena ubicación - Buena ubicación, a una parada de tranvía de la Estación Central, desde donde se accede a metro, trenes, tranvías y buses. Habitaciones limpias. Buen desayuno. Fuimos 3 en la habitación, el primer día hubo que reclamar la tercera cama y las otras dos noches hubo que reclamar cada día la toalla de baño de la tercera persona.

Pillows were very flat. The restaurant was closed for dinner on Sundays, and we had a 30-minute walk nearest restaurant. I also feel that this hotel was a little overpriced.

- Sue (9/5): The hotel staff provided great service. Our room on the 10th floor had amazing views. - The staff were most helpful in assisting us during our stay. As the property is close to the cruise dock it is an easy transfer to the boats. The location of the property is a 20 minute walk to Central Station. There are no cafes in the immediate vicinity.

So a great location. Room size was huge which is not expected in Amsterdam. Fully clean with comfortable bedding. Free luggage storage after checkout. Everything was a great stay. Unable to get the room for 3 nights. always booked. Nothing else.

It was supposed to have 2 beds plus a sofa bed, but in reality, it was just a 2 beds and a rollaway bed. Also, all amenities (towels;glasses) were prepared only for 2 guests. The price for 3 people is significantly higher, yet the conditions remained the same.
